Genshin impact: I have chat Group

Chapter 282: Chapter 282

In the evening, under the orange glow of the setting sun, the group made their way back to the hot spring inn after a full day of play.

Following the lively trio of Qiqi, Klee, and Miyauchi Renge, the group had explored almost the entire village, including the hill near Renge's home. Takimoto Hifumi walked behind them, smiling and carrying two bags of wild vegetables picked from the mountain.

Lagging behind, Aoba Suzukaze rubbed her eyes, puzzled by Hifumi's seemingly boundless energy.

"Hikari-nee, has Hifumi-senpai always had this much stamina?" Aoba asked, glancing at Yagami Hikari, who was also showing signs of exhaustion.

"I think I underestimated her. I always thought Hifumi-senpai wasn't the athletic type," Aoba added.

Stopping briefly, Aoba turned to Iijima Yune, who looked as though she might cry, and suggested to Hatsuo Shinoda, "Maybe we should take a break."

"No way~!"

Yune shook her head weakly, clutching her camera with a determined look.

"I want to take more photos of Klee and the others. If they're still so energetic, it'd be embarrassing for an adult to need a break!"

Shinoda gave an amused smile, supporting the breathless Yune as she shrugged at Aoba and looked toward the three lively children ahead.

"Their energy is incredible."

Qiqi, walking with Klee and Renge, paused and turned back. Tilting her head, she seemed to understand something.

"Aoba-nee, this is for you," Qiqi said, running back with a small piece of dried meat in her hand.

Aoba blinked in surprise as Qiqi handed her the meat. Squatting down, she accepted it with curiosity and looked at Qiqi.

"Brother Hiroshi made this. It will make your legs stop hurting," Qiqi explained.

Looking at the concerned Qiqi, Aoba couldn't help but smile and pat her head gently.

"You haven't done anything wrong, Qiqi. You're such a good girl and a wonderful big sister. I've been watching you all day."

Qiqi's eyes sparkled, and she nodded with a small smile.

"Thank you, Aoba-nee."

With renewed cheer, Qiqi ran back to Klee and Renge, taking their hands as the trio continued to chatter and bounce off into the distance.

Aoba popped the dried meat into her mouth, chewing as she rubbed her sore legs. The sudden burst of flavor stopped her in her tracks. The rest of the meat quickly disappeared into her mouth, and her face lit up as her fatigue melted away.

"Wow~~"

Feeling rejuvenated, Aoba exclaimed, "I'm back!"

From the side, Hikari's loud cheer startled Aoba and brought her back to her senses. Exchanging glances with Yune, they both took a step back from the overly enthusiastic Hikari and Shinoda.

Standing beside Hifumi, Aoba asked, "Hifumi-senpai, I've been meaning to ask… where are Klee and Qiqi from?"

Clenching her fists, Aoba marveled at the energy coursing through her body.

"Earlier, when Klee handed me that crayfish, it was already strange. But now, this dried meat feels like a game item. It's like it restores stamina and buffs stats…"

"Uh…"

Flustered, Hifumi waved her hands nervously as Aoba and Yune stared at her with curiosity. She knew it was best not to delve into such matters in a world where everything seemed perfectly ordinary.

"Alright, Aoba, Yune," Hikari interrupted, patting their shoulders. "Can't you see you're making Hifumi uncomfortable? If she's not ready to share, it means it's not something we need to know."

"Understood~"

Aoba and Yune quickly apologized to Hifumi.

"Sorry, Hifumi-senpai. We got carried away."

"It's fine," Hifumi replied shyly, waving her hand. "Let's catch up. Klee and the others are getting far ahead."

Looking at the trio bouncing along in the distance, Yune gripped her camera with renewed determination.

"Now that I'm recharged, I'm going to take more great photos of Klee and her friends!"

"Yune always gets so motivated when she sees something cute," Hikari remarked, shaking her head with a smile as she watched Yune drag Aoba and Shinoda along.

Turning to the drowsy Ichijo, Hikari sighed.

"Why is it that everyone else gets energized after eating, but you look ready to nap?"

Pulling the swaying Ichijo along, Hikari joined the others as they headed toward the inn. Under the orange glow of the sunset, the group gradually disappeared into the distance.
