Bully Lord

Part-132

Part-132

The abruptness of his question caught them off guard. Ryan cleared his throat and began to explain their situation. "We're trying to catch an online scammer," he said, "and we heard you might be able to help."

Dwip raised an eyebrow, a skeptical look on his face. "You think I'm some kind of cybercrime investigator?" he asked sarcastically, turning to leave.

Just as he took a step away, James felt a familiar sensation, the tingling sensation of a new mission. A holographic screen appeared in front of him, displaying the details of the mission.

**Mission 20: Make Dwip agree to help them in the online scam case.**

**Reward: Skill - Copy**

**Penalty if failed: They have to pay 20,000 BDT (200 USD)**

The penalty was steep, but the reward was intriguing. The skill "Copy" could potentially be useful in various situations. James glanced at Ryan and Sourov, their expressions mirroring his own confusion. It was clear that they were as surprised by Dwip's attitude as he was.

James's heart pounded in his chest as he realized the gravity of the situation. They couldn't let Dwip leave. This was their only lead, and they couldn't afford to lose it.

"Wait!" James called out, his voice laced with desperation. "Senior brother Dwip, please! We know you're good at this. We need your help. A lot of people have been scammed, and we don't know what to do."

Dwip stopped in his tracks, turning to face them. A hint of amusement flickered in his eyes. "And why should I help you?" he asked, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "I'm not a charity."

Sourov, still reeling from the shock of their unexpected encounter, found his voice. "Look, we know you're good at this. We need your help to catch these scammers. It's the right thing to do."

Dwip scoffed. "The right thing to do? What about me? I'm not doing this for free. I need to be compensated."

"We can... we can pay you," Ryan stammered, trying to come up with a solution.

Dwip scoffed again. "Money? That's not what I'm interested in."

Sourov, ever the impulsive one, couldn't contain his frustration any longer. "You're just as bad as those scammers! Selfish!"

As soon as the words left his mouth, Dwip's expression turned cold. With lightning speed, he closed the distance between them and delivered a powerful punch to Sourov's jaw. The impact sent Sourov reeling backward, his knees buckling as he crumpled to the ground.

The sudden violence shocked James and Ryan. They had underestimated Dwip's temper.

James and Ryan were both stunned by the sudden display of violence. Dwip, despite his small stature, had knocked out the larger Sourov with a single, swift punch. It was a clear demonstration of the boy's strength and speed.

A cold shiver ran down James's spine as he realized they had underestimated their opponent. This was no ordinary teenager; Dwip was something else entirely.

Thirty seconds of silence passed as they tried to process what had just happened. Sourov slowly began to stir, groaning in pain as he tried to sit up.

"Are you okay?" James asked, helping Sourov to his feet.

Sourov rubbed his jaw, his face a mask of pain and embarrassment. "Yeah, I'm fine," he mumbled, his voice muffled.

Dwip watched the exchange with a cold indifference, as if the entire incident was of no consequence to him.
