OPPORTUNITY TO BREAK CANON Location the Ranmaverse, Japan-Nerima: Furinkan Highschool

Ryoga was finally here. Immediately after seeing Ranma he'd attacked. Nearly hitting a non-combatant. It took a moment for Ranma to recognize his old classmate and rival. Following up by the funny scene of Ranma, repaying Ryoga for all the lunches that he'd won over him, thinking that's the reason of Ryoga's anger. Eventually Ryoga mentioned that if only Ranma hasn't left from the fight, he'd "wouldn't have seen hell", which let everyone learn about Ryoga's family curse. That, that guy can get lost in a room with no windows. The events followed exactly like canon, with Ryoga challenging Ranma to a fight, in order to settle the score between them, and get payback. As Ryoga left, Ranma commented, "It's gonna take at least a week before, he comes back." Akane and Nabiki not believing that someone could have such a level of sense bad direction, exists. Laharl, he took Ranma off the side and told him, Ryoga is cursed. Shocking the gender-swapping protagonist, as he said, "No way. Ryoga, actually chased me and pops to China!?" Laharl nodded. Making Ranma sighed, as he remembered that Laharl and his girls knew that he and his pop's were cursed. So he asked how did they know? Laharl, he smirked showing his right gloved hand, and igniting it in hellfire, shocking Ranma, as he thought that Laharl was burning. But he realized that Laharl, he wasn't in pain or discomfort, as the flames danced in Laharl hand. He said to Ranma, "Me and my girls, not only train in the physical, but also the spiritual and mystical arts as well. Cause of this we can sensed supernatural magic, like your Jusenkyo curse." this was amazing to Ranma, especially since Laharl basically stated he might have some knowledge on magic. Lifting the young martial artist's spirits, and before they'd went inside the school...or more like Ranma, would while Laharl hanged around. He'd stopped channeling his demonic power, and offered with a basic lesson in ki-manipulation. This utterly excited Ranma, as he demanded answers.

Laharl, he laughed as he patted his friend's shoulder to calm him down. But that right, over the time that Ranma has been pestering, he and Laharl have grown close enough to be called friends. He started by telling Ranma, that he'll teach him how to do the Shoryuken correctly, as Ranma has been trying hard to replicate it. Which pumped the young Saotome at lot, but Laharl warned him that while the "weakest" technique in the Ansatsuken, he made Ranma, swear to only use it on capable opponents, as weak people will die, from the punch. Ranma, he'd gulped and vow to keep this promise, next Laharl started explaining something called...Touki...

THE ETERNAL LOST BOY Location the Park, Near the Fountain

A week later. Ranma has spent the entire week at Laharl's mansion, training and learning about Touki, and mastering the Shoryuken properly. During that time, Ranma, he was curious on why Laharl was "helping him?" and "teaching him?" Laharl laughed and answered, "Cause were friends Ranma." this made the young Anything Goes Style heir happy. Aside from Uk-chan, he'd never had a true friend. Laharl, he also helped Ranma get over some of his machismo. Pointing out that all his girls are stronger than him, and their are martial arts masters that are women, that could crush and kill him, along with his pops. Ranma, he couldn't refute that, and he even challenged Ruby to a match...losing badly. While Ranma held his own, he still lost and that help further break the damage that Genma rised in him. After that Ranma managed to greatly progressed and become quite stronger, more than ready to utterly crush Ryoga.

And just as Ranma predicted it took Ryoga a whole week for Ryoga to come back to Nerima. With a lot of souvenirs of various places, Akane and Nabiki, were shocked that Ryoga, had to asked if he was in Furinkan. Exclaiming joy of arriving...late, to the scheduled fight between him and Ranma. The two young martial artists, they took their fighting stance and started. Ryoga, he used umbrella thrusts which Ranma dodged soo fast that it looked like there were multiple Ranma. And when Ranma connected a punch with a slight green hue, blasting Ryoga soo hard that he'd smashed through the wall of the school. This is touki, Ranma, he was able to enhance his punches and he still has his ace in the hole. Ryoga, stood back up, with a nasty bruised eye, still eager and angry. Rushing back in to fight against Ranma. Their fight eventually led to the park, when Akane tried to follow the two boys, worried, Kyoko, she chopped back of her neck, knocking Akane out...preventing Akane bad haircut, and the fight ended with Ranma hitting Ryoga with a Shoryuken!! Blasting the bandanna boy into the fountain, and soaking him in water, Ranma avoided being soaked, and he'd won...and Ryoga must have transformed into something small, as Ranma left the park.

