Schedule change announcement / author ramblings
As mentioned when I first posted on RR, I'd only be doing daily chapters while on my Rising Stars run (which turned out to be an amazing success, btw. Thank you all so much!)
So, for paid patrons, I'll be going down to a 4 chapter a week schedule, and for RR/free members, I'll do 3 chapters.
Chapters will be released on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday on both RR and Patreon + an additional chapter on Saturday for patrons.
I'll also try to occasionally do a 5th chapter if I have a good writing week and get a lot done!
SPOILER! This is where the author starts rambling.
tl;dr: I'll keep doing my best, loved the comments, and thank you!
As much as I'd like to continue releasing chapters every single day, I simply don't write that fast, and the quality would probably drop if I tried. Plus, I have another job, so as much as I'd like to be a full-time writer, I'm not quite there yet (ONE DAY!) --- BUT! With the success of Death is a Girl, I feel I've taken a huge step toward that goal, and for the first time ever, it feels like becoming a full-time writer is a truly attainable goal and not just a pipe dream. That is why I'm so thankful to everyone who's reading the story and making this possible! I'm completely blown away, and sorry for gushing, but I really don't think any words can do justice to how happy I am right now.
It's also been great to see all of your comments. I'll leave my own thoughts of my characters out of it, but seeing readers have varied opinions on different characters/philosophies the story brings up has been really cool to read. Plus, I've LOVED reading some of the theories in the comments. My lips are completely sealed on any spoilers, though!
Anyway, thanks again for reading and making Death is a Girl a success! I am truly grateful.
