"Whis, I'm taking the kids to Namek." Li Xu said as he prepared for departure.
"Namek's in quite the pinch this time. I wish you the best of luck," Whis replied with a cryptic smile, making Li Xu pause, unsure what Whis might be hinting at.
But there wasn't time to dwell on it Li Xu took Li Yi, Bulla, and Bulma, then disappeared with Instant Transmission, aiming for Namek.

Atop a tall rocky plateau stood a dome-shaped house resembling a beetle's shell the residence of Guru, the Grand Elder of Namek.
Having just arrived, Son Goku and his group headed straight there.
"He looks just like Mr. Piccolo!" Son Gohan exclaimed, pointing at Nail, the Grand Elder's bodyguard.
"And the Elder's huge!" Krillin said in awe, staring up at the massive, ancient Namekian.
"Travelers from Earth, thank you for coming to aid us," Guru said in a frail voice. His expression was solemn, and the aura around him spoke of a body near its limit he didn't have much time left.
"Hehe, I'm just excited to fight a strong opponent," Son Goku replied with a carefree smile.
"Before that, allow me to unlock your hidden potential. Think of it as a gift," Guru offered. He sensed a deep and ominous ki approaching from beyond Namek's skies.
Piccolo, having undergone this once before during the Namek Saga, stepped forward without hesitation. Guru placed a hand atop his head, and a wave of energy surged Piccolo's latent power was drawn out fully.
"Incredible!" Piccolo said, shocked as his combat power skyrocketed from just over 200,000 to nearly 500,000.
"You've trained well over the years. Without that dedication, this growth wouldn't be possible," Guru said, smiling warmly.
"Who's next?" he asked, looking around.
"Me!" Krillin dashed over, fired up by Piccolo's leap in strength. Guru placed a hand on his head, and a bright glow enveloped Krillin as his ki surged.
"130,000?! I've never felt so strong!" Krillin gasped. Years of cosmic training had brought him to over 30,000, but in an instant, his strength had multiplied.
"Thank you, Elder!" Krillin said with deep gratitude.
"I only brought out what was already inside you. The real thanks goes to your hard work," Guru replied with humility. Strength wasn't only about numbers; it was about will and growth.
Tien Shinhan went next. Guru unlocked his potential, boosting his combat power to around 150,000, slightly higher than Krillin's.
Guru then turned to Son Goku, who politely declined.
"I prefer to grow stronger through my own training. Thank you for the offer, though," Goku said, scratching his head.
"Gohan, your turn," he added, nodding to his son.
Gohan stepped forward, and when Guru placed his hand on the boy's head, a brilliant light flared. Gohan's ki surged violently his combat power shot up to 300,000, surpassing Krillin and Tien easily.
"His potential is vast… like an endless ocean. I could only release a fraction of it," Guru whispered in awe.

Having awakened the hidden strength of several warriors in quick succession, Guru looked visibly drained.
"Are you alright, Elder?" Nail asked, concerned.
"I'm fine… just need a moment to rest," Guru reassured him.
Whoosh!
At that moment, Li Xu arrived using Instant Transmission, accompanied by Bulma, Li Yi, and Bulla.
"Elder, it's been a while," Li Xu greeted with a smile.
"Your presence eases my worries. The threat this time is far beyond what Namek can withstand alone," Guru replied with relief.
"Here, this senzu bean will help restore your stamina," Li Xu offered, tossing a senzu bean discreetly into Guru's palm.
Guru accepted it gratefully. After chewing and swallowing the magical bean, his fatigue lifted instantly.
"Didn't expect you to have senzu beans, Li Xu," Goku said in surprise. "We used up the last of ours years ago."
"Li Xu, who are the two kids?" Krillin asked, noticing the curious pair standing beside him.
"My son and daughter Li Yi and Bulla," Li Xu replied with pride.
"Didn't think you'd have kids like Goku!" Krillin chuckled, a hint of envy in his voice.
"Elder, you should gather all the Namekians and collect the Dragon Balls. If something unexpected happens, you can use Shenlong to relocate everyone to safety," Li Xu advised seriously.
"Understood," Guru nodded, then turned to Nail and said, "Nail, inform all the villages immediately. Time is of the essence."
"Yes, Elder!" Nail responded and flew off at high speed to relay the message across the planet.
"Frieza should still be a few days out from Namek. In the meantime, everyone should take time to adjust to their new power levels," Li Xu continued calmly.
"Yeah, good idea," Goku nodded in agreement.
The rapid increase in combat power had left their ki control a bit unstable. It would take time for their bodies and instincts to catch up.

In one of the training rooms, Li Yi and Son Gohan were sparring intensely. Energy blasts and afterimages filled the space as the two young fighters pushed each other to improve.
"Their strength's unreal…" Krillin said as he observed, rubbing the back of his head with a sigh.
"Gohan's improvement is understandable, but Li Yi's not even two years old. How the heck did he get so strong?" Tien Shinhan added, astonished by the display of raw power.
"Uncle Krillin, Uncle Tien Shinhan, my brother and I had a battle power of 100,000 at birth. You can't really compare," Bulla said with a smug smile, her pride in their Saiyan heritage clearly showing.
"Saiyans really are monsters," Krillin muttered. Every Saiyan he had met had been stronger than the last, and now even their children were surpassing Earth's seasoned fighters.

Elsewhere, in a separate training chamber, Goku, in his Super Saiyan form, was locked in combat with Li Xu, who hadn't even transformed yet—but still fought him evenly, blocking each strike and countering fluidly.
Suddenly, Li Xu vanished with a flicker.
Then multiple copies of him appeared around Goku, moving in perfect sync.
"Afterimage Technique? No... I can still feel their ki," Goku thought, tensing. Unlike illusions, each copy gave off an identical, solid ki signature, making it impossible to sense which was real.
Boom!
One of the Li Xus suddenly appeared right in front of Goku and drove a clean punch into his gut, blasting him backward and knocking him out of Super Saiyan.
Goku struggled for a few moments, panting, before finally regaining his composure.
"Li Xu… you're insanely strong!" he said, half in awe, half thrilled. Being overpowered even as a Super Saiyan just meant a new challenge to overcome.
"You'll reach this level too someday," Li Xu said encouragingly.
"What technique was that just now? I felt ki in all of them like they were real!" Goku asked, eyes wide.
"It's called the Qi Clone Technique. I learned it on Planet Yardrat," Li Xu explained. "Each clone carries a portion of my energy, so they're real in both presence and threat it's meant to confuse and overwhelm opponents."
"Planet Yardrat again, huh? You've got all the coolest tricks!" Goku said with a grin, already imagining mastering the move himself.
