Chapter 213: Departures I
The imperial banquet was finished and thoroughly so, there was clamour and high expectations for the future, the prospect of wars, but they were winnable wars that could switch the fate of everyone in this world forever.
There was hope.
But most nobles didn't leave the capital right away, instead, they toured around trying to scoop as much armatista as they could before returning. It was quite convenient as due to my fight with Avarice, a lot of Armatista materialised around the capital that had to be mined and stocked. The whole process could take months and the amount was enough to make the Baharut Empire into the richest state of the world once Armatista was able to be sold in the market, most particularly among alchemists.
As for me, I was on the top floor of the Imperial Castle, hugging my girls who were going to depart. The school period back in their world had already started and they had been missing for a few days because they were playing around here.
I was relieved to see them go. They had become stronger, Rias had gained two peerage members and I could now confidently tell that Anna-chan had a place she'd belong to in the future where she would be treated nicely. Also, Rias' family is rich so Sanae-san and Yuki, Anna's parents, wouldn't struggle.
The three of them had also become so much stronger and Rias' mentality overall had changed, she looked more serious about her endeavours and also took over the Gremory Household.
All in all, it was a productive journey for them and also for me who managed to cuddle them as we settled our feelings.
"It is time to go" I mumbled, holding the three of them in my grasp. They weren't either sad or disheartened at first, but when they saw the interdimensional gate materialise, they reacted as if those were the gates of hell.
The funny thing is: they were heading there... I created it to head towards the Gremory Manor in the underworld.
"Ray, when are you coming back?" Their embrace on me went tighter, I could feel their fullness and feelings completely.
"It won't be long, I promised that I'd help the girls fix up their kingdom. It won't be long so wait for me and don't be bad girls, okay?"
"We promise!" So they said, but I didn't believe it. Now that they're this strong, with their rivalry against Riser and Rias also having to defeat the ones that pretend to marry me, there is bound to be chaos but I don't care as long as they're okay amidst that chaos.
...
The girls left very reluctantly, but I felt they were more reluctant to let go of Anna Blair than me. They hugged me like a passing dream one forgets the next day, but they hugged Anna Blair like she was a departing family member whom they wouldn't see in a few decades. I saw so many big oppai squishing together that I had the urge to avert my eyes even when they were all mine.
"You have to come live with us in the underworld!"
"I will I will!"
Anna Blair too had considerable development to herself compared to the first time I saw her. She looked more confident, beautiful... loved. I remember there was this customer of mine back on earth in my past life. Her name was Seline; she used to say the more a woman is loved the more beautiful she becomes.
Amaterasu had a 'secret' wife conversation with Tsunade where she also invited Galadriel and Ophis. Needless to say, Ophis didn't bother to attend and Amaterasu was mean enough to deliberately not invite the sleeping Aqua whom she didn't consider 'qualified'.
Azrael awkwardly tried to join but she was shut down so quickly I almost felt bad for her.
The secret conversation (which I eavesdropped due to Energy Records) included matters regarding me, the pets, my girlfriends and how they didn't want anyone to take advantage of my therapy capabilities which could raise trouble in the future.
Therefore, they decided that a wife would be with me at all times when the others weren't available. Ophis happily took that role since she loved to be in my soul anyway but she was discarded since she was always sleeping. I got the early signs of something on Tsunade when she refused this role, saying that she wouldn't be able to stay with me all the time.
Hence, Elysir took it on like a champ.
I believed they were exaggerating; but they're the wives, not the pets... so I can only shut up and listen on this matter.
Finally, I kissed Amaterasu who only told me to be mindful of my manners and not to get too many pets in this world. I sighed and said I'd try my hardest. With that... they crossed that gate. I eagerly expected to see them soon.
"Departures are always sad" Tsunade held my shoulders, "But you will see them soon.
"Yes, I don't like to see them go" I sighed.
"Ray, I think I should return to the land of fire".
"Huh?"

**
I heard something I didn't like... I didn't like it at all. Usually, I don't care where my women go as long as I know they will be safe. Not only do I trust them, but I also trust myself... I don't have those insecurities.
However, for some reason when Tsunade told me she wanted to return home, I didn't like it. I don't know if it is related to her pregnancy, even if it is not a standard one, she's still pregnant with my baby child, or my baby star in this case.
I sat on one side of the table with Galadriel and Elysir, and Tsunade sat on the other together with Azrael, Leone and Draudillon who looked like they were ready to defend her case. Little did they know, I didn't care about their opinion in this matter, not even Azrael.
I waved my hand and before anyone could say a thing, Tsunade and I appeared in the moonlight mist world, just the two of us. With the power I hold now, not even she can stop me from doing this.
"Tell me your reasons," I said, not trying to discard all possibilities. 'I just want to leave' that's not the reason why she's doing it.
