Inside the Konoha Hospital, a woman in a nurse's uniform asked in a low voice, "Tengawa-kun, isn't this that boy from a few years ago..."

Doctor Tengawa sighed, "Yes, I didn't expect him to grow up so much in the blink of an eye."

"So, this time it's because...?"

"I heard he was hospitalized because his Shadow Clone got angry."

"Huh?" The female nurse gasped, covering her mouth. "Their squad is that disharmonious? Can this kind of thing even be spread around?"

Doctor Tengawa suppressed a laugh. "It wasn't his teammates who said it; it was his own Shadow Clone."

After Naruto fainted, Kakashi and the others immediately brought him back to Konoha through the still-open portal. One of Naruto's Shadow Clones led the way.

Carrying Naruto from the small grove to Konoha Hospital, Kakashi directly found the physician he was most familiar with, Doctor Tengawa.

Coincidentally, he was the same doctor who had treated Naruto for rabies a few years ago.

When asked about the cause of illness, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi all hemmed and hawed, unwilling to answer. Only Naruto's Shadow Clone blurted it out.

He even found a good reason for himself – one shouldn't conceal an illness for fear of treatment.

"Naruto-kun, you're awake," Hinata said in pleasant surprise. She had come over as soon as she heard Naruto was hospitalized and had been guarding his bedside for most of the day before Naruto slowly regained consciousness.

"Mm," Naruto stared blankly at the ceiling. He had a dream that felt both real and unreal. He had this dream once in his previous life, and he didn't expect to dream of a similar scene again.

"Naruto-kun?" Hinata waved her hand in front of Naruto's eyes.

Naruto reached out, took her small hand, and held it in his palm.

"Don't worry, I'm fine now." Hinata could feel Naruto's hand trembling.

"Yo, you're awake!"

"Woof..."

The voice arrived before the person.

Kiba pushed the door open, Akamaru perched on his head.

A group of people filed in behind him.

All his classmates were present, each holding various gifts.

"Thank you, everyone." Naruto propped himself up, leaning against the headboard.

Actually, Naruto could get out of bed now, but since people had come to visit, he couldn't just get down, shake their hands, hug them, and say he was fine. That would be too out of place.

"Shino, you're here!" Naruto called out to Shino first.

"Mm, Naruto, you should also pay more attention to your health. If you ask why..." Shino still spoke in his usual slow tone, but a hint of happiness could be heard in his voice.

However, before Shino could finish, Kiba interrupted him again.

"You actually noticed him first? I was clearly here first!"

In truth, Naruto hadn't noticed Shino come in either; he was guessing.

He called Shino first because he was afraid he'd forget later. It would be awkward if someone came to see him and he didn't notice them the whole time.

"Alright, Kiba, keep your voice down. This is a hospital." Ino placed the flowers by the bedside. "By the way, Naruto, how did you get sick? I asked Doctor Tengawa, but he wouldn't tell me."

As soon as this was said, the expressions of Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura changed drastically.

"Something went wrong while practicing ninjutsu," Naruto told a white lie.

"Honestly, why are you all pushing yourselves so hard?" After putting down the flowers, Ino leaped onto Sasuke, clinging to him.

Sasuke showed no reaction.

Sakura glared at Ino and shot a resentful look at Sasuke.

[Why didn't you say 'Don't squeeze, it hurts' this time!]

Shikamaru gave him a set of Shogi, he still remembered Naruto learning Shogi as a child.

Choji gave Naruto a 50% off coupon for Yakiniku Q.

Naruto was very moved when he received it. For Choji, this was probably his most precious possession.

The little friends came quickly and left quickly. They didn't stay long. Everyone was busy, with heavy mission loads and studies.

Kiba was the last to leave. "By the way, Naruto, I asked my sister to help you pick out a dog. It was just born not long ago, so it'll be a while before it can be sent to you."

"Thanks, Kiba." Naruto took out a piece of meat and tossed it to Akamaru on Kiba's head.

Naruto was still very interested in raising a dog. Besides, Kiba's sister was a veterinarian, so the dog she picked shouldn't be bad. He just didn't know the breed.

Leaning against the bed, Naruto began to daydream: "It'd be best if it's lively, so it can exercise with me."

"Naruto-kun is really looking forward to it." The others had left, but Hinata stayed. She still needed to take care of Naruto.

"Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it."

After lying down for a while longer, at Naruto's strong insistence, he was discharged from the hospital.

There wasn't much wrong with his body, and besides, it was getting dark. It was a perfect opportunity to stroll around and enjoy the night view with Hinata.

