— You can do this transfer only once during the Main Mission, without activating Glitch.
NOTE: Transfer of Blood Essence from a Temporary Slot to a Permanent Slot will not count as directly saving a Blood Essence in a Permanent Slot. Hence, in a given Main Mission, you can add up to two Blood Essences in your Permanent Slots
