Eternal Primordial: Tragic Soul United

Chapter 17: Family

As the days passed horo continues to listen to everything and everyone around him to learn as much as he could about this world. He noticed his father talked about his future more than his sister's and sometimes he would even talk to him as if he could understand everything which he could but his father didn't know.  Horo guessed it was due to him being a male, as males are usually that heirs to family's, but he dotted on his sister more as he always held her and played with her while trying to make cute baby sounds.

He noticed that he was growing strong feelings for all of the individuals in the estate because he never experienced what it felt like to have family and they definitely made him feel loved.

Horo could crawl when he was just two months due to his extremely strong bones from his trait and his experience from his past life but his sister couldn't, she wasn't nearly as advance as him mentally or physically but she definitely seemed to be more aware than other babies their age. He would always play with her and she would laugh and stare into his lightless eyes with her pure transparent eyes.

They continue to bond as months went by but Horo was leagues ahead of her in every capacity, at the age of 8 months he was already performing physical exercises whenever everyone was sleep or not present. He was also able to speak clearly which astonished his father and the rest because he didn't hide it from them, that is when they recognized that he was a genius.

He started learning from the "Stewart" mostly as well as other instructors appointed by his father. Marceles used their family technique to choose who would teach and instruct his son. The Trueheart technique had the ability to guide the heart to fortune opportunities or make the most beneficial decisions for whatever the technique was being used on. Marcus and Marceles suspected that this technique was complimentary to their bloodline, but there was no records in the family  that proved or even suggested that they had a special bloodline.

Their family technique was also the reason for their fortune that was originally greater than what outsiders knew before the expenditure for Samora.

The Trueheart technique first led Marceles's intuition to choose the family Stewart Oswalt, which greatly surprised him, but he was also aware that Oswalt specialized in many things so he went ahead with making him Horo's main instructor. Next he chose masters of many different weapons, and lastly a scholar for education.

Horo continued interacting and bonding with his family, members of their estate, as well as his instructors. He mainly used his private time to train abilities from his past life, and he utilized a huge chunk of his time playing with his little sister Himora and trying to help her develop quickly as well, which was much more effective then he thought it would be.

By the time they were 2 years old Himora could do everything that he could when he was 1. They both had started learning from instructors, and Horo likes to train with her a lot. His instructors were very surprised by how quickly Horo learned things and sometimes they even got the feelings they were teaching a reincarnated old monster. Horo had already began training with many wooden weapons and seemed to be very proficient with everything he put effort into.

Oswalt mainly taught Horo about professions like rune crafting, seals, blacksmithing; as well as the ways of the world and the power system.

Oswalt and the scholar also known as Jin Zark worked together to form Horo's growth path and daily routine for the next couple of years, and the same went for Himora even though she was a little behind Horo.

Horo didn't really know what to do in this life at the moment, but one thing was for certain he really cherished this family that he was blessed with and wanted to have the strength to protect them, and after learning about this world, there was a seed of fear planted in him that activated a hunger for strength so great, it made him train harder than he was forced to back in silence.
