"GAHAHAHAHAH..." Sylphy burst into laughter after she fully entered Bloodlust: Level 2, which amplified her speed, hearing, and endurance tenfold.

Taki spoke with confidence, as if assured of her victory. "Heh! You can't hurt me while we're in my world, you migh—"

Before Taki could finish her sentence, Sylphy moved with such speed that she appeared to teleport, driving her knee into Taki's stomach.

"Can you stop talking? GAHAHAHAHA!" Sylphy quickly moved again, punching and kicking Taki, sending her flying before she could even touch the ground.

"GAHAHAHAHA!" she continued laughing as she repeatedly struck Taki with incredible speed.

With a final move, Sylphy slammed Taki's face into the ground with such force that it caused a temporary earthquake.

But Sylphy wasn't satisfied and wanted to continue her assault. She grabbed Taki's leg, dragging her body and head out of the ground, slamming her around like a toy.

"GAHAHAHA! The Ebonlight will regret what they've done to my family, starting with you!" Sylphy threw Taki back into the church.

Taki woke up from the throw, shaking her head, dizzy from being slammed around. "Ugh... Your family deserved to die. After all, you're nothing but a pest to us."

"GGGRRRRHHHH... WE ARE NOT PESTS! WE ARE SURVIVORS WHO JUST WANT TO LIVE IN PEACE!" Sylphy, with full speed, ran toward Taki inside the church.

Moving so fast she seemed to teleport, Taki couldn't react, helpless against Sylphy's relentless attacks.

In an instant, Sylphy drove her clawed right hand into Taki's stomach. Although her hand pierced through Taki's body, she didn't bleed, as this wasn't the real Taki.

In a resigned voice, Taki tried to speak. "You struck me well... Your family must be proud..."

Sylphy responded with a flat expression and a low, rage-filled voice. "Don't ever speak about my family again. They are at peace in the Afterlife."

Sylphy pulled her hand out of Taki's stomach, letting her body collapse weakly to the ground as she spoke her final words, "Bloody Mary..." followed by a faint chuckle.

Sylphy began hearing whispers, urging her to consume Taki. "AAAGGHHH!!! I MUST STAY STRONG AGAINST THIS SIDE EFFECT!"

As the whispers faded, a loud bell rang in Sylphy's ears from out of nowhere. "AAAGGGGHHHH!!!! STOP IT!! IT HURTS!!!"

Sylphy covered her ears and shut her eyes, trying to block out the deafening sound of the bell. "STOP!!! STOP!!! MY EARS FEEL LIKE THEY'RE SHATTERING!!"

After Sylphy closed her eyes for a few seconds, the bell's sound stopped, replaced by the sound of snow. Sylphy's body temperature dropped, and she opened her eyes to find herself back in the snowy mountain.

Sylphy walked forward a bit, seeing Kaizoku sitting still. Worried that Kaizoku might no longer be alive, Sylphy reverted to her normal form. "Kai... No, no, don't tell me..."

She rushed over to Kaizoku and embraced him tightly. "Oh, thank goodness, you're still alive..."

Sylphy could feel the warmth still in Kaizoku's body. The two embraced each other, resting for a moment after their battle with Taki. "Our hero is still alive..." Sylphy gently stroked Kaizoku's hair.
