"Seth-kun you can't fight my brother." Rias Gremory sighed…for who knows how many times nos

"What?! Why not?! I'll ask him after the Peace Conference." He was stubborn…Rias had never met anyone who blatantly wanted to fight a Super Class being before…she was starting to think the boy wasn't sane(saiyan?).

Why did her mind go to Dragon Ball? She'll rewatch the series after, it's been a while since she saw it. 

"Seth-kun for your own safety I advise against challenging Lord Lucifer to a duel. Yes you are strong, strong enough to defeat both Rias-sama and Sona-sama peerages. But please be advised we're worried for your safety." Tsubaki argued.

Seth challenged them all to a fight once. It didn't end well for them. Though he also trains with them from time to time and with that bit of guidance they grew a lot in a short time.

Seth gave her a blank stare and replied. 

"Tsubaki I love you." As those words came out of his mouth many replies in shock, if Koneko was there and wasn't guarding Gasper, she'd give Tsubaki the coldest glare possible. Though it'd probably have the opposite effect of being adorable due to her puffing her cheeks in jealousy. 

Tsubaki turned away and a slight pink shade could be seen at her cheeks if you'd look hard enough. 

"But I want to run the ones!" He raised his arms in the air. 

"*Sigh!* Cooper-kun, we'll talk about this after the Summit." Stated Sona as the group finally reached the door to where all the faction leaders were. 

Knocking on the door three times they were allowed to enter, to which Sirzechs all told them to take a seat. 

And so Rias and Sona recounted the events of the skirmish with Kokabiel with each faction leader having a different reaction all throughout, Seth, he slept through all of it he fell asleep the moment sat on the chair. 

And so the conversation went on like in canon until. 

Seth opened his eyes as time stopped. "Someone forcibly activated Gasper's Balance Breaker!" He got up and went to the window. "Not only that, we're surrounded by enemies." 

"A terrorist attack!" Blurted out Rias. 

"Those guys are magicians, wonder why they'd attack you guys?"

"Wait like you? And why is everyone else frozen?" Asked Issei. 

"Yeah their magicians and everyone is frozen because the faction leaders, Vali and I are strong, you have the Red Dragon Emperor's power, Kiba has his Holy Demonic sword, Xenovia probably instinctively remembers the feeling of getting frozen and probably summoned Durandal to protect herself and Rias was in contact with you." He finished. 

"Oho! You being strong enough not to be frozen means you're well on the verge of Ultimate class." Said Azazel. The only other human capable of reaching Ultimate class without magic or a sacred gear in this day and age is Vasco Strada. 

And that took him fighting against multiple ultimate class beings in his lifetime.

"Yeah yeah. Rias you have an extra rook right?" She nodded. "Alright due to the barrier teleportation isn't much of an option. Koneko is with Gasper so using castling to get there should catch them off guard."

"Wait Seth what are you? "

"Issei, Gasper has been made a terrorist weapon. We don't really have time for this. All I want right now is for you to save my friend. Said Seth with an unusual seriousness. 

"Just look at Rias, she's raring to go." He smirked as Issei turned to Rias with a deep crimson aura emanating from her body. 

*Boom!* 

The building shook. Looking outside they magician's started their attack firing magic bullet after the other.

"Any minute now guys." 

"Azazel don't you have anything that can help them?" Asked Sirzechs. 

"Yeah I do. Here they should control yours and the vampire kids balance breakers." He handed Issei two bracelets before teleporting away. 

"Oh Hey Sera!" He greeted Serafall who smiled and waved. He then turned to Sirzechs, Grayfia and Micheal. 

"Who are you guys and holy shit is that Sakuya Izayoi! Can I get your autograph!" Seth ran up to Grayfia with stars in his eyes. 

"Pffft!" Sirzechs cheeks puffed he was about to burst out laughing but a glare from Grayfia and he shut up. 

"I'm sorry but you may be mistaken I am Grayfia Lucifuge."

"So you can't stop time? And make a pin cushion out of your enemies with hundreds of throwing knives?"

"No."

"Oh." For some reason he never sounded any more disappointed.

