Chapter 1: 1. Beginning of the Path
On the vast cityscape of Coruscant, the early morning hours brought a quiet peace. In one of the rooms of the Jedi Temple, little Kael Valen slowly opened his eyes. After fidgeting a bit in his bed, he sat up and took a deep breath. The first rays of sunlight streamed in through the room's window, gently shining on his face. Though his eyes were still sleepy, his mind was already working.
Kael carried the memories and knowledge of his former life as a professor in his mind. He had just turned five, but his wisdom and intelligence were far beyond his years. Slowly he rose from his bed and dressed in the simple, comfortable clothes of a Jedi youth.
He looked at his reflection in the mirror, his bright black eyes standing out even more in the morning light. With a confident smile, he thought of the adventures the new day would bring.
As he walked down the hallway, he greeted the other younglings around him. Kael loved being among them, but he always felt different inside. The knowledge and memories of his old life sometimes made him feel lonely. On this day, he made his way to the training hall to attend morning training.
As the wide doors of the hall opened, he saw the other youths inside working intently. Under Master Yoda's guidance, everyone was concentrating on lightsaber techniques and meditation. Kael quietly moved to a corner and listened as Master Yoda spoke.
"Remember, the balance within the Force, find you must,"Yoda said, projecting a strong determination with his small body.
"Master Yoda, I've been trying for two weeks and I still can't feel what you're talking about. I cannot feel the Force. Don't I have the ability to be a Jedi?" One of the younglings looked quite desperate as he spoke. He had dreams of becoming a great Jedi Master, but everyone knew that those who could not use the Force could not become Jedi.
Though he was desperate, what he didn't know was that this was actually quite normal. The cells in a child's body are not yet mature, so their connection to the Force is not yet strong. Of course, this was also true for ordinary young people.
Kael realized that he was no ordinary youngling because even though he made no effort to feel his connection to the Force, he could feel an energy around his body. This energy was like an extension of his body. Kael felt he could control it, but he took his time.
Yoda, seeing the boy's desperation, spoke wisely and gently.
"Patient you must be, young Kieran. Time it takes to feel the Force, and different each individual's path is. Some, a strong connection to the Force immediately feel, others more work and patience need. Potential in you I see, but time you must give it. Jedi becoming, not only about feeling the Force it is, but also about discipline, patience, and understanding. Stronger with time, your bond will grow, but trust yourself you must. Faith in yourself lose not, and open to the guidance of the Force be. With patience and dedication, the powerful Jedi you wish to be, one day you will become. For now, your studies continue, and keep your heart open."
After comforting the boys, Yoda gave them instructions for their training. He gave them inspirational speeches to help them strengthen their connection with the Force.
Kael listened carefully to Yoda's words and assumed a meditative posture. As he tried to feel and channel the Force, the knowledge of his past life came back to him. During the training sessions, Kael was completely focused on Master Yoda's instructions. Yoda's eyes were always on Kael. Kael's connection to the Force had caught Yoda's attention.
After training, Kael went to the temple refectory for lunch. Like the other youths, he stood in line and got his food. Sitting at the table with his friends, he engaged in casual conversation, but different thoughts kept running through his mind. He wondered how the scientific knowledge he had gained in his previous life could be used in this new world.
After dinner, Kael and his friends headed to the playground. This was a fun and educational time for Kael. They played games using the Force to lift and manipulate various objects.
Although Kael realized he was more talented than the other children, he was modest. He hid his powers, but his charisma was remarkable. He became popular with the children and everyone liked to gather around him.
Later that day, Master Qui-Gon Jinn came to see Kael. "Hello, young Kael," he said with a warm smile. "I want to do some special training with you. I can feel how powerful the Force is with you. Are you ready?"
Kael wanted to keep his gift a secret, but he couldn't hide it from Yoda, one of the most powerful Jedi Masters in centuries of history. Yoda is considering giving Kael special importance as someone who could change the fate of the Jedi Order.
Yoda's reason for sending Qui-Gon to this training is to prevent someone with the ability to change the fate of the Jedi Order from becoming a slave without a will, following every order. He wanted him to be a conscious Jedi with a will and a sense of right and wrong.
The current Jedi Order had become like the soldiers of the Republic. Yoda hated that the Jedi Order was too close to politics, but the Jedi Council disagreed with him. Most of them were greedy for power and glory. If Yoda had not realized so late that it was not right to be close to politics, he might have prevented everything.
His goal now is to prevent the younglings who can reach the level of Master in the Jedi Council and influence the destiny from being as greedy and weak-willed as the masters in the current Jedi Council. Kael had not expected to receive personal training from a Master Jedi. The opportunity excited him and Kael nodded, trying to contain his excitement. "I am ready, Master Qui-Gon."

Qui-Gon Jinn taught Kael not only martial arts, but also how to feel, channel, and harmonize with the Force. During the training, Kael's skills developed rapidly.
In the lightsaber lessons, he excelled in agility and speed. But Qui-Gon taught him to be patient, to use the Force not only for war, but also for peace and tranquility. Kael listened carefully to these teachings and tried to put them into practice.
One evening after training, Kael decided to stand on the temple's large terrace and look out over the city. The lights of Coruscant shone like stars in the sky. He took a deep breath and considered his place in this new world.
He tried to balance the wisdom of his old life with the adventures of his new one. It was in these moments that he could feel how great his potential was.
Kael tried to cope with the feeling of loneliness that overwhelmed him. He knew he had no family in this new universe, no blood relatives. In his old life, he had grown up with the love and support of his family. His mother's smile, his father's reassuring voice, and the memories of his siblings were still fresh in his mind. Now, in this new world, he was all alone.
The Masters and his friends in the Jedi Temple had become his new family. Although he felt safe here, the emptiness inside was sometimes unbearable. With his Jedi training, however, he was learning to balance these feelings. He quickly wiped away his tears and took a deep breath. He calmed his mind and tried to feel the Force.
On the other hand, Kael was fascinated by the technology of this universe. The high-tech structures, fast transporters and advanced droids on Coruscant kept his imagination alive.
The training equipment and holographic simulations in the Jedi Temple were far beyond anything Kael had seen in his previous life. These new technologies fueled Kael's scientific curiosity and gave him new goals and dreams.
As Kael continued his private training with Qui-Gon Jinn, an important meeting took place deep within the Temple. Master Yoda and Master Qui-Gon Jinn had gathered to assess Kael's condition. Unaware of the meeting, Kael enjoyed his training.
