Some people were doubting whether the sections of raw materials provided by the Half-sphere people, already making up 30% of the human production, was perhaps too high a share and whether it posed some risk. Others felt that cultural exchanges between the two civilizations might be overly entertaining...

There were all sorts of questions and doubts.

Gradually, Zhang Yuan's brow furled again, feeling that the current method of propaganda was not very good.

The publicity department intended to keep things under wraps for a few years until New Human Civilization got along more harmoniously with the Half-sphere Civilization, then release the news. A longer transition period, they thought, would make it easier for the public to accept.
