I know what you all are thinking: "A new cape? No surprise!"
Which is reasonable, Brockton Bay being the Cape Captial of the Country. We've got more capes per capita than any other city in the country. But what makes this interesting is what the cape did!
Now I was just minding my own business, having myself a small lunch when this man started seizing and having some sort of medical emergency! His wife (I assume anyway) had already called 911. But it was at that moment things took a turn for the strange when a maskless cape came up and asked what was happening!

He (or she I honestly couldn't tell) asked some questions before he opened the man's shirt and put their ear to his chest. He seemed to be timing something before the cape hit the man in the chest! The man coughed and gasped before falling unconscious. Then the ambulance and the PRT arrived, and we know how that goes.
So, we possibly have a new hero in town!
Edit: So, I went back and started asking my sources about what the cape did, and it turns out he did an actual medical procedure. One that isn't used due to the risky nature of the procedure, from my understanding you would have to have superhuman reflexes and perfect timing to actually make use of it! So, is he some sort of Medical Thinker or a Tinker?

The cape is obviously a medical focused thinker, we all know how thinkers trigger due to need of knowledge so for once i think you are onto something here bro.

Either way he's going to get a lot of attention.
Healing capes are in high demand after all.
So here's hoping he does the smart think and signs on with the Protectorate or joins the Wards (How old is the cape anyway? He (she?) looks like they're in their late teens to early twenties!)

If anyone's stupid enough to try to make a surgeon cape do something they don't want to do? Yeah they deserve what they get.
Seriously why do you think "Don't Fuck with the White Mage" is a saying in the first place!
They can put you together painlessly, but the can also take you apart in the most painful way possible while keeping you fucking alive and concious through the entire goddamn process!
