Falling For The Idol

Chapter 11: 11

I blinked my eyes, wondering if I was in any way or form hallucinating Tae-Won being here.

I reached out and held his face with my hand to be sure that I wasn't dreaming. Squishing his cheeks, he had on a confused expression on his face.

When I finally realized that he was real, I retracted my hand away. "What the fuck are you doing here, again?"

He blinked his eyes multiple times, and then scratched the back of his head avoiding eye contact with me.

"Sis who's that?" Amarie called from inside the kitchen.

"Nothing," I said, closing the door behind me, just in case she comes outside.

I turn around glared at him, and he smiled at me. He fucking smiled at me.

I rubbed my hands on my face, feeling a level of frustration that I have ever felt before in my life. "Why are you here?" I said, my voice sounding strained.

"You never got to here the reason why I came to your place last night." He said with a slight pout of his lips.

"And I don't care, I really don't care. I told you to leave me be, I don't need your celebrity drama around my life."

"Just listen to me." He plead but it was falling on deaf ears, I did not want to listen or care to listen.

"Just go, go away." I almost yelled at him, but controlled my voice. Not wanting to bring anybody's attention towards us.

I saw one of my neighbors drive past us with his scooter. He waved at me, I waved back at him. He was an old man, so I doubt if he would ever care enough about K-Pop anyways.

"But, I have no where to go." He looked down at his shoes.

"No where to go. Tae-Won, aren't you supposed to be on your way to Korea with your group members?"

He went quiet, looking away at the small garden that was planted besides the house.

"Tae-Won. Why aren't you with your group members?"

"I told you didn't I, I needed a break from everyone and everything."

I looked left, then right, trying to see if there was anyone trying to spy on our conversation or take pictures, then take on the look he had on him, he looked messy, almost like he hadn't bathed since last night.

"Look, Anna, I know that you probably don't want me around you cause you feel like I would just be a ball of trouble... But please let me live with you for..."

That's when it all clicked, him being here, not going to Korea with his members. He wanted to live with me.

"The fuck you mean live with me? No, absolutely not. It's not going to happen."

The front door open and instantly I felt the sudden urge to throw myself over a cliff.

"Sis you have been here for minutes now. Who are you even... Holy shit!!" She exclaimed.

"Your, Tae-Won. Member of the boy group Starry Night. What are you doing in my house?"

"It's a long story..." My sister caught him off. "Wait, why are you having a conversation with one of the most popular member from Starry Night."

"It's a long story. And he was just leaving anyways."

I turn him around and was pushing him down the steps of the porch.

"But, I am willing to listen."

Minutes later, we all sat on the couch, and Tae-Won–holding a cup of tea in his hands, made by Amarie– proceeded to tell Amarie the story of how we met, plus the reason he was here in our place, instead of on the airplane on the way to South Korea. I choose to keep quiet due to me not wanting to say anything.

"So, that mystery guy that brought you home, was actually him. Sis do you know how insane this is?"

"Yes, yes I do. And that's why I want him out of my house right this instant."

My sister tilted her head to the side. "Why?" She questioned.

I glared at her, "He just needs to leave, we don't need to be part of his problem."

"But, nobody has to know. Come on sis, he has no where to go." I gave her a questioning look, wondering if there is something loose from her head.

"If we let this man in our house, do you know the danger that we would be putting ourself in?"

"I know, but come on he needs our help."

I felt my eye twitch, an indication that I was getting frustrated. "It's bad enough that he did not follow his band members back home. It's ever worse that he none of them problem knows about his whereabouts."

"Wait, I lied to them that I was visiting a sick aunt." He pipped up, as if him saying that made the situation any better than it already is.

"We could be charged and arrested for supposedly kidnapping an idol, and spend the rest of our lives rotting in jail. Do you want to have a criminal record on your resumé?"

"You are overreacting, nobody would arrest anybody. How long do you plan on living with us?" She directed this question to him.

"For a month or two." He said, seeing the fact that his cup was already empty, placing it on the table, he leaned forward with his hands clasped together. "Please," he jutted his lips out, and his eyes for some odd reason became bigger than usual.

I shook my head, reasoning the consequences of why this whole thing could blow up on my face.

"Please Anna," I heard Amarie say by my side, turning to look at her, she had on the same expression as him, but hers was more convincing.

I can't believe that this was happening, it feels like I was being ganged up by two people that can easily get people to do their biddings.

"Fine," I say standing up. "But if this whole thing blow up. You two are going to be blamed."

As I walked towards my room, I heard them let out a squeal of joy. For some reason I felt myself smile at this, but my gut was telling me that this would comeback and bite me in the ass real soon.
