EXPLAINING Location the Humanworld, Japan-Kuoh: Old School Building, Occult Research Club: Clubroom

After Vali left Laharl banished his Vritra Zanbato, and went into the academy. Knowing that he'll have to explain things to Albedo and the girls, along with Sona and Rias including their peerages. He was cornered by Kneesocks, Raven, Nero, Mizore and Kyoko who's were the most worried openly. As he knew that Daki, Albedo, Ruby, and Cerberus were very worried as well it just that they wanted to do his command. It didn't take long for the other girls to appear from the end of the hall, he'd already knew they were there. He smile and beckon them over, as those four join them, he comfort and calmed down his girls. Telling them that he'll explain everything once the others join them. The school day went as usual, until lunch time. Sona along Rias and their respected peerage came to talk. They shot question after question, but he managed to calm them down as well. Rias demanded that they use her clubroom to tell them what made him act so serious and cautious. Laharl, he'd agreed and they ate lunch with a bit tension in the air. But eventually the school day ended...

In Rias clubroom, everyone was scattered around the room. Laharl gave the couches to Kyoko, Nero, Daki, Albedo, Kneesocks, Ruby, Raven, Cerberus, and Mizore. Kiba standing off the side, he did the same for his girls, Tsubaki, Tomoe, Reya, and Momo. While Ruruko, Murayama, and Katase were sitting some other chairs. Nearby Tsubasa was standing beside Akeno, while Rias was sitting behind her desk, with Sona sitting off the side of Rias' desk. He looked around at the concern people in the room, as he sighed, scratched his head and removed his hoodie. First he told them that fortunately nothing happen, between him and the punk that he introduced as Vali. But he'd warn them all not to mess with that battle maniac, as he insisted in that along with not fighting Vali. Kiba, he was the one that asked, "Senpai, how come you are so nervous about this Vali guy?" Laharl, looked at the knight, and sighed. Looking at the ceiling he answered Kiba's question, "Because that punk is the White Dragon Emperor..."

With exception of his girls, that didn't know about the Red and White Dragon Emperors. Everyone yelled, "What!!" it was expected that everyone would react to this news. Laharl, he let them vent and calm themselves down from the shock. Once they calmed down, Sona asked him, "How did you know that, that person is the White Dragon Emperor?" he swung his arm and called out his sword, Vritra Zanbato, and told them, "Vritra and Orochi warn me that a powerful dragon was nearby. Then after standing up to the punk, he practically confessed that he is the White One." As he banished his sword back into his soul, again another surge of excitement and shock. He realized that he dropped another bomb, revealing that his sword houses Vritra the Prison Dragon, and Yamato no Orochi the Devouring Dragon. Sighing as he knew that he had to explain that along with how he knew about Vali...

First he told them that just recently he was contacted by his dragon. Discovering that he sword, Zanbato was made from fragment materials from Yamato no Orochi. And after he'd killed the crazy bastard, Genshirou Saji, to save Sona. As she blush and trembled a bit of the memory of that night. By stabbing into that bastard with his sword, the fragment of Orochi awoken and started devouring the power and essence of Vritra from Saji. But instead of being completely consumed, Orochi and Vritra merged into a greater dragon, with potential of achieving the level of Heavenly Dragon. This shocked everyone, as he nodded to them, telling them his sword has ascended into a artificial sacred gear. He looked at everyone's confused expression, as he'd explained what a artificial sacred gear is. Basically its a sacred gear, created by someone apart from the Big G. in the sky. Surprising them as he went on that after feeding Vritra Zanbato, they fully awaken their consciousness and been providing support when they can. As he felt Vritra and Orochi within him, being pleased by the compliment.

Having explained Orochi and Vritra, he then took time to explain, that Vali is apart of the Grigori. From using the usual attitude of the wielders of the Booster Gear and Divine Dividing, are either magnet for trouble or cause trouble by fighting or being fought. Also explaining that the power of the Divine Dividing is to divide a enemy's attack by half, and adding that divided power to the user. Thus making him a nightmare for all of them...him included to handle. But of all of them, he'd have the better odds to face against Vali. Hence his actions from earlier in the morning. Now they understood, why Laharl acted like that, but they still wanted to know why Vali the White Dragon Emperor, would come into their territory. He told them, by pointing at himself and saying he was interested in him. Vali's battle hunger, drawing him to seek him out. He even asked him if he was the "Red One" but he answered, that he is the "Black One". Since he'll continue to grow stronger, and make sure that Vritra and Orochi continue to evolve. Which made said dragon very excited in his soul.

With things finally clear. The girls were worried that Vali might return, which he didn't lie, saying, "Ohh that battle maniac will be back..." especially, since he broke one rule, when dealing with Vali. He reminds him of the G, Pickle from Baki, who only shows interest to those that attack or challenge him. Vali was practically the same, only more civilized... He calmed down all worries and concerns of his girls, and friends, if things get to shady, he told them that he might have to use his Dimension Slash on Vali. Shocking them, since that attack cause unbelievably damage to Underworld, what would happen to Kuoh if he'd used here. But they understood, with a opponent that is constantly weakening your attacks, the only option is a attack that breaks and slashes through dimensions. So with things now settling down, they can talk about other things, and get ready to head home. Needing to pick up some things from the Adventurers' Club Building, Laharl, he remained behind for a bit...

VALI ATTACKS Location Kuoh Academy, Back Courtyard

It was the afternoon, and Vali was standing on the rail fence of the roof. Looking at his target, who was just leaving a large building behind the school. With a smirk, he leaped from the roof and dived down, straight at Laharl, with his fist coated in demonic and draconian energies. Laharl, felt his dragon react to danger, and warn him, acting out of instinct he'd wrapped his body in his scarf to protect himself. As a brutal, and powerful blow was struck to his side. He was sent flying, crashing against the wall of the club. His scarf barely protecting himself, but he was stinging in pain, as he unwrapped his scarf from his body. Looking at his attacker, the punk Vali.

