Chapter 2110: Helping Yuki

"Well, it's not like he didn't take her down," Benladra said. "So I think dad did the right thing… we had to take her down, but to the extent of not even forgiving her soul? I mean… she went through all of that because of grief of losing someone she loved…"

"And it was his kindness that made her have a change of heart even after her death," Benladann smiled, kissing Drake's cheek. "She gave him that crystal, see? I think she could have brought it along with her or even returned it to Nobunaga somehow… but she choose to give it to him."

"She said something about that man never truly caring about her or her beloved…" Andromeda sighed. "As I am always by Drake's side, I was able to see that and… it was indeed very sad. I hope they can find one another someday, in their next life."

"So that bastard of Nobunaga doesn't even care about his own subjects?" Tisha asked angrily. "Hmph… well, he should've expected a betrayal like that! Now we've secured a valuable item…!"

"I am quite worried about that crystal, however," Hector said with a serious expression. "Lord Drake, please be careful when handling it… the thing I felt within Yuki, that monster, it surely came from that dimension."

"I know what you're talking about, and don't worry," Drake nodded. "I won't meddle with it unnecessarily. But I might still run some experiments on them, of course, within a secured space…"

"Yuki might react negatively to it," Larzak said. "Let's be careful, Lord Drake."

"I agree…" Kraxka nodded.

"Worry too much!" Drakda suddenly said, interrupting everyone's conversation. "Dada fine… shut up!"

"Hahaha! I guess the prince has spoken," laughed Hector.

"Drakda, I never taught you to be this rude with everyone!" Miranda carried Drakda in her arms. "Don't say things like that again, you have to be a gentle-hearted boy."

"Waaah!" Drakda bit his arm angrily, but Miranda wrapped his body with her black tentacles, making the boy giggle around as he struggled to break free.

"Seriously, this brat does whatever he wants!" Miranda sighed.

"Hahah," Drake giggled, patting her head. "Well, I remember when you said you wouldn't be able to make a good mother, but I think you're pretty good at it."

"W-Wha…?!" Miranda suddenly furrowed her eyebrows as she blushed. "That came out of nowhere…"

"He's not wrong! You make a really cute mommy," Benladann teased her.

"Yeah!" Benladra joined in.

"She is," Kate nodded.

"Hahah, well, looks like everyone agrees," Andromeda said.

"Ugh…" Miranda rolled her eyes, as she glanced into the distance. "Ah, there he is… they didn't do a single damn thing to help, huh?"

"And what did you even wanted them to do, Miranda? They have interesting tools, but they are simply too weak to help," Ruby said. "Maybe in the future they could… but they're simply victims of all of this, don't expect them to suddenly do everything themselves."

"I wasn't asking them do everything…" Miranda said. "Just saying."

"Welcome back, Drake, everyone…!" the Sergeant said. "I'm very glad you managed to survive that entire ordeal! It didn't seemed possible to win but you did it… I suppose for problems of this world, its better to leave them to this world's inhabitants…"

"Yeah, I know it's a lot to handle, I'm sorry," Drake said. "But yeah, we were planning on just returning to our rooms, we can talk about everything tomorrow morning, where we'll depart after breakfast."

"So you're in a hurry… we hoped you would stay with us for longer…" sighed the Sergeant.

"Don't worry, I can come back at any tie if there's something bad happening," Drake explained. "And these little things, they're Slimes, parts of my own self. I've spread them around the city. So technically I'll never truly leave."

"S-Slimes?" the Sergeant was shocked, as he saw a tiny little blue blob on his hand, gazing at it in disbelief. "This is beyond what I imagined… but okay, I mean… we can work with that."

Like that, Drake and his family had a good night of sleep that night, while Yuki, back inside of Drake's Divine Realm, slowly woke up after sleeping for two whole days.

"Ugh…" she looked tired and sleepy, and confused.

"Yuki, you're awake… how are you feeling?" a familiar voice echoed by her side, realizing she was resting over a large bed inside the Divine Realm of Drake, his frost castle specifically, inside of her own room.

"Drake?!" Yuki was surprised to find him in the flesh by her side, or well, it was perhaps a part of him.

"Just a piece of me, but still me, yes," he nodded. "How are you feeling?"

"I'm… fine? What happened- ugh!" Yuki rubbed her forehead. "Ouch… Ah, I remember now… damn it… That was tough…"

"Don't overexert yourself," Drake gently let her rest back on the bed, as Yuki blushed a little, being taken care like this by Drake had never happened before. "For now you should rest and recover, you went through a lot… we can talk later. Are you hungry? I'll bring you anything you want."

"R-Really?" Yuki asked, flustered. "Well…"

Yuki was flustered, but Drake smiled, petting her head gently, she quickly nodded, as he went to cook something for her, coming back a few minutes later with a feast.

As she ate, she felt more relieved, recovering her energies and eating to her heart's content, having slept for two whole days inside the Divine Realm also meant she didn't eat for two days, so she was starving.

"Phew~ That was so tasty, thank you Drake…" Yuki said, as she patted her belly while resting in the bed.

Drake nodded, whisking his fingers and making the dishes disappear, teleporting them to the kitchen where they were washed by small blue slimes.

"I'm glad you liked it, for now, just sleep and relax, we can talk later once you fully recover," he said.

"Nah, don't worry… I'm happy you're concerned about me, it's… really sweet of you, but I'm fine, really," Yuki said. "I can talk about what I saw…"

"What you saw?" Drake asked. "So the darkness…"

"Yeah…" Yuki fell silent for a moment, looking at the ground, and remembering what she saw, those images, the crying woman calling for her, asking her to come back to her, for both of them to become one, she explained what she saw to Drake, everything.

Drake remained in silence as he listened, he didn't seem as surprised as Yuki expected, he already knew quite a lot about this mysterious woman within the Dark Dimension

"So it's really her? It's…" Drake asked.

"Yes, Amaterasu," Yuki nodded.