Location the Krichevskoy Mansion, Backyard-Pool Area It was nighttime. Ranma, Genma, Soun, and the Tendo sisters are over for a celebratory BBQ for Ranma. As Ranma was grateful that Laharl trained him, as Soun and Genma overheard that Laharl taught, the young heir of the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts...ki-manipulation!!! They started ranting on how irresponsible that was. Laharl, he countered, "I'm the same age as Ranma and...(igniting his fight in hellfire, shocking everyone except for Ranma, and his girls)...I'm a master of elemental usage. So got anything, else to add?" saying this with a smirk, as both Genma and Soun, couldn't talk back. And unknown to the humans of the group, their is another guest in this little celebration. As a small, black piglet, with a speckled yellow bandanna wrapped around his neck. This is Ryoga Hibiki, the one cursed by Heitowennīchuan, the spring of drowned black piglet. After his loss to Ranma, and managing to find him again...after hours of being lost, he reached were Ranma lives, and he was overhearing everything in curiosity and jealousy!!

LEARNING ABOUT LAHARL Location Tendo House

It been a heck of a week. Since Ryoga came to Nerima, the events of Ryoga ambushing Ranma while he'd slept still happen. Only with Ryoga, suffering a surprise Shoryuken, that launched him outside in the rain, triggering his curse and meeting Akane, in his pig form. Receiving his iconic pet name, P-chan. Developing a crush on Akane, cause she was soo nice to him in both forms, and using his piglet form to learn of this new fighter, name Laharl. Discovering that not only did Laharl teach Ranma that spinning uppercut, called the Shoryuken, but also he was teaching Ranma how to master ki-manipulating. He learn that is called Touki. When he wasn't bitting Ranma, or spending time with Akane, he'd watch Ranma train in the neighbor's backyard.

While spying on Ranma's training, his fat dad got angry. Spewing that Ranma should stop trying to learn this touki, for he wasn't ready for it. And then demanded that Laharl, hand over all information on touki, and his Ansatsuken...this caught Ryoga's interest, as he learned of the new guy's style. This led to Laharl fighting against Ranma's dad. Observing and listening to how Laharl has been undefeated, beating Akane, Ranma, Akane's dad, and some guy named Kuno. Which shock the little black pig, as he'd watch the match...or more like slaughter. Genma attacked but he was beaten down with only kicks, he overheard from Genma, that he was insulted that Laharl was testing him, and demanded that he'd used his Ansatsuken against him. Laharl responded in a mocking tone, "You've haven't showed me anything for me to see you worthy of going serious, Panda." making Genma growl, and attack again. Again Laharl started hitting Genma with high kicks, side kicks, and spining high kick, riddling Ranma's dad in bruises and wounds. Genma even used his Umisenken technique, to mask his presence to attack Laharl, but Laharl he is a devil and can easily see him, and deliver a powerful axe kick that smashed the panda-man onto the ground. Knocking him out.

Ryoga, he was impressed. Laharl, not only is he Ranma mentor but from what he's watched, Ranma and him act as equals. Friends. Which surprises him, Ranma his ego and rough personality would make him, impossible for him to make friends with other martial artist. Especially with someone whose beaten him. After seeing their friendly interactions with one another, it was clear if Ryoga wants to overcome Ranme. He has to overcome Laharl, and do from what his learned achieve making Laharl get serious. Snorting in his piglet form, as he returned to the Tendo backyard...and ended in Okinawa!!! Yeah its going to take a while before Ryoga, could challenge Laharl...