*Boom!*

Another explosion rocked the building. Azazel then counter attacked annihilating the roof the building along with a number of the magicians. 

"Dude we should fight after this." Said Seth before jumped out into the battle field. 

"Huh? A battle maniac. You two are really compatible." Said Azazel with his ever present smirk. 

"Hmph!" He entered his Balance Breaker and flew off. 

"You should join them and hold back the enemy. We'll protect the hostages." Said Sirzechs as he looked at Kiba and Xenovia who nodded before jumping out as well. 

Beams of magical bullets were fired at Seth who outstretched his right hand as red mechanical sword appeared with a gem in it's center. 

A blue and red aura surrounded his body he then swung his sword and multiple swords beams flew from at such speeds both spells and the magicians were annihilated. 

'Not bad! He's incredibly strong even without that magic trick he pulled off during with Kokabiel.' Vali chuckled as he dived straight into a group magicians and began to speed around killing them all. 

"Fast!" Kiba couldn't believe it, Seth was even faster than the time they'd spar. He knew he was faster than but to think he'd grown this much! 

He didn't let that get under his skin though as he drew his Holy Demonic sword and slashed through his enemies. 

Xenovia smiled at Seth's attack. She was right to choose Seth's children, sure he might not be a dragon like Issei but he'll do, not only that he was quite a charming person. 

Her face became a bit flushed. 

*Pew!* A magic bullet hit her in the head, she turned towards the magician who fired it. Killing intent spilled from her body as she raised Durandal; its holy aura glowed ominously. 

Xenovia delivered a Holy powered sword slash destroying a part of the school along with many magicians. 

After defeating magicians after each other they just kept replenishing their numbers. 

"Man these guys just keep coming! Heh! Alright let's get serious!" Seth raised his sword and with a swipe the sword opened and out spewed an orange blade that seemed to be made of flames. 

"Hoh! That's an interesting sword." Vali floated above Seth. 

"Yep, it's a light sword with fire enchantments. Pretty cool huh?" 

"An enhanced light sword? Why didn't I ever think of that?" Said Azazel forgetting a certain sword he created. But then a certain 'blazing' sword came to memory.

Then a frown appeared in his, then he looked at Micheal who had a mischievous smile on his, his frown deepened even more.

A light then shone it morphed into magic circle, everyone recognized the crest of Leviathan. Out came a tanned skin glasses wearing woman. 

"How do you do, current Maou Sirzechs-dono?" The woman greeted Sirzechs with a fearless tone. 

"The one descended from the blood of the previous Leviathan. Katerea Leviathan. What is the meaning of this?" Replied Sirzechs. 

"The members of the old Maou faction have nearly all decided to cooperate with the [Khaos Brigade]." 

 "So it's a feud between the new and old Maou sides that has become full-scale. Devils are also difficult." Azazel muttered with his ever present smirk. 

"Katerea, is it okay to interpret those words literally?" 

"Sirzechs, it's exactly as I said. We are also taking charge of this attack right now." 

"—So it's a coup d'état, huh?" 

".... Katerea, why?" asked Sirzechs.

"Sirzechs, we've only arrived at the exact opposite idea of this meeting today. We've concluded that, since God and the original Maou are gone, this world should be reformed." 

"Has that Ophis seen that far ahead into the future? Though that doesn't seem likely." said Azazel bringing in his own two cents

Katerea just let out a breath in response to Azazel's question. "Aside from being a symbol of power, he just bears the position for the sake of gathering power. We've asked for his help to destroy the world and rebuild it again. We will be the ones to manage the new world."

"…So you're a gathering of angels, fallen angels, and devil rebels who want their own world and a new Earth that they rule over. The mediator of that is the [Ouroboros] Ophis." 

"Katerea-chan! Why are you doing such a thing!?" At Serafall's question a deep hateful expression made its way onto her face. 

"Serafall, how dare you act so shamelessly, as the one who stole the position of [Leviathan] from me! I'm descended from the original Leviathan! I was the one suited to be Maou!" 

"Katare-chan…I-I!" It wasn't like she even wanted to be named the Leviathan; the devil council decided that on their own. 

She honestly even felt a bit of guilt about taking the Leviathan title away. 

