FarFlame:1000 Faces

Chapter 4: FarFlame : 1000 Faces "Chapter 4: "Double Elimination"

Santiago (Private School)

The golden Mexican sun painted long shadows across the tiled courtyard. Dario strutted down the hallway like royalty, his expensive watch glinting and his voice louder than necessary.

"That ghost kid was a cheater, bro! No way anyone dodges me like that!"

Rael, sitting silently under a tree with his literature book open, didn't flinch. He glanced up briefly, letting his fingers slide across a button on his smartwatch.

Transmission Sent: 'Target remains unaware. Mask intact. Proceeding as planned.'

Dario leaned against the stone pillar, laughing with his group of cronies.

"He probably pissed himself after that dodge. Bet he's hiding under some desk still."

Rael stood, closing the book slowly. "Maybe you're just bad at fighting."

The courtyard froze.

"What did you say, freak?" Dario snarled.

"You heard me."

For a second, the air tensed. Rael held his gaze. Calm. Unbothered. Inside, he was already playing the long game. He knew who Dario was—the son of the snake. And snakes get stepped on.

Scene Cut: Kenny's Operation – Velazquez Estate, Night

The vineyard estate was lined with warm yellow lanterns and classical guitars played softly under the moonlit pergola. Kenny — now dressed in an elegant black suit with a wine-red handkerchief — was escorted to a round table, where Don Arturo Velazquez sat swirling a glass of expensive tequila.

"Señor del Sol," Don Arturo said. "You want in on the street circuit, yes?"

Kenny smiled slightly. "No. I want to expand it."

Guards eyed him closely. Something was off. No digital trail. No fingerprints on the glass. Suddenly, one whispered:

"He's clean. Too clean. Like a ghost."

Velazquez raised his hand. "Search him."

As four armed men approached, Kenny let out a small sigh.

"Took you long enough."

Then… 5.5 minutes of hell.

He removed his cufflinks—razor-edged. A flick. One down. A spin. Another's throat sliced. A pistol aimed—Kenny threw a fork, nailing the man in the eye.

A third grabbed Kenny's leg. He twisted mid-air, snapped the arm clean.

The last one fled. Kenny pressed a button. Micro-drone garrote launched. Neck gone.

He walked back calmly to the Don, adjusted his tie, and leaned in.

"We'll talk again... Señor Snake."

As he embraced him for a fake farewell, he slid a listening device behind the lapel.

Scene Cut: Final Hour – Double Elimination Setup

Dario's father, now suspicious, returned home from his cartel network and began ranting to his lieutenants.

"Get rid of the Ghost. Get rid of the school rat. No one sniffs around my empire and lives."

Kenny, eavesdropping from the hideout, turned to Rael.

Kenny: "It's time. You handle the brat. I'll take care of the serpent."

Rael nodded. Cold. Sharp. A boy playing chess with lives.

Scene Split: The School Trap

Rael vs Dario

Rael waited until gym class. Dario entered the locker room, alone.

"Still pretending to be a ghost, freak?"

Rael didn't answer. The doors locked automatically. The lights dimmed.

Dario turned. The air felt thick.

Rael (stepping out of shadows): "I'm not pretending anymore."

Dario charged. Rael dodged, kneed him in the ribs. A punch. A block. A bone snapped.

Dario screamed.

Rael whispered: "This isn't a school fight, Dario. This is judgment."

Another move. A nerve strike to the neck.

Rael grabbed his face. "You lived in the luxury of blood. Now taste it."

Final move — Dario's head smashed into the metal lockers. Lights out.

Main Showdown: Kenny vs Don Arturo Velazquez

Location: Warehouse District – Night

Don Arturo arrived in an armored convoy. Kenny was already standing there, alone, his hair blowing under the flickering streetlights.

"I knew you were no investor," Velazquez spat.

"I don't do investments," Kenny replied. "I do eliminations."

Twenty armed cartel soldiers surrounded him. Laser sights aimed.

Don: "Do it."

They fired. Smoke. Debris. When it cleared… Kenny was gone.

From above, he dropped like a shadow. Crushed the two gunners instantly. Rolled, snatched a fallen pistol, dropped four more.

Then began the 45-minute war.

He moved like water, disarming, disabling, destroying.

Knives. Smoke bombs. Wrist darts. CQC.

Bodies dropped. Bones shattered.

Don Arturo tried to escape.

But Kenny grabbed him, threw him into an electric panel.

"Your sins have caught you, Don."

Arturo coughed blood. "You're just like me."

Kenny pointed the pistol. "No. I don't leave witnesses."

BANG.

Ending Scene

Rael and Kenny stood at the school rooftop.

Kenny: "Did you handle the boy?"

Rael: "He won't be talking."

Kenny: "Good. Mission 2... complete."

They stared out at the glowing city.

Two snakes down.

But the jungle was just beginning.