RYOGA CHALLENGES LAHARL Location the Krichevskoy Mansion, Living Room

Two weeks later. Laharl was relaxing alone in the living room, as the girls were out doing their own thing on that day. Kyoko and Nero went to the mountains, Kyoko wanted to train her speed and agility, while Nero wanted to paint the area. Ruby and Setsuna wanted to try out some restaurant that opened up, Albedo, Kneesocks, and Raven went to the local book store to buy some novels, exclusive to this world, that they've became fan of. Mizore went to the candy parlor, to restock on lollipops. Daki went clothes and makeup shopping, promising that what she'll get for herself and the girls he'd love, making him really excited, as Daki has become the unquestioned fashionista of their family. Lastly Cerberus, they've beat the 100% speedrun record on Crash 2, and now they're in the Theater Room tackling Crash 3. That made him laugh, as he reached over to the table and drank some ice cold Pepsi. When suddenly, he'd heard some whining squealing, turning to the hallway he was Pig-Ryoga, dragging a bunch of stuff from...Okinawa. Most likely he wanted to go somewhere and ended up badly lost. Sighing, he got up his sofa, and picked up a confused and worried Pig-Ryoga, as Laharl said, "Ryoga, don't worry I'm just taking you to the bathroom, so you can change back." Ryoga was shocked that Laharl knew he was a pig, and he was kind enough to help him.

Leaving him in the bathroom, Laharl went back to the living room. In a couple of minutes, a fully dressed human Ryoga popped out the hallway. He thanked Laharl for the shower. And he'd has to asked, "Your Laharl right?" Laharl nodded. Ryoga he was asking, about other things. About his style, and what he was teaching Ranma. Laharl, answered some things and confirmed other things, making Ryoga's face to get serious, pointing his hand at Laharl in a dramatic fashion, as he said, "Laharl Krichevskoy Bael!! I Ryoga Hibiki, challenge you to a match!!" Laharl suspecting that Ryoga was leading to this. Laharl, he accepted Ryoga's challenge, but told him, "Until we fight, your staying in my line of sight. I don't want to wait a month for our match, cause you got lost again." Ryoga, he blushed and denies that he has such a bad sense of direction!! In a couple of hours, Laharl's girls, along with the Tendos and the Saotomes arrived at the backyard of Laharl's home. Ryoga was standing off the north end of the yard, with his red umbrella at the ready. While Laharl was at the south end, with his hands at his pocket, just before the match starts, Ryoga stated, "Only Ranma has been able to make you, take your stance. I can do that to and more." Ranma and the Laharl's girls laughed at this. As Akane gut struck Ranma, for being a yerk to Ryoga. Soun, he acted as referee this time and started the match.

Ryoga yelled as he ran in planning to use a umbrella thrust on Laharl, who countered by straight kicking the umbrella. Actually cracking Ryoga's weapon, much to everyone's surprise. Then Laharl hit Ryoga with three kicks, a calf kick, a mid rib-kick, and a high kick to the face. Stumbling back, as Laharl did a spining high kick to the face of Ryoga, knocking him off his feet. Spinning in the air and he smashed against the ground. Ryoga, he groaned in pain, when suddenly he was kicked by the chest, making him spin from the blow. Ryoga, got back up, even Ranma wasn't this brutal of a match, all of Laharl's kick felt like being hit by car. When suddenly he noticed that Laharl has his arms out his pocket and enter a different stance. Everyone was shocked that Laharl entered his Ansatsuken stance, as Laharl said, "You know. You have greater durability than Ranma. It was clear after I put more power into my kicks, let's see how long you do last with me getting a bit more serious." this made Ryoga was smiling, happily. As he rushed in, with his guard worried about Laharl's Shoryuken since it should be stronger than Ranma. Throwing some punches and a couple of kick, before Laharl punched him in the face. Ryoga stumbled back, feeling the world spinning, cause Laharl channeled some demonic energy into his punch, causing way more damage. He look over at Ranma and said, "Time I show the weakest kick in the Ansatsuken." stomping his foot, then another step forward as he performs a powerful forward-stepping side kick, saying "Jodan Sokutou Geri."

Upon his kick impacting in the chest of Ryoga. Blasting some power and demonic energy through Ryoga's body. Lauching him toward the wall over the edge of the property, bouncing off of it and falling unconsciously onto the lawn. Laharl lowered his stance, as Soun called his victory. Laharl, explained that jodan sokutou geri, is basically like shoryuken only forward hitting and a longer range. He'd promised that he'll teach the technique to Ranma, but the same oaths with the shoryuken apply. Making Ranma excited, as Akane rushed to check on the knocked out Ryoga, as Laharl has won another match!!