"Don't worry, Serafall. Today, I'll kill you and retake the title of Maou Leviathan for myself. Then, Ophis will become the god of the new world. It's fine if he's just a symbol. The [system] and laws, the doctrine will be constructed by us. Michael, Azazel, and Lucifer—Sirzechs, your era is over." announced the woman with a blood thirsty smile on her face. 

Hearing this Serafall, Micheal and Sirzechs facial expression darkened. 

However there seem to one no two to people who seemed pleasent and smiling.

"Ku…kukukukuku!" Chuckled Azazel. 

"Puhahahahahah!" Seth grabbed his sides and fell down laughing rolling on the ground. 

Katerea's eyes darted from Seth to Azazel, she clenched her fist as veins appeared in her head. 

"What's so funny?!" She asked as a burst of demonic power erupted from her body in her rage. 

"Hahaha. So you—no, you people will reform this world all together, huh?" said Azazel mid-laughter. 

"That's right. That's exactly right, Azazel. This world is—" 

"In decay? Humans are foolish? The Earth will be destroyed? Oi, oi, oi, aren't things prospering nowadays?" Azazel held his stomach as he laughed. Katerea's eyes twitched. "Azazel, you're the same as ever. Even though you have so much power, you're satisfied with the current world…"

"Kiba their goal is way too fucking cliche!

 It's so funny!" Seth laughed as he pointed at Katerea.

"Seth-kun, I don't think this is the time to be mocking the enemy like this." Said Kiba. 

"Eh?!But their goal is funny." Seth paused as he gave Kiba a weird look. "Bahahahahaha!" But he burst into another bout of laughter. 

"You dear mock our goal human!" She shouted. 

"Dude it ain't my fault you sound like a one off villain who gets killed off and forgotten for the rest of an entire series. I mean seriously world domination how fucking boring can you guys get!" 

"You! Die mongrel!" She pointed her hand out and fired multiple demonic blasts at Seth who with a single swing of his sword destroyed them all. 

"Flame Install!" A magic circle appeared underneath Seth In a burst of flames Seth's body and clothes turned into flames. 

He fired a gigantic burst of flames to Katarea's face. She immediately tried to summon multiple defensive barriers but Seth's attack broke through each one of them one by one, seeing she had no way to block she decided to dodge, unfurling her wings and flying up into the sky but the flames curved.

"What!" She then fired bolts of water magic at the flame but the gigantic fireball separated into multiple pieces and flew past all her attacks aiming for her.

Panicking she set up the strongest barriers she could.

*Booooom!*

The explosion rocked the entire school if it weren't for the barrier powered by Sirzechs, Serafall and Micheal the entire town would've been shaken. 

"That form."muttered Sirzechs, it reminded him of his 'True Form' so much. But controlled. 

*Fwoooooooooooooom!!!*

The cloud of dust surrounding Katerea was blown away as her aura took on an ominous form. 

"You! To think I'd have to use Ophis's snake against an inferior being! Die!" Summoning a magic circle, a large demonic blast fired at Seth enough to completely vaporise the entire town. 

Kiba and Xenovia looked on in shock with wide eyes they could never defend from an attack like that, they wondered if Seth would be okay. 

"Seth, get back! The barrier will protect the town!" Shouted Kiba to Seth who had his back turned to him. 

"Kiba in this form I'm literally intangible and I got this bud." He turned back with a smirk. 

"Fire Sword." 

Above Seth rising out of a magic circle a gigantic sword made flames with runes running down the middle of the blade. 

The blade shot off towards Katerea's attack and sliced through it like butter. 

*Boom!* 

Her attack exploded.

Azazel whistled while everyone stood there in shock. A human managed to destroy the attack of an ultimate class devil and just any devil one descending of the Four Original Satans. 

The sword then shot towards her and she tried setting up as many barriers as she could but the sword quite literally burned through them.

[Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!]

Vali appeared in front of Katerea and divided the attack as much as he could. 

The shoulder and chest piece of his armour was sliced. 

Vali then counter-attacked, firing a bolt of pure white energy towards Seth but it simply passed through him the attack though curved and went for Azazel who smacked it away.

