He opened his eyes and a look of contemplation appeared on his face, then he smiled. 

"A human carrying the light filled hope, dreams and miracles, yet they carry the power of darkness, one which surpasses any God primordial or not." 

He stood. 

"It seems something interesting will happen in the near future. I wonder after that light shines what will be the outcome of our battle Sakra." 

He looked up at the sky. 

*Kuoh Town*

"So your a *slurp!* Magician that's not really affiliated with any of the big organisations or any for that matter. Who just got lucky and *slurp!* found some books on magic. And you've just been stumbling your way through the supernatural world since." says Rias Gremory as she slurps up a bowl of ramen confirming what I told her. 

""Seconds!"" Shouts Issei and Saji as they held their bowls towards Seth who happily filled their rice bowls. 

Right now both the Gremory and Sitri peerage are in Seth's apartment. He invited them over for dinner, if it weren't for his high Charisma stat he wouldn't have been able to convince them since….it was highly freaking suspect, that he was secretly a magician. 

Right now everyone from both peerages are eating food so delicious some thought they died and went to heaven even though the abundant holy energy would probably kill them. 

As the Dragon hosts chowed down more on the most delicious bowls of rice they've ever eaten. 

'I'm sorry Buchou! But your cooking doesn't compare! It was like I was eating a dried tasteless cardboard!' said Issei with tears in his eyes. If these were tears of joy or tears of sadness no one may know.

"I was gonna tell you guys at some point…" Seth awkwardly scratched his cheek with his finger. 

"We understand, delicious! We are devils, you were being cautious, delicious!" Sona replied but kept muttering 'delicious' under he'd breath with every bite of her chicken. 

"Nah! You guys being devils didn't really bother me. It's just that I felt awkward not telling you guys for so long. I was so busy with school and making the elemental modes."

"Wait? Modes? *Slurrp!" Asked Rias.

"Yeah actually I learned that your brother actually had the ability to turn into a humanoid destruction using your clan trait. I thought if that's possible with devil magic then it should be possible with human magic."

"Really? Does Rias's brother have something like that thing you used? Man he must be crazy strong then!" Uttered Issei. 

After that Rias and Sona helped Seth go through the formal channels and registered that he as a magician was living here. It isn't unusual for some magicians to live in devil territory. 

Though truthfully both heiresses wanted to recruit him to their peerage, they knew it was impossible.

If Seth is capable of defeating a being like Kokabiel then they won't be able to reincarnate him. Best they could do was sign a pact with him. 

After that Seth packed some for each of them to bring home. 

The next day he met up with Koneko, Aika Kiryuu, Kiba, Issei and his two perverted friends. 

As Aika's eyes landed on Seth they became wide as saucers and her mouth hangs limply. 

Seeing this Seth sighed inwardly he tried to change his dick size with transformation magic but ever since his....upgrade last night magic seemed to no longer affect it.

Wait DxD isn't just a borderline hentai world. It's an action shounen as well which means if he can get a harem of super strong women he'd have all the opponents he could get all the awesome fights he wants!

"That was fucking horrible!" Koneko said as she covered her ears.

Matsuda and Motohama who just finished their duet, growled in anger as they saw Koneko sitting in Seth's lap and Aika flirting with him. 

"Dammit why is he getting all the attention from the chicks?" Motohama gnashed his teeth in anger with tears streaming down his face. 

"Dammit, why did Issei have to invite another pretty boy bastard?!" Matsuda gnashed his teeth as well. 

Seth, seeing this, smiled brightly, folded his arms and began nodding. 

"Naruhodo!(I see!) You guys wanna sit in my lap too, Koneko always my lap was super comfortable." He kept nodding his head like an idiot. He turned to Koneko.

 "You mind scooting over?" He asked the petite silver haired girl.

""Hell no!"" Said the two perverted teens and the reincarnated devil in sync.

"I wouldn't mind taking a long hard seat! ~💕" said Aika flirtatiously, the glasses wearing brunette while licking her lips.

Truthfully Aika was very good looking in real life, however due to being an ecchi universe people are incredibly more attractive than in his past life.

"Really wanna say that again pipsqueak!" The two looked at each other almost as if they were ready to fight. 

Seeing this Seth's demeanour changed and with a calm and silent yet stern voice he told them. "Aika, Koneko please cut it out." 

As Seth said those words a chill ran down both girls' spines into their wombs, something similar happened to both Matsuda and Motohama except arousal and submission from the girls it was a shiver of fear and respect.

They for some reason felt a sense of respect for Seth. 

He didn't have to raise his voice, he was eerily calm as he commanded both girls to stop. 

Koneko and the glasses wearing brunette just nodded. 

Stepping into the karaoke room, Issei and Yuuto looked around and asked. 

"What happened here?" 

"Nothing really? I was just gonna start on my turn singing." Seth took up a mic and began to sing.

"*Yawn!*" Seth yawned into his hand. 'Dude even with an Awakening potion I'm still tired?' A potion he made to mitigate his need for sleep so he could grind more.

