Chapter 60 – The Invader
Heroes Association HQ (A City)
3rd POV
While some heroes were battling the monsters on the ground, others focused on taking down the floating ship. Tanktop Master and Darkshine, in particular, began hurling debris from the giant humanoid dragon’s earlier rampage toward the ship.
"ORYAAA!!!" Tanktop Master roared as he hurled a massive chunk of debris into the sky.
"TAKE THIS!" Darkshine bellowed, throwing another massive piece of rubble. The two continued their relentless assault, launching debris after debris at the ship.
Meanwhile, on top of the Hero Association HQ, Genos and Child Emperor were preparing their own attack.
"Right there, Genos—shoot!" Child Emperor shouted, pointing to a specific spot on the ship.
Genos, eager to test the new gear his professor had sent him, joined the effort to bring down the ship. Electricity surged through his arms as he assumed his stance.
"I’ll put everything into this shot!" Genos declared, straightening his arm and aiming at the marked spot. A massive flare of fire erupted from his cyborg arm, blazing toward the ship.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!" Genos screamed as the blast intensified.
BOOM!*
A section of the ship exploded, causing it to tilt slightly. A few seconds later, Genos ceased his attack, panting as he caught his breath.
"You did great, Genos," Child Emperor said, nodding approvingly. "Now we just need to wait for Metal Knight."
Genos glanced back at the ship, eyeing the damage his blast had caused. He gritted his teeth and muttered under his breath, "Not enough..."

At The Same Time
BOOM!*
"Aaaah!" the monsters screamed, startled by the massive explosion near the control room. "Geryuganshoop-sama, what should we do?" one of the monsters asked, trembling.
"Kugh, Melzargard! What are you doing?!" Geryuganshoop demanded telepathically.
"I'm in the middle of a battle," Melzargard responded through the telepathic link.
"Hurry back here! We have an intruder!" Geryuganshoop's voice carried a sense of urgency, causing Melzargard to gasp.
"Ridiculous!" Melzargard scoffed, glancing at the floating ship.
"It's true! And another thing—this intruder might be the one Rena-sama mentioned," Geryuganshoop explained. Hearing this, Melzargard immediately prepared to fly back to the ship, but Atomic Samurai slashed through his body, cutting off his wings.
"Where do you think you're going?" Atomic Samurai asked, his voice calm yet filled with anger.
"Tch," Melzargard muttered, already regenerating as he glared at the heroes and prepared to attack again.
"What are you doing?! Getting rid of the intruder takes priority!" Geryuganshoop urged telepathically.
"I’m trying, but these creatures are keeping me busy!" Melzargard replied, continuing to attack the heroes, who dodged effortlessly and kept forcing him to regenerate.
"What did you say?! The life forms down there are giving you trouble too?!" Geryuganshoop asked, disbelief in his tone.
"They're not tough, just annoying. Tell me, has the intruder reached Boros-sama yet?!" Melzargard demanded, glancing back and forth between the heroes and the ship.
"That’s—uwaaa!!" Suddenly, the telepathic link was cut off, followed by a small explosion in the control room.
"What happened, Geryuganshoop? Geryuganshoop!" Melzargard shouted through the telepathic link, but no response came.

Inside The Control Room
"This place looks like some sort of control room," Saitama muttered, glancing around at his surroundings.
"Oi," a voice suddenly called out, followed by tentacle-like arms slithering across the ground as they attempted to lift a body.
"Hmh? An octopus?" Saitama asked curiously.
"You’ve underestimated our ship far too much," the voice replied as the tentacles revealed their source: a dark blue, translucent creature with no arms, legs, or torso—just a mass of tentacles and an oval-shaped head with two eyes and a mouth. This was Geryuganshoop.
Stones began floating around Geryuganshoop as his body shifted to rainbow colors. With terrifying speed, the stones were launched toward Saitama. One even pierced the ground, which was made of an extremely durable material. The barrage of stones struck all around Saitama, but he remained unaffected, raising his hand merely to block the dust.
"Huh, the debris is flying at me," Saitama remarked, still blocking the dust from his eyes.
"You are now facing the disciple of the strongest telekinetic master in the universe—Geryuganshoop. I’ll show you my full power!" Geryuganshoop declared, his body glowing as his tentacles turned rainbow-colored.
"Take this—Super Telekinetic Gravitational Wave!" Geryuganshoop screamed, increasing the gravitational force around him. His subordinates scattered, trying to flee, but were too slow, and the weight crushed them to the ground. The heavy air was focused on Saitama, but once again, it had no effect.
"Not yet! Metal Drill!" Geryuganshoop shouted, manipulating the surrounding metal into several small drills that spun at insane speeds before launching them toward Saitama. Saitama casually crouched to dodge the attack and grabbed a stone from the debris around him. The metal drills looped back toward him, but Saitama wasted no time, hurling the stone at Geryuganshoop, splitting his head in two.
The metal drills lost control, crashing into the wall and obliterating it, creating a huge hole. The metal continued flying until it disappeared into the sky. The air pressure returned to normal.
"Phew, that was dangerous," Saitama muttered.
"H-how could I lose... I'm sorry, Rena-sama... I failed you..." Geryuganshoop whispered with his last breath before collapsing.
"Hmh? Rena?" Saitama tilted his head, recognizing the familiar name. But after a moment, he shook his head. "Maybe it's someone else." He glanced at the door and continued his search for Rena.