Vali was glad that his opponent was able to handle his punch. As he cracked his knuckles, eager for a fight. Laharl, he stood up, and summoned his massive sword, coated in purple flames, it was clear that they're going to fight. Wanting to sorta test the waters, Vali didn't used his Divine Dividing yet. As he got into brawler like stance, and was ready to see if this Black Dragon was worth his and Albion's recognition. Laharl took his usual stance, and struck. Using Blade Rush to flash right in front of Vali, and swing a downward crossing slash at the half-devil. Vali, he was impressed by Laharl's speed and killer intent, as he blocked the attack. Which was a bad move in Vali's part, as Laharl's sword slashed his arms and he was blasted away by force of the blow. He felt that he was drained of energy, and those flames were able to hurt him. Being blasted towards the school, Laharl was already on him using anothed Blade Rush to close the gap between them. He was swinging a downward heavy slash at Vali, which he parried by smacking the sword off the side with a punch. While it didn't cause greater damage by landing, he was still slightly burned by those purple flames, as they crashed into the academy. And started exchanging blows in a hallway of the school.

Blocking and parrying the other's attack. As Laharl, he was desperate to either force Vali to retreat or in meager chance knock out the bastard, before he starts using the Divine Dividing on him. Which will make this fight much harder for him. Honestly Vali was one of few people in this world he didn't want to face, at his current level. Vali and Issei are opponents that the longer a fight goes on, the better is for them. And it didn't help, that Vali while he might not have hopefully his Balance Breaker yet, he still had an advantage over Laharl in this fight. As Laharl swing his massive sword, and Vali step back, Laharl, he smirked as he subtlely stretched out his scarf towards the leg of Vali. He was too focused on his Vritra Zanbato, then his scarf, allowing him to snatch his right ankle. Laharl, he pulled his scarf tripping Vali, as he smashed his whole body against the battle maniac.

Causing Vali to grunt, then he slashed him across the chest, draining and burning him. As Laharl planned to deliver deep slash across Vali, maybe causing enough damage to make the punk think twice. But Vali, he countered Laharl by headbutting him. As Laharl felt his nose break, and blood gush down his nostrils. Vali started his counter-attack, pulling his back using Laharl's scarf against him, and while stun by the headbutt, Vali started to wail on Laharl with demonic coated punches. Striking his face, chest, and chin over and over. When Laharl reacted by suddenly punching Vali's face, getting him off of him. Quickly grabbing his scarf, he'd used all his strength to trip Vali onto his ass, as he grunted in pain, but Laharl wasn't done with the bastar. Using that same strength, to swing Vali across the hall and through the wall into another room. Smashing through tables and computers, seems that the room that the room, he sent Vali into was the faculty room...Sona is going to be nagging him, when she realizes all the destruction they've caused. While he though of that, he started to hear laughing, Vali was laughing, as he got up with some bruises and blood dripping from his head and chest. As he said to Laharl, "Your quite something Laharl. I could count in one hand, those that have been able to match blows and take my blows!! This is quite the fight, don't you agree!?" Laharl, he reached up to his nose and snapped back into place. Then he blew some blood out his right nostril, pointing his sword at Vali, he said, "Shut up, and eat the dirt already." this made Vali happy, as he rushed at Laharl, and Laharl responded with another slash!!

Location the Bael Residence, Krichevskoy Mansion: Kitchen and Dinning Room Meanwhile back in the Krichevskoy Mansion. The girls were starting to worry, they were eating some Roman food that Nero cooked for them. But it was already night time, and Laharl hasn't come home yet. Albedo was twitching a bit in anxiety, they felt something was wrong, as their King and lover, would always call if he was going to come home late. That's when Daki's cellphone rang, the obi devil reach to her shorts. And quickly answered hoping that it was Laharl, but after hearing the voice on the line being from Rias, she frown and politely greeted the Gremory. Hearing the name made all her sisters, gloom and sigh in disappointment. But then Daki slammed her hand on table and yelled out, "What did you say!!?" Shocking the girls, as she hang up and told them, that the alert barriers on the Academy were going haywire, but also stated that Laharl was still at the academy. Meaning that something was happening. The girls stopped eating and rush towards the academy!!

Location Kuoh Academy, First Floor Laharl and Vali were still fighting. Much of the first floor of Kuoh Academy was utterly wrecked. Holes, smashed objects, scattered papers, broken computers, and more were tossed allover the place. As Vali hit Laharl with strong uppercut, which he'd countered with a stab to the right thigh of Vali. Making the half-devil scream out in pain, as Laharl commanded his sword to bust into cursed flames to burn him. But after a sudden surge of Vritra Zanbato's cursed flames, were starting strong but suddenly they died down...the reason Vali finally pulled out his broken sacred gear, Divine Dividing, which resembles a pair wings of a mech honestly. The bastard must have divided the power of his Vritra Zanbato's cursed flames, to lower the amount of damage. As he punched Laharl across the face, forcing Laharl to release his hold on his sword but at soon as he did that, it reappeared in a purple flame within his hand. Vali, he fought through the pain on his leg, and thanks to his Divide, all the energy that was drained from him was restored from the curse flames.

Vali was smiling as Laharl was clearly a worthy adversary. Especially his drain was a great counter to divide, just like the Red One's boost. It was clear, he wanted to get serious. Test his opponent to see if he is really worthy of being another rival for the White Emperor. As Laharl, spun around his shoulder to stretch it, he was ready to keep fighting. Using his wings to flight slightly, and get the weight off his bad leg. Vali rushed in ready for round two!!