He changed the difficulty of the dungeon to hard mode.

It was fucking hell. 

As he spawned in his Danger sense kicked into overdrive at the amount of traps he found in the Puppet dungeon not only that the Puppets were also stronger as well, but their resistance to fire magic has been upgraded by a fucking lot. 

He lost an extra life to the Puppet Bruiser too! But just before that he triggered a motion sensing trap which destroyed the entire labyrinth till he arrived at the Boss room. 

It was good that he could turn his body into photons. 

Seth has long passed thrown out how beings could move so fast without creating a fucking singularity, but he'll just chalk it up to anime logic or Great Red altering reality with it's power over dreams or shit like that is possible. 

The only reason why he's ever going into one of those is due to the rare ass material and the large amount of exp and loot he got.

But he smiled once his enchanting surpasses level 80 he'll finally be able to add Exp boost to his clothing. That shit is high level as fuck!

"Yo Issei Asia, how's the morning treating you?"

"Morning Cooper-kun!" Greeted Asia with a bow.

"Morning!" Greeted Issei as the three walked to school together Issei asked. 

"Dude, can you please share some of your recipes?" 

"What's everything you eat now isn't as good?"

"Yeah! My Mom, Asia and Rias have been making breakfast for the past few days and yet it tasted like wet cardboard! I mean it's still delicious but it just doesn't compare anymore man."

"I'm sorry Issei, I just wish I was a better cook." Said Asia as she lowered her head. 

"It's fine Asia, I'm not blaming you." Issei trying to save her self-esteem. 

"Yeah I'm just basically a super chef! Here, why don't you take this." Seth snapped his finger setting up a small barrier before using magic to create a book listing all his personal recipes.

"Here." He undid the barrier. 

"Whoa! Thanks man! I was really embarrassed to ask you for this." He thanked me sincerely from the bottom of his soul. 

"Sure it's what friends are for." 

Soon as they came upon the school a silver haired teen which looked to be Issei's and Seth's age blocked their path.

Issei didn't know why but his left arm had a pulse. His battle instincts flaring. He then knew the reason why when the silver haired teen introduced himself.

"I am White Dragon Emperor, Vali. It's a pleasure to meet you, my rival and you as well mysterious magician."

Seth smiled bright and walked up to him and held his hand out.

"Hi I'm Sethanel Cooper, but you can just call me Seth, it's nice to meet you too Vali." Vali appeared slightly stunned but after being a bit hesitant reciprocated his handshake. 

"Wanna be friends?" Seth asked, he honestly found Vali to be a pretty cool character. That and he wanted to make plenty of friends in this life. 

"F-friends?" He raised an eyebrow, before lowering his he let out a small chuckle before replying. "You're a weird one aren't you? Hyoudou Issei is your friend, is he not?"

"Yep."

"You do know we are eternal rivals destined to kill each other. Are you really comfortable with me killing your friend? Are you really interested in befriending me even if we're destined to kill each other?" Said Vali with a smile on his face. 

But Seth's smile changed from a bright and sunny to cocky one filled with all the confidence in the world. 

"Heh! Then I'll kick both your asses! I don't mind you two being rivals and having a few awesome fights from time to time, but I refuse to let my friends kill each other. If you two are gonna kill each other, both of you are gonna have to get through me!"

Seth's aura and battle intent flared. 

"That's a good aura. In the rankings you're probably somewhere in the 4 digits, maybe in 1,000-1,500 with the spell you used." He then turned to Issei. "And you with your incomplete balance breaker should be somewhere there…maybe weaker."

"Maybe but I heard news that there are a lot of strong people out there even stronger than the Crimson Satan, Sirzechs Lucifer. Man, I really hope I get strong enough to fight them soon!" Said Seth with a daydreaming expression.

"You a human? Well you defeated Kokabiel so I'm not surprised."

"Meh! Excalibur did all the work, he still outsped me by a lot. But it came in clutch and thanks to my intangibility I managed to beat him, if it weren't for those I would've died. Hahahaha!"

"Seriously dude you're laughing that you could've died that way?" Said Issei.

But Seth just laughed it off. "Hey at least if I did die, I'd die doing what I love. Hahahaha!" 

One he has multiple extra lives. 

And if he did run out. 

He wouldn't mind dying in combat. It was what he loved and dying in a fight really appealed to him. 

Vali hearing his words and seeing his smile blinked in slight shock as Seth's words somehow resonated with him. 

If he was going to die he'd rather die in a blood boiling battle! Anything else would be too boring! 

"You really are an interesting person. I'll meet you some other time. And Gremory you're doing wonderfully raising Hyoudou." Vali said.

"Hey guys!" Seth greeted Rias, Xenovia and Kiba.

"Hey Vali catch." He threw him a cupcake. The White Dragon Emperor raised but thanked him nonetheless then walked away. 

"He's nice. I hope I get to fight him one day."
