Genshin Impact: I Can Obtain Adventure EXP

Chapter 502: Chapter 502: Let Me Help You All Get Stronger

[Volume 6: Grand Infrastructure Development Start! ]

Nolan looked at the descriptions of his new specialties and realized that not only had they fused his previous ones, but the effects had significantly improved.

For example, the exclusive specialty "Beloved by Maidens" still retained the ability to be unrecorded by the world, but its effect of greatly enhancing charm toward girls had been boosted.

Now, making girls develop affection for him had become even easier—maybe just showing a bit of care would be enough to earn their favor!

Also, the "Universal Energy" from his original Harmony specialty could now be transferred just through physical contact!

That was perfect—it made strengthening others far more efficient.

After all, he couldn't be physically close with too many girls at the same time, but now even holding hands would work.

As long as he had enough energy stored, he could massively boost everyone's strength in a single day!

When he returned that night, he could give it a try with someone and see how far their strength could rise.

Thanks to its fusion with the Battery Body specialty, his energy storage had dramatically increased—about ten times more than before. That was a massive jump in capacity!

It looked like he could now enhance every girl in the Wonderland without running into any issues.

And the fact that Universal Energy could replenish even lifespan made it even more absurd—didn't that mean his life would never run out?

This was originally a feature of the Harmony specialty, and compared to the immortality of Archons, it was just as good—maybe even better, since it could also be shared with others.

As for the elemental immunity effect, it remained the same as before—nothing had changed.

The second exclusive specialty, "Unmoving Gospel of the World Tree," gave him a base for controlling all kinds of energy. If not for its lack of full elemental fusion, it might have been stronger than the Elemental Dragon King option.

Good thing he had resolutely chosen Human Ascension!

The third specialty, based on spiritual threads, added bonus damage to demonic/abyssal enemies, as well as the ability to ignore energy shields.

Compared to the previous North Wind specialty, which only had a small chance to bypass shields, this was a major improvement—he could now ignore them outright.

The last specialty, Spiritual Core, had the same name as before. Since it was only fused with Command Seal, the changes weren't huge.

The main addition was the ability to spend double spiritual energy to specify the attribute type, which was still quite practical.

Nolan glanced at his character panel and noticed some changes:

The required Adventure EXP for the next level had increased to ten million, which was frankly a bit discouraging.

Spending all day clearing monsters... who knew how long it would take just to go up one level? Still, it was way faster than traditional cultivation or training.

But if he wanted to improve faster, maybe it was time to leave Teyvat and explore the realms beyond the stars.

Otherwise, if he wanted to reach the level of top-tier Archons like Venti or Zhongli, even wiping out every monster in Teyvat might not be enough.

And even if it were, he couldn't actually do it. Like it or not, monsters were a part of Teyvat's ecosystem.

Many adventurers relied on them for income, their materials were essential for Vision holders to ascend, and scholars needed them for research and experimentation.

To truly wipe out all the monsters on Teyvat would be unthinkable—it went against the principle of sustainable development.

It would benefit only himself and bring harm to the world at large.

Nolan would never do something like that—unless he had absolutely no other choice.

Looks like he'd have to personally take action next—get involved in infrastructure development across Teyvat and rapidly boost the continent's level of advancement.

Otherwise, when would his spaceship ever be built?

In Mondstadt, Lisa had already developed a mass-producible Elemental Capacitor, and over in Liyue, Ningguang had people working on elemental steam engines and cars.

Sumeru's "Akasha" system was also evolving toward something like the internet.

But Nolan felt that if these technologies were left to naturally spread across Teyvat, it'd probably take at least a year or two before they became widely used.

Cars, in particular, were vital for global development—after all, they represented fast logistics.

With efficient logistics, even remote areas could have the potential to grow and flourish.

But for cars to truly be useful, they needed hard, flat roads. Without this basic infrastructure in place, even having cars would be pointless—just toys for rich merchants to show off within city limits, with no real practical value.

He'd have to discuss with Ningguang and urge her to accelerate road construction. As for the actual implementation, he already had a few ideas in mind.

The general direction seemed sound—Nolan nodded silently to himself, then controlled "Sword God" to fly toward the eleventh floor.

He had been exploring the Spiral Abyss for a while now. It was about time to wrap things up and head back.

Just as he confirmed there was nothing threatening on the eleventh floor and prepared to advance, a voice suddenly echoed in his mind.

"You foolish attendant! Where have you gone? It's almost dinnertime and you're still not back?"

It was Fischl's voice.

Nolan pulled out his pocket watch and checked the time—it was already around 6 PM. Looks like he'd been so focused on clearing monsters that he hadn't noticed how late it had gotten.

"All right, I'll be back right away," Nolan replied.

Forget the eleventh floor for now. He might as well head home and talk to Ningguang about the infrastructure plans, see what arrangements she had in mind.

As for the rest of the eleventh and twelfth floors, "Sword God" could handle those. Given his current strength, there really shouldn't be anything he couldn't deal with.

Wonderland — Living Room

Lisa, Eula, and Sucrose were in the kitchen preparing dinner. In the living room were Fischl, Amber, Lumine, and Paimon.

The other girls still seemed to be busy with their own tasks and would probably return when dinner was ready.

Nolan had been busy for quite a while himself, so once he returned home, a wave of fatigue hit him. He yawned.

Smiling, he walked over and sat beside the girls who were chatting, casually wrapping an arm around little Amy and said:

"Hehe, I just had a major power breakthrough—how about I help you girls power up a little too?"
