Bully Lord

Part-120

Part-120

As the teacher assigned Toya a seat on the girls' side of the classroom, their paths crossed. Their eyes met for a brief, intense moment. Toya's gaze was filled with a mixture of disdain and defiance, a stark contrast to the timid demeanor she had displayed earlier.

James couldn't help but smile inwardly. It seemed their tumultuous relationship was off to a rocky start. He had expected nothing less from a girl who had witnessed his confrontation with the bullies and subsequently judged him without giving him a chance.

The classroom erupted into a cacophony of chatter as the break bell rang, signaling the end of the morning session. Students rushed out of their seats, eager to stretch their legs and socialize. Amidst the bustling crowd, Toya, the new girl, became the center of attention.

A group of girls, their faces alight with curiosity, gathered around her, their voices a constant stream of questions and compliments. A few boys, their eyes glued to her, lingered at the periphery of the group, their admiration thinly veiled.

James watched the scene unfold with a mix of amusement and indifference. He had long ago learned to navigate the complexities of high school social dynamics. This was just another chapter in the endless drama that unfolded within the school walls.

As he turned to leave the classroom, his gaze caught a glimpse of a group of boys from another class, their faces pressed against the window, their eyes glued to Toya. The sight amused him. It was a reminder of the timeless fascination with the new and the beautiful.

He couldn't help but admit that Toya was indeed striking. Her beauty was undeniable, a captivating blend of innocence and allure. But James knew better than to be swayed by appearances. He had learned his lesson the hard way, and he wasn't about to repeat the same mistakes.

As he walked down the hallway, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was being observed. He glanced over his shoulder, but there was no one in sight. Paranoia crept in, a whisper of doubt in the back of his mind. He quickened his pace, his senses on high alert.

As James navigated the bustling school hallways, his mind was preoccupied with the events of the morning. The sudden appearance of Toya, the unexpected attention she had garnered, and the lingering sense of being watched had left him on edge.

Just as he was about to turn a corner, he spotted a familiar figure approaching from the opposite direction. It was Ryan, his best friend and training partner.

A mischievous grin spread across James' face. "So, you came to see the new transfer student too, huh?" he teased, referring to the group of boys who had been gawking at Toya.

Ryan's face turned a deep shade of red. "What? No way," he stammered, his voice laced with embarrassment. "I came to see you."

James raised an eyebrow, unconvinced. "Really? Because it looked like you were admiring the view from afar."

Ryan sighed, a sheepish grin spreading across his face. "Okay, maybe a little," he admitted. "But that's not why I'm here."
