The helicopter touched down on an isolated landing pad deep in the countryside, far from the prying eyes of Langston's reach. As the rotors slowed, Isabella stepped onto the concrete, inhaling the crisp night air.

This wasn't over not even close.

Alexander joined her, his presence steady at her side. "We need a plan."

Claire and Damian were already moving, setting up their equipment inside the safe house. Their final stand against Langston had begun.

Inside, maps and screens illuminated the dark room. Claire pulled up a file, Langston's entire operation laid out in digital form.

"He's more vulnerable than he looks," she said. "We just have to hit him where it hurts."

Damian cracked his knuckles. "Financials."

Isabella smirked. "We take his power. Strip him of everything."

Alexander crossed his arms. "That's only part of it. He won't stop until he's in the ground."

A heavy silence filled the room.

They all knew the truth.

Langston wouldn't go down without a fight.

Damian tapped on his keyboard, eyes narrowing. "There's a gala tomorrow night. Langston will be there. Public, high security, but... accessible."

Isabella's pulse quickened. "Then that's where we finish this."

Alexander met her gaze. "Together."

She held his stare, nodding.

They had started this fight as enemies.

They would end it as something more.
