But low-key i was feeling good cus tell me why i was looking so damn cute on Alex's shirt , I was in my world of thoughts when someone suddenly shouted, dinner's ready and then i rushed down to meet everyone at the dinning table.

It was quite awkward at dinner especially as Tyler wasn't in a good mood and caro wasn't also feeling it so i decided to break the ice.

CONTINUATION

Although I never liked Tyler,i had a huge crush on Alex and the only time I got to see him was when he was forced to pickup Tyler and Caro from high school, don't ask me how i know,Caro is my very good friend so i get updates from her

Back to the present and i am sitting on the dinning table across Alex and on his shirt, crazy right .I tried my best to ease off the tension on the dinning table but found myself frozen on my chair like a statue,i couldn't think of what to say until my mom finally broke the ice started talking to Mrs Michelson about family stuff and from there every one except me, Tyler and Alex initiated a conversation

Alex was always cold, that I knew about him but Tyler too, not that I cared though but deep down i was feeling guilty

I decided to take matters into my own hands and tried to be communicative . "So, how was everyone's day?" I asked, attempting to sound cheerful.

The conversation that followed was stilted, but at least it was a start. As we ate, I found myself stealing glances at Alex, who was seated across from me. He caught my eye once, and I quickly looked away, feeling a flush rise to my cheeks.

As dinner drew to a close, Mrs. Mickelson announced that dessert would be served in the living room. I breathed a sigh of relief, grateful for the opportunity to escape the tense atmosphere at the dinner table.

As we filed out of the dining room, Alex fell into step beside me. "Hey, thanks for trying to lighten the mood back there," he said, his voice low and smooth.

I smiled up at him, feeling a flutter in my chest. "No problem," I replied, trying to sound casual. "I figured someone had to try and break the ice between me and tyler."

We reached the living room, where the others were already gathered around the coffee table. I took a seat next to Caroline, who was sipping a cup of coffee.

As we chatted and laughed, I couldn't help but notice the way Alex's eyes crinkled at the corners when he smiled. Or the way his hair curled slightly at the nape of his neck.

I was in trouble.

As the evening wore on, I found myself growing more and more comfortable around Alex. We chatted about everything from music to movies, and I was surprised by how much we had in common.

At one point, Caroline got up to refill her coffee cup, and Alex leaned over to whisper something in my ear. "Hey, want to sneak out to the garden with me?" he asked, his breath sending shivers down my spine.

I nodded, trying to play it cool, and we both got up to excuse ourselves. "We're just going to get some fresh air," Alex told his parents, who were too engrossed in their conversation to notice.

As we slipped out into the garden, the cool night air hit me like a slap in the face. I shivered, and Alex immediately wrapped his arm around me, pulling me close.

"Sorry, I should have brought a jacket for you," he said, his voice low and husky.

I shook my head, feeling a little dazed. "I'm fine," I said, trying to sound calm.

We walked in silence for a few moments, the only sound being the crunch of gravel beneath our feet. Then, Alex spoke up again.

"Hey, Tiffany?"

"Yeah?" I replied, looking up at him.

"What's your story?" he asked, his eyes sparkling with curiosity.

I raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

Alex shrugged. "I don't know. You just seem...different. Like there's more to you than meets the eye."

I felt a flutter in my chest. No one had ever asked me that before.

Omg I starting to get nervous what could be going on in that mind of his, I just hope it's something mutual.

I hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to respond. No one had ever asked me such a personal question before, and I wasn't sure if I was ready to open up.

But there was something about Alex's kind eyes and genuine smile that put me at ease. Maybe it was the way he listened attentively, or the way he seemed to truly care about what I had to say.

Whatever it was, I found myself wanting to share my story with him.

"It's just...I've always felt like I don't quite fit in," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "Like I'm stuck between two worlds, and I don't know which one I belong to."

Alex nodded thoughtfully, his eyes never leaving mine. "I think I know what you mean," he said. "Sometimes I feel like I'm living in a world that's not really mine."

I felt a surge of surprise. I hadn't expected him to understand.

"What do you mean?" I asked, curiosity getting the better of me.

Alex shrugged. "I don't know. It's just...sometimes I feel like I'm just going through the motions, you know? Like I'm living the life that's expected of me, rather than the life I really want."

I nodded, feeling a sense of connection with him. "I know exactly what you mean," I said.

As we stood there in the garden, surrounded by the quiet of the night, I felt like I had found a kindred spirit. Someone who understood me, someone who got it.

And as I looked into Alex's eyes, I felt a spark of attraction that I couldn't ignore.

"I think we should go back inside it's getting really dark" Tiffany said

"Yh it was nice chatting with you"alex said

"Same here " Tiffany said

"Do you mind sharing your digits" Alex said

"Omg I can't believe it Alex wants my digit dream come true"

Okay +44 ************9

"What of yours" Caro said

"+44 ************4" Alex said

"We should head in it's about to rain heavily" Alex said

"Okay" Tiffany said

On getting there I saw everyone looking at me and Alex like we have grown something on our head

"Tiffany you would be spending the night here, caroline said she would love for you to stay with her" my mom said. boom boom