As this happened Issei, Rias and Gasper came out. 

"Are you betraying me Vali?" Asked Azazel.

"I am. Sorry Azazel but this side is more fun."

"Really and when did they recruit you?"

"When I was enroute with Kokabiel. They asked me if I wanted to fight Asgard. It seemed really interesting."

"Geez, I've also lost my edge. For one of my followers to do this…" Azazel faced palm. 

"Sethanel Cooper, would you like to join me?" 

"Nah! I'm good. I like fighting but not at the cost of my friends' lives."

"Disappointing, but I guess it'd be more fun to meet you on the battlefield." 

"Alright Katty let's go!" Said Seth taunting her to come with his fingers. 

"Don't underestimate me you wretch!" She blasted off towards Seth, who in response flew into the air and to another part of the academy. 

"Hahahaha! You know you're really strong! I heard you devils don't train at all!" Bolts of water and ice magic flew at Seth who manipulated his body 

"And what of it!" She shouted in frustration.

"Why didn't you train? You guys are descendants of the original Satans, don't you want to surpass them?" 

"Hmph! Why would superior beings need to train? That and we can just use the power of Ophis, with his snakes we'll be the strongest beings in existence!" She boldly announced. 

Seth turned his head in confusion. "I see, anyway I got another question? Do you the Leviathan house have a clan trait cuz you're pretty weak?"

At this she scowled and with a vicious roar she launched a number of city destroying attacks which Seth easily destroyed the magical circles, with one look he'd already figured out their flaws he didn't even need to use the [Observe] skill.

"So you don't have it? I'm sorry it must have been hard for you, sorry for asking such an inconsiderate question." He apologised.

"You dare look down on me!" She gnashed her teeth and her aura flared even more causing a crater to form around upturning the ground. 

"Nah! But you're still gonna lose." A cocky smirk made its way onto Seth's face. 

*FWOOOOOOOOM!*

-Elsewhere-

[Boost!]

"This is for Koneko's itty bitty titties!" Shouted Issei in his Scail Mail as he punched Vali in the face. 

"You can't Divide them if you'd do that there'd be nothing left!"

"When I threatened to murder his parents his aura didn't rise this much!" Vali was surprised he couldn't believe such a thing could even be possible!

"Interesting, really interesting!" He smiled as the two separated but everyone stopped as a gigantic burning red pillar shot up into the sky.

Everyone looked towards the location with wide eyes. 

Albion then spoke.[That aura and that flame it's so reminiscent of-! Ddraig what did you do? Why is an aura similar to yours over in that direction?] Asked Albion.

[Hehehehehehehe! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! So you decided to show it off, haven't you boy?] Laughed Ddraig. [It's a mighty aura Sethanel Cooper!]

"Wait, you're saying that's Seth? He finally finished Level 2?!" Said Issei. 

"Level 2? The kid was hiding a trump card like that! Geez that aura is bringing back memories I don't even wanna remember!" Azazel reminisced about the time when all three factions teamed up to defeat the Red and White Dragon Emperors, the memory still sent shivers down his spine.

Then the aura disappeared.

… 

Katarea shivered in fear as she a pool of golden liquid spilled from her crotch, a look of absolute despair appeared on her face. 

"K-kill me!" She was defeated even with Ophis's snake there was no way she could win, her only option was death, her pride wouldn't allow anything otherwise.

"Nah!"

"Are you mocking me?!"

"I'm not. It'd be a waste to kill you now. After all you hadn't trained a day in your life and you could be this strong. It's pretty impressive I wanna see you at your best when you at least try to break your limits!" Said Seth with a smile.

A confused look appeared on her face. She looked at Seth as if he had grown two heads. 

"Fine then, I'll make you regret embarrassing me!" She growled as she activated a teleportation circle.

Seth in response gave her a warm smile. "I hope we get to fight again. Train hard and fight lot's of strong people till we meet again okay. Hehe!"

"!" For some reason seeing his face made a deep warmth shot up in her chest. 

… 

"Who're you?" Asked Issei in confusion. 

"He's the descendent of the Victorious Fighting Buddha." The one who answered was Azazel. 

