After a long day, Lu Li returned to the Hôtel Bouffes d'été, wanting nothing more than to collapse onto his bed. But just as he got back to his room, there was a knock on the door. With a sigh, he went to open it and was surprised to see who it was.

"Lynette, what are you doing here?"

"I thought you were spending the night at Sister Chiori's again. I was surprised to see you come back, so I came to find you," she said calmly.

Lu Li's body tensed. He quickly let her in and closed the door. "About that... Lynette, you already know?"

"Mm, Sister Chiori told me when she was fixing my magic hat..." Lynette said, her gaze turning幽幽 (yōuyōu - faint, deep, sorrowful).

Lu Li felt a pang of guilt. "I'm sorry..."

"Hmph, I think you're enjoying it, going back and forth between me and Sister Chiori. If she hadn't told me, how long were you planning to hide it..." she asked, her arms crossed.

"I needed some time to adjust," he said helplessly. "I didn't want to, but if I told you, I had to be prepared. What if you didn't agree..."

Lynette paused, her cute, puffy cheeks puffing out in a pout. "Oh, so you really were thinking that... what Sister Chiori said about a harem, right?"

Lu Li felt even more embarrassed. He took her hand and said softly, "I'm sorry, but... I don't want to give up either of you..."

"...What a detestable thing to say, you villain..." Lynette mumbled, trying to pull her hand away but failing. Though she didn't answer directly, her attitude said it all.

Lu Li released her hand, moved closer, and wrapped his arms around her. Though she struggled, her pushes against his chest felt more like a cute protest. He lowered his head and captured her lips, ending her resistance.

After a long moment, when they were both breathless, he pulled away. He looked at her flushed face, her cat tail twitching wildly, and even her cute cat ears blushing. He gently cupped her face and said, "It's because I don't want to give up anyone that I want to be responsible for all of you... Lynette, can you accept a me like that?"

Still dazed, Lynette huffed and pushed him away. "I... I need to think about it..." She then fled from his room.

Lu Li scratched his head, a smile playing on his lips. At least she hadn't refused. That meant it was only a matter of time.

Speaking of which... He suddenly thought of a common trait between Chiori, Lynette, and Chevreuse. They were all soft, but also very... youthful. They were around the same age as Navia and Clorinde, but their figures were worlds apart...

He rubbed his temples, deciding it was best not to dwell on such disrespectful thoughts. It was late, time to rest.

"No need," he said, shaking his head. "I just have a message. Lord 'Father' is back. She wants to see you."

Lu Li's expression turned serious. "I understand. I'll go now."

As Lyney was about to leave, he suddenly remembered his sister's strange behavior over the past few days. "By the way, Lu Li, has my sister been looking for you recently?"

"Huh... why do you ask?" Lu Li asked awkwardly.

"Nothing, just that since we came back from underwater, she's been acting a bit strange," Lyney said, rubbing his chin. "It's never happened before, so I came to see if you had any ideas."

"Mm, I think you can relax. Lynette is still the same old Lynette, very well-behaved, isn't she?"
