The Grating Cannon was a weapon that straddled laser weapons and beam weapons, with an attack speed almost like lasers but a power nearing that of beams. Conversely, its attack speed wasn't as fast as lasers, nor was its power as strong as light speed; however, this middle ground weapon was very difficult to dodge.

These two Grating Cannon attacks heavily struck the Yinglong Cruiser, which had already raised its shields. The remaining enemy ships also converged, their Grating Cannons targeting the Yinglong Cruiser and suddenly firing.

Already battered to the ground, the Yinglong Cruiser, facing these Grating Cannon shots, was almost unavoidable, suffering ferocious attacks that once again shook the warship significantly.

The captain knew if this continued, the Yinglong Cruiser would be trapped, constantly enduring the Benefactors' attacks without the ability to retaliate.

The six Benefactor warships couldn't fire their Grating Cannons continuously, a major trait of most laser and beam weapons, as sustained firing rates were poor, requiring buffering or recharging.

About one hundred meters off the ground, warships from space belonging to the Benefactors fired again, but this time the Yinglong Cruiser, relying on its multi-directional propulsion for posture adjustment, swung to the right. The massive warship dodged the Grating Cannon shots by a hair's breadth, like a drifting leaf in the wind.

Such a sharp turn was obviously very dangerous and difficult; any person inside the ship, even if they clung to something, could still potentially be thrown about by this sudden movement.

Charging through enemy fire, the Yinglong Cruiser roared like a furious dragon through blazing flames, finally breaking free from the gravitational pull of Taoran Satellite II and into space.

"Come, let us battle honorably!" The Captain, filled with fighting spirit, his anger from the previous ambush still burning among his crew members. As a formidable Heavy Cruiser of the Star Alliance Universe Army, the firepower of the Yinglong Cruiser was not to be underestimated.

Hundreds of Cruiser Cannons suddenly opened fire, enveloping a Benefactor Warship in a massive barrage. Benefactor Warships followed a strategy of having ferocious but fewer main guns, whereas Star Alliance warships had a balanced arrangement.

It was uncertain how many shots were fired at the Benefactor Warship, but surprisingly, these ships had excellent maneuverability, even better than the Yinglong Cruiser's recent evasive maneuvers, and they dodged a great deal of firepower with agile movements.

Solid hits on its shields also noticeably weakened them. Although the Benefactor Warship might not match the Star Alliance Warship in single-ship firepower and possibly technology, it was nonetheless capable of giving the latter a run for its money.

Especially when they had the advantage in numbers.