"..." She remained silent as if she was trying to put her words together, "I was not intending to at first, but after the banquet, I came to a realisation".
I frowned, "I hope it is not some nonsense like you thinking I don't need you".
Tsunade frowned as well and huffed a mocking breath, "Brat, of course, you need me! Aside from that annoying skill of yours of knowing how to use your hands to bring up miraculous pleasure, you have next to no management skills... your women are also not the most rational lot".
I feel somewhat insulted but I also can't deny that.
"Then if you know–"
"But I can't be selfish anymore. Even if you need me right now, someone is bound to assist you that way. My village needs me more than you need me, Ray".
"Let me explain. Before I met you, I had just received the news that my sensei had been attacked and died, he was the leader of our village... I was proposed to become the next leader and rejected, I was to become the Hokage".
I remember she said that before. Her ex-boyfriend Dan and her little brother Nawaki both had wished to be 'hokages'.
Tsunade rose her fist imbued in prevalescent sun energy, "I was so devastated... everything fell on me like a huge load of bricks, I didn't feel ready emotionally to undertake such a task, so I refused vehemently even when I knew I shouldn't have".
"You feel like you're ready now".
"I'm more than ready, Ray... I can do more than just help my village, I can help my world".
I tilted my head, "Are you thinking about world conquering now?"
Tsunade frowned as if she was going to stand up just to slap me, I raised my hands in defeat.
"I don't want to conquer anything, but our world has engaged in pointless and unnecessary wars for too long. Unless the leaders of all villages and daimyos come together to an agreement, there won't be an end to this nonsensical continuous massacre. I learned that here, only through power can an agreement be achieved. If Azrael and I weren't this strong, the Dragon Kingdom and the Beastman Country wouldn't have agreed, that is what convinced me that this is something I must do".
And then she put the nail in the coffin, something that would convince. She rubbed her belly with a longing look that melted me.
"I don't want our child to come to a world full of wars, it doesn't matter how strong he or she is".
I must have put a quite pathetic countenance. She came to the other side of the table, sat on my legs and caressed my face.
I know I can't stop her... the only way to do it would be by using force, something I'd never use.
"You have another option... you can come with me" She said, which aggravated my expression even more. To this, she only smiled.
"I'm joking... I know you can't. We both have matters in which we can't compromise, you have responsibilities with your family, and I have responsibilities with my village... only thanks to you that I managed to realise this. If you hadn't taken me out of that hole, I wouldn't have been able to see sensei to the face".
"When are you leaving?"
"There is no rush" She whispered next to my ear, "You can fill me up a few times, that way you can send me off nice and proper~"
I bit my lips, her position changed from sitting to straddling.
"Who are you taking with you?"
"I'm going on my own–"
"Take Azrael with you".
"Are you crazy? Azrael?"
"Is there a problem? I would tell you to take Draudillon and Leone with you, but they must remain, don't they?"
"I don't need anyone's help, Ray!"
"I didn't ask your opinion. I have already given thee courtesy enough. You either take Azrael with you, or I'll call Haku and even Kuroka–"
"Okay, okay! Azrael! I'll pick Azrael!"

A/N: Hello guys, I am writing a new fanfiction based on Bleach. The name is Bleach: Cero Devastador.
It has been a while since I wrote a note to you all so I'll do it now that I have the chance and the time, I have kinda been writing in automatic mode without communicating much.
First I'll tell you the definite status of some of the books I've written that you may expect to wait for a continuation. In regards to my original books, I don't have the intention to continue them so you can all consider them dropped and finished; I do have the intention to write a new original for this year's WSA though.
- Vampire in my Wife is a Beautiful CEO: Some of you are not aware, but this book is already finished and it was all posted and finished at some point in webnovel and pa-tre-on. I erased and reposted it, but in the process lost some chapters in the trashbin (for some reason I don't even know) and also lost the order of the ones I had. So I reposted what I could and I doubt that I'll ever have the time to re-organise it.
- Golden Peerage: This book is one volume away from ending, I may pick it up in the near future just to write the end of it which would be around forty more chapters.
- Zombie Gacha: I don't have any intention of continuing this book whatsoever. It got a lot of attention but it also got a lot of hate, so I don't have any motivation to finish it.
- Bounty Hunters: Similar to the vampire's book, I was planning to repost it but lost track of the chapters, they're all there but not in order, so I'd have to read them all to re-order them. I may do this in the future as I was quite fond of this story, but if I do, it will be to fix and it may even change completely, so I wouldn't be looking forward to this if I was you.
- Marvel Her Stigma: I do not plan to continue this story at all, it was a short experiment of mine at that time so consider it dropped.
- Mihawk's Son: This one is currently in emission although It was a very slow release as it is not my primary focus.
- Multiversal Brawl: This story didn't get a lot of readers despite how much time I invested in it, so I dropped it, there won't be a continuation to it.