"Naruto-kun, here's one more gift." Hinata, who was tidying up the presents, handed Naruto a small box.

The box was white, just like the table, very inconspicuous. If it weren't for Hinata's good eyesight, an ordinary person really wouldn't have noticed it.

"This should be..." After thinking for a moment, Naruto wrote on one side of the box—Shino.

Shino was always this low-key. Just like in the original story, when everyone else openly went to help Sasuke fight Gaara, he was the only one who followed secretly.

And even the gift he sent was like this, so low-key that it was almost unnoticeable.

Mm, low-key.

Not presence level -999.

After taking the gifts home, Naruto started strolling around with his wife.

He still only had one or two ryō hanging around his neck, but he was just as composed.

"The last time Naruto-kun and I looked at the night view like this was when we were three years old," Hinata fed Naruto a takoyaki ball.

Today, Naruto was the patient, so she would feed him.

"Uh... yeah." Last time, his intentions weren't pure; he was completely aiming for loli-raising, and he even put on a super big act when he left.

"Then I'll go home a little later tonight too, just like last time."

"Okay." Naruto felt that he probably had some face with his father-in-law now. It should be fine for Hinata to go back a little later. After all, he had safely escorted two main family members back to the Hyuga clan last time.

Of course, if his father-in-law was an old stubborn mule and refused to give him face, Naruto also had a way. If you don't give me face, I'll go spar with my big brother-in-law. Let's see who suffers the bigger loss in the end.

After sparring, he could perfectly play some music.

The two walked and ate all the way, practically until the shops closed.

"There's actually another shop over there. Does Naruto-kun want to go?" Under the dim yellow light of the streetlamp, Hinata's eyes were eager. She hadn't eaten her fill yet.

"Let's go together." Naruto didn't want to spoil Hinata's mood, and he was also very interested in this shop.

Because the owner of this shop was the legendary traitor from the Ōtsutsuki clan—Ōtsutsuki Ichiraku!

Pulling Hinata into the shop, there was no one inside, only Uncle Ichiraku cleaning up.

"You two look unfamiliar. First time here?" Uncle Ichiraku greeted them warmly.

"Mm, nice to meet you. My name is Uzumaki Naruto." Naruto introduced himself first to see his reaction.

"Oh, hello, hello. Everyone calls me Ichiraku. You can just call me Ichiraku too." Not only did Uncle Ichiraku's expression not change, but his hands didn't stop moving either.

"My name is Hyuga Hinata."

"Oh, I've heard of you, the eldest daughter of the Hyuga family." Uncle Ichiraku finished wiping the table and wiped his hands on his apron. "What would you two like?"

"Miso ramen."

"I'll have that too."

"Two bowls of miso ramen!" Uncle Ichiraku shouted, then started cooking.

Naruto kept observing his movements, but no matter how he looked, he seemed like an ordinary person.

"Alright, here are your noodles." Uncle Ichiraku placed two bowls of noodles in front of them.

"Itadakimasu!"

"Another bowl!"

"Coming right up!"

...

"Another bowl." Naruto had already eaten five bowls and still wanted more.

The miso ramen wasn't exceptionally delicious.

But this was the first time he had eaten a proper meal from the Naruto world, aside from snacks and bento boxes. Naruto planned to eat his fill tonight.

"Sorry, Naruto, this is the last bowl."

"Pfft!" Naruto sprayed a mouthful of soup back into the bowl. Why does that sound so familiar?

Wiping the soup from his mouth, he looked up just in time to see Uncle Ichiraku holding an empty noodle bucket, looking at Hinata with a terrified expression.

Following his gaze, Naruto turned his head. A full 27 bowls were stacked beside Hinata's hand.

"There's no more?" Hinata was very disappointed. She hadn't eaten enough, and it was already gone.

"Don't worry, there's enough for you to eat." Naruto directly took out two cans of flour and asked, "Uncle Ichiraku, the flour is free, can you make it?"

Bringing your own flour to eat ramen, aren't you scared!

"I can make it, but the dough needs to rest for a while." Ichiraku also wanted to make this sale; if he did it well, the money earned could cover his expenses for a whole day.

One was providing free flour, and the other looked like she could still eat a lot. If he finished this order, he wouldn't lose out even if he closed the shop tomorrow.

"Okay, no rush. Uncle, take your time." Naruto took out a vase, drank some water to rinse his mouth. There was plenty of time tonight; he could afford to wait.

Uncle Ichiraku started kneading the dough. The more he kneaded, the more something felt off. The quality of the two cans of flour was actually identical. He couldn't help but ask, "Young man, what kind of flour is this?"

"Pfft!"