'Huh? That isn't familiar at all, though?' Thought Issei. 

"Let me say it with a name that you can grasp. He's Son Goku. The famous damn monkey in the Journey to the West."

"HOLY SHIT THAT'S GOKU!" Shouted Seth from afar he had a stupidly wide grin his face and his eyes practically had stars in them. 

He ran up to Bikou in almost an instant and shouted. 

"Go Super Saiyan!" 

"Sorry dude but I'm a yokai not a Saiyan." He said Seth then gained the most disappointed look on his face and walked away. 

"Well Vali let's go." Said this generation's Monkey King. 

"Vali catch." Seth threw Vali a box. "Something for the road." Then they disappeared. 

… 

The battle was over and all three faction leaders. And the all three factions began to clean up the corpses of the magicians.

"You'rer Sethanel Cooper correct?" Said a blonde with a holy aura. 

"Yeah that's me."

"You've done great service to Heaven and the Church by repairing Excalibur. I'd like to personally thank you, if there's any way heaven could compensate you the-"

"1.5 million dollars each for every piece of Excalibur I repaired and I want you to make Xenovia and Asia be able to pray again." Tsubaki angrily pinched his ear.

"You don't speak to a faction leader like Seth." She disciplined him with an angry huff. 

"Fine I want 1.5 million dollars each for every piece of Excalibur I repair and I need you to make Asia and Xenovia be able to pray again and a strand of angel hair…. please." She pulled harder. 

With an awkward smile on his face Micheal replied. "It shall be done. Though I'd like it if you'd join heaven one day."

"Nah! Never gonna happen. It sounds like work and unless it's my own research I don't really give a crap." He replied. 

"I see."

"Bahahahahahaha!" Azazel laughed in his face, as a bit of revenge.

"Hey Angel guy do you poop?"

"....Yes? But I don't see—?" He was interrupted. 

"Hey angel guy, have you ever tried concentrating your holy energy into your poop while on the toilet, to try making holy shit? If you have, how did it turn out?"

"...Wha!"

"BAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Azazel's laughter became even louder. 

"Hey angel guy is Micheal Jackson in heaven?"

"Yes." Finally a question he was comfortable to answer. 

"Hey angel guy, are there any cancer patients who didn't make it to heaven?"

'Okay that's enough of earth today!' he thought before turning to his fellow faction leaders. 

"Azazel, Sirzechs and Lady Leviathan I have other matters to attend to in heaven. Sethanel Cooper I'll probably answer your question at another date, but not right now, it will take a while for your friends to be able to pray I'll need to make some adjustments in the system goodbye." After bidding farewell Micheal returned to heaven in a golden glow. 

"Seth-kun, why do you need that much money?" Asked Tsubaki.

"I'll tell you after our first date." Tsubaki's eyes widened in shock. "Eh?!" She looked at Seth who was walking away. "I gotta ask Rias and Sona something, see ya in a bit."

"Rias, Sona I really need to ask you something?"

"What is it?" Sona asked while Rias just looked confused. 

"Is it okay if I dated Koneko, Xenovia and Tsubaki."

Everyone looked at Seth in shock. And those who knew of their feelings for him and saw his oblivious dense harem MC act all thought

'That guy actually knew they had feelings for him!'

Azazel smiled. 'Damn this kid is good. He already scored himself a small harem.'

"They've already spoken about it. I just need your permission."

"Fine, you have my permission. Though there was no need to ask, I may be her master but Tsubaki is her own person and can make her own choices." Replied Sona. 

"Koneko-chan, Xenovia-san are you two really sure about this?" Asked Rias but the two nodded.

"Yes Buchou, I want to be with Seth-kun." Koneko bowed.

"I'd like to bear his children." Said Xenovia.

'Oi, why is Xenovia saying such a dangerous thing right now?!' thought Issei in shock. 'Wait…doesn't this mean!'

"Nice going kid you somehow got yourself a small harem!" Azazel gave Seth a thumbs up in response he gave the fallen angel governor one of his own he turned to Issei. "You have a lot of catching up to do, kid." 

He could only sigh in defeat. 

"Sethanel Cooper, I have a question?" Asked Sirzechs.

