Chapter 8: AU explanation and Character Panel
Sup folks. This chapter is to explain some of the au details before we proceed further.
Each heroic spirit legends have been merged into DC world's version of those characters. I have altered some of them as there are several versions for most legends.
In this DC universe, Gilgamesh was the first God Killer, Amazons were created around 2000 BCE, Young Darkseid invaded Earth in 1500 BCE etc. Every change is connected to to future plots, so can't really spoil much. As I've said before, I want to properly merge Nasuverse into dc.
For example, in DC original, age of gods never really ended , so there was no need for grail stuff. But now that our boy is going to fuck some shit up , magi's and magic society can be incorporated into this universe. How exactly, that will be decided after we reach that point. But each will have separate arcs and fit perfectly.
Finally, there will be some Lostbelt or Paradox versions of this world due to Mc's arrival. They will feature some interesting things. Also , Mc isn't absolutely powerful. Yes, some of his skills and Noble Phantasms can help him take down stronger beings, but he isn't always necessarily strong. His immortality is an unique version. But he can be killed even if it is difficult.
It's going to all come together slowly. So look forward to it. And apologies for the future cliff hangers.

Personal Skills
Combat Instinct: A
The ability to feel danger and react instantly. A pseudo-clairvoyance in battle that allows near-perfect reflexes. Stemming from his assimilation of countless heroic spirits.
Charisma of the King: A
An unusual form of charisma that doesn't command loyalty through just position, but through presence, force of will, and sheer aura.
Divine Slayer's Aura: EX
Classified by the Throne of Heroes as ultimate divine killer after slaughtering many gods. Unknown reaction to divine constructs or pantheon-bound beings.
Mask of the fake smile : A
A personal skill derived from Edward's past life. Despite being unable to feel anything, Edward managed to put on a smile and act like a regular human. His acting has personafied it into a skill. When activated, Despite any abnormal status condition, Edward can calmly smile and continue any action.
Edward's Personality profile:
Edward was emotionally numb before he died. After his revival, meeting Polyphemus, and subsequently losing his friend , then killing Poseidon has left Edward slightly unhinged. He is feeling emotions for the first time ,but his skill is helping him to mask it.
He is confused and uncertain after knowing about his arrival in the DC world. After much consideration, He decided that it's a problem for Edward of tomorrow, and currently chosen to punch first, ask later approach.
Current mood is conflicted.
I would have put it in auxiliary chapter , but from my experience, many don't even notice them.
