Chapter 926: Next Stop, Tianyuan Youth Training Team

Wang Xiaomin scratched his head, "We're going out to kick some clubs, and there's funding for that? I thought it was self-funded. I even called my dad yesterday to ask him to send me money!"

Zhao Zheng also made a face, "Driving a big Lexus burns through gas fast, better to take your small car! When the company club goes out to handle things, driving a Lexus makes us look good!"

"The club's fine; if there's an issue, the company recently got an A6. You two be smart out there; if anything happens, call me! The car does show face, but right now you need it more than I do, so take it! Pack up your stuff, and head out today. I've already contacted the first club; it's in the adjacent city!

Oh, by the way, Han Luofeng might have a bit of a temper, but once you get to know him, he's actually a good guy!

You guys are going out together, so be a bit more accommodating. Don't let your relationship get too strained. He's the captain at the Hua Clan for a reason; he's got skills. Learn from each other!"

"Alright, then we'll pack our bags and set off!"

"Okay, I'll personally see you guys off downstairs later! When you get back, I'll treat you to a welcome banquet!"

"Sounds good!"

Just after two in the afternoon, Zhao Zheng and Wang Xiaomin packed their clothes and fishing gear into the Lexus. Yue Feng personally saw them off to the car from the club, and they left right behind Han Luofeng's car.

After seeing Zhao Zheng and Wang Xiaomin off, the club wasn't idle in the following days.

Based on the shortcomings revealed in the last competition, Yue Feng discussed with Coach Niu and drafted a new training plan to keep honing the members.

As the temperature gradually rose, the training intensity for the club's members didn't decrease. Training took place in the morning, afternoon, and even for a while at night after dinner with night fishing practice. Each day consisted of over ten hours of training, two more than a regular worker's shift.

The intense training paid off, especially for the young newcomers Wang Zhen and Xue Kai, whose fishing skills improved significantly.

Every day near dusk, there would be one or two fish-grabbing contests. At first, Zhao Ran won easily, but the gap narrowed over time.

After more than half a month, Zhao Ran's winning rate in fish bouts dropped below sixty percent, and without paying attention, he might get bested by Wang Zhen or Xue Kai, which was quite embarrassing.

Meanwhile, while Yue Feng and Coach Niu devoted themselves to drilling the club members, Zhao Zheng, Wang Xiaomin, and Han Luofeng had challenged and competed against no less than a dozen clubs.

Having made arrangements beforehand, Luofeng knew most of the high-level figures from these clubs, along with the old man's and Yue Feng's reputation. Overall, their progress was quite promising.

The three kicked their way through various clubs, and, since fishing in other's ponds was the norm, they lost more than they won. Though they often lost small bets, their understanding of fish behavior and their mental strength steadily improved.

In the more than twenty days of kicking clubs, the three of them lost some weight. Since studying under a mentor, Han Luofeng had been a prodigy, coming from a wealthy family and never having endured such hardship.

Though Zhao Zheng was temporarily a fallen young master, he wasn't lacking in insight and vision.

The only unique one was Wang Xiaomin. Coming from a poor background, he seemed lower in status than the other two, but being younger and sharp-minded, he was well taken care of by Han Luofeng and Zhao Zheng!

Returning the favor, Wang Xiaomin was quite diligent, taking over chores like laundry and ordering food. The relationship among the three was unexpectedly harmonious.

At that moment, Han Luofeng, Zhao Zheng, and Wang Xiaomin had just checked out from their hotel.

"Next stop, Han City? The itinerary arranged by Brother Feng says the next is Tianyuan Youth Training Club in Han City, also known as Tianyuan's second team!" Wang Xiaomin glanced at the itinerary and asked with a slightly uneasy expression.

Han Luofeng took out a cigarette, offered one to Zhao Zheng, and lit it for himself, saying, "Tianyuan's second team is just their second team! We've even kicked the Tiancheng Club, so what's with Tianyuan's club? Besides, it's just the youth training second team. During the last qualifying round of the League Cup, didn't you guys beat them decisively?"

Zhao Zheng lit his cigarette, glanced at Wang Xiaomin, and said, "Han City, great place! I'm still craving the roast lamb Brother Peng treated us to last time! If the itinerary says Han City, then let's go!"

Wang Xiaomin seemed hesitant, "But..."

Zhao Zheng patted Wang Xiaomin on the shoulder, exhaling a smoke ring, "No buts! We're going to exchange, learn, and improve! Plus, before we go, they've been notified. What are you afraid of? They can't eat us! Even if there's some conflict, we live in a society governed by law. If there's a problem, go to the police!"

Unaware of the underlying story, Han Luofeng was puzzled by their conversation. "What kind of riddles are you two talking about? I'm a bit lost here."

"It's nothing. Xiaomin had a little incident with Tianyuan's team members before, but our captain resolved it smoothly!"

"Oh, that. Don't worry; I'm on good terms with Hu Changsheng from Tianyuan, and I know Leng Xiaojun too! I've got enough face to handle it! How about I call Old Hu and give him a heads up?" Han Luofeng casually suggested as he took out his phone.

A few seconds later, Hu Changsheng answered the phone, and after some brief pleasantries, they got straight to the point. Since they had already been informed, Old Hu agreed without hesitation.

In Han City, at the Tianyuan Youth Training Club's office.

After hanging up the phone, Hu Changsheng lifted the teapot in front of him to pour more tea for Leng Xiaojun.

Leng Xiaojun inquired, "Who's coming to our club?"

Old Hu smiled calmly, "Han Luofeng is bringing Yue Feng Club's Zhao Zheng and Wang Xiaomin! Those three have been on a rampage these past twenty days, visiting every known club."

"They're coming to kick the club?" Leng Xiaojun continued to ask.

"They say it's a friendly exchange, but it's similar to club-kicking! But with more losses than wins. On our club's practice pond, not even Han Luofeng, let alone Yue Feng himself, can beat us!"

When Yue Feng was mentioned, a piece of information suddenly flashed in Hu Changsheng's mind.

"Alright, enough chit-chat. I need to gather the team members for a meeting!

All those kids knew about Zhu Lin's beating. Even though the truth wasn't confirmed, rumors are secretly spreading that it was Yue Feng's doing. If Han Luofeng and his guys come, a misunderstanding might lead to a fight!"

Leng Xiaojun frowned slightly, "We should indeed hold a meeting to stress discipline, discuss fish-catching only, and no fights! If necessary, I'll take on the role of the bad cop since you've been too lenient with these kids!"

"Sounds good!"