"Speak big bro Lucifer!" Tsubaki gripped his ear even tighter.

"Seth-kun please be mindful of Lord Lucifer's status." Tsubaki scolded.

"Then isn't he Rias's big brother?"

"Yes bu-!"

"Then he's big bro Lucifer! Ain't that right Onee-chan!" He looked at Grayfia.

Grayfia just awkwardly stared at him then at Sirzechs then to Seth who pouted. Then she turned to Sirzechs again then back to Seth. 

Who's pout became even cuter to her every second she looked at it. 

'Cute!' his pout was adorable. She wanted to pinch his cheeks. 

"*Ahem!" Sirzechs coughed. "Sethanel Cooper, what do you plan on doing now? Due to the spell you've created you somehow gained the power of the Red Dragon Emperor. Not only have you defeated Kokabiel but also Katarea, if you weren't on the radar of the many supernatural beings, you are now. So tell me what are you going to do?"

"Wait you're telling me just because I beat up two people I'm gonna have strong people coming at my door?"

"Yes eventually. You are not a part of any faction, correct? You're practically a stray magician at the moment."

A smile slowly crept up onto Seth's face. 

' ' ' 'Oh no! Sirzhechs-sama should not have said that!' ' ' ' Thought many of those present who knew Seth and that he's a battle maniac who rivals Vali.

"YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHH BOIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!" He screamed to high heavens. He then began to stomp his feet excitedly. 

"I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't WAIT!" 

"Welp there goes my recruitment pitch." Said Sirzechs as he gave up then and there. 

"Gotta ask kid how did you manage to get your hand on the full might of the Red Dragon Emperor's power?" Asked Azazel.

"Oh that! That's easy, it wasn't Ddraig's power but my own if I were his offspring in a way."

"H-how?!" Blurted out Issei.

"I figured this thing out." He took an evil piece. "Man if it weren't for this the transformation would have been a lot more ... should I say hollow? Yeah hollow." 

Everyone's eyes widened especially Sirzechs, Grayfia and Azazel whose eyes became the widest.

"Again how?" Asked Sirzechs. 

"I don't know, I just kinda did. It was super easy, barely an inconvenience!" He replied with a stupidly large grin.

"Ajuka is gonna flip when finds this out." Muttered Grayfia.

"That's why you took a strand of Micheals hair." Said Azazel who summoned a bottle of whiskey from a magic circle. 

"Yep on that note." He summoned many high tech magic circles and placed the strand in between after a few minutes.

[D.N.A scan complete!]

[Celestial install is ready to go!]

Said a robotic voice from the magic circle. 

"Sweet! Celestial Install!" A golden magic circle with an angelic motif with Seth's crest appeared beneath and above him the two circles then rose and descended and crashed together.

*FWWOOOOOOMMMM!!!*

A golden then pure white Holy aura then covered the entire area everyone present could only cover their eyes. 

Seth then appeared with a Holy aura around his body with twelve golden pairs of wings behind him.

"Aw yeah! BOI! Now I'm really feeling it." Seth said with a smile.

Azazel just stared at Seth in pure unadulterated shock. Golden wings signify the highest of statuses in heaven; the only people to ever have it was Lucifer, Micheal and his old man. 

'Is this right? The Holy Aura this kid has it's so pure, it's white not only what the hell kind of spell did he make?! Hell the aura he generates it's so reminiscent of-! I better not go there.' He then looked around. 

"Hey you kid's fine?" He asked the young devils. 

"Yes I don't know why but his holy aura isn't hurting us. Why?" Asked Sona as they were literally bathed in it a second ago. 

"Cuz I didn't want it to. It's my Holy aura I can do whatever the heck I want with it. Heck I've been able to do that since before I got the Celestial Install" Due to Maxing out the Holy aura skill he gained a perk where all things holy now bow to him, he could literally stop any and all holy element from not hurting any beings of darkness if he wanted to.

But he refused to do such a thing. 

"Huh?" Said Azazel he then looked at Sirzechs who looked back at him with a serious look. 

"Anyways you guys wanna come over to my new penthouse! I made plenty of food just in case the peace talks went well! I even have cake!"
