Brothel Manager : Unexpected Encounter with A Hidden Family Heirloom
Chapter 501: Sorcerer
"Push… Push forward… Kill them all…"
"Only a few of them left… Let's finish this here…"
The loud cries of the Taurus soldiers filled the battle field. Inside the shield dome, Princess Amara waiting for her death anxiously. Not even a hundred soldiers left outside to defend Princess Amara.
The Farus patriarch failed to breach the front lines of the Taurus army. Even in their trump car, the white python spirit failed to aid them in the crucial time. The scorpion spirit of the Taurus family is playing with the Farus white python spirit.
Especially the burrowing function of the scorpion became a big advantage. Under the sandy floor, the scorpion made several sneak attacks to control the white python spirit.
The Farus family patriarch and family members were helplessly staring at the strong shield wall of the Taurus army. Tears welled up in Leela's face as she worried about her sister Amara.
She cursed herself for not leading the war in the first place. If her sister dies, there is no point in fighting this war.
Meanwhile, the situation is not so great for the Taurus family as well. Both Aries family patriarch Thomas and Taurus family patriarch, Ryon, were staring at one single man who was creating havoc in their army lines.
A streak of blood line passed along the Velvet Lotus formation where Amara got trapped. Till now, the patriarch has sent two separate groups of suicide squads to stop Das. But only the falling heads came in reply.
Even their strongest generals and painfully trained family soldiers failed to stop Das's advance.
"Patriarch, that fellow is very close to the princess. We should stop him now. Otherwise… Otherwise, our entire efforts will go in vain. Send your personal guards. Only they can stop him now." Aries family patriarch Thomas shouted anxiously as his gaze darted between Das and the patriarch.
After long contemplation, the Taurus family patriarch, Ryon, nodded his head and turned towards the general who stood beside him.
After receiving the scorpion ring from the patriarch, the general bowed his head and left to lead the assault against Das.
Soon, a loud horn blew three times, and the personal guards of Ryon began rushing from different positions in the army.
"What is that horn? Someone, check what's happening." Leela shouted as she felt a bad omen.
Immediately, a group of soldiers in the back began building a human pyramid to look at the situation at Taurus Army.
A group of 100 soldiers wearing the iron masks of the demon face, covered in strong armor from top to bottom, moved towards the long streak of bloodline where Das stood.
Without caring about any horns, Das stands alone on the battlefield, a lone figure of defiance against a sea of enemies. The other army, which is waiting for the chance of escape, immediately moved into distance after seeing the personal guards of the patriarch.
"Thank God, finally, we are going to end this sorcerer." Some foot soldiers breathed in relief.
The 100 soldiers, moving in perfect unison, rush towards him with a battle cry that echoes through the air. Their synchronized movement speaks of rigorous training and discipline, but it is their numbers that seem most daunting.
Das's blades stopped for a second as he stared at the demon-masked soldiers.
With a roar, Das charged forward, meeting the first wave of attackers head-on. His sword gleams in the dim light as he swings it with precision and deadly force.
The first soldier falls, and then another. Each strike is calculated and aimed at vital points to incapacitate or kill swiftly.
A group of soldiers attempt to flank him, but Das anticipates their move. He rotated on his heel, slicing through the air with his blade. His movements are fluid, almost dance-like, as he seamlessly transitions from one opponent to the next.
A shield is raised to block a blow, but he uses the momentum to spin and deliver a crushing kick to another attacker's chest.
The soldiers close in, thinking their numbers will overwhelm him, but Das's twin blades danced as he effortlessly sliced threads heads. Their strong armor and masks failed to stop his cursed blade.
"God, that sword?!!"
General Harries, who was watching this fight through the monitor, felt surprised by the cursed sword. Because the sword he presented failed to leave a dent in the soldier's armor. Meanwhile, the red cursed sword is tearing them apart.
Das deflects a spear thrust aimed at his heart, grabbing the shaft and pulling the soldier off balance. With a swift motion, he drives his sword through the soldier's chest and pulls it free in time to block another incoming attack.
Two soldiers charge at him simultaneously from either side. Das crouched low, sweeping his leg in a wide arc to trip them. As they fall, he rises, delivering lethal piercings to their prone forms.
His awareness of his surroundings is acute; he hears the faintest rustle behind him and ducks just in time to avoid a sword aimed at his neck. He countered with a backward stab, taking down his assailant without even turning around.
The battle intensifies as more soldiers join the fray, determined to bring him down. Das uses his cosmic energy to his advantage. He stared into the eyes of an oncoming attacker, commanding him to kill his own members. With the soldier disoriented, chaos filled the enemies.
Despite the relentless assault, Das showed no signs of fatigue. His strikes are as powerful and precise as ever. He parries a blow, then follows up with a knee to the attacker's gut, doubling him over. Another soldier tries to seize the opportunity to strike, but Das anticipates this, twisting around to deliver a devastating cut to the soldier's head.
As the battle wages on, Das's strategy shifts. He begins to control the soldiers, using their numbers against them. His sword slices through the air with rhythmic efficiency, each movement designed to maximize damage while conserving energy.
The ground is littered with fallen soldiers, yet more keep coming. Das leaps into the air, executing a spinning kick that knocks several enemies back.
The soldiers begin to falter, their confidence shaken by the sheer ferocity and skill of their lone opponent. Das pressed his advantage, moving faster and striking harder. A series of rapid slashes takes down the remaining few, their desperate defenses crumbling under his assault.
Both patriarchs stared in shock as their last remaining hope failed to stop the sorcerer.
Also, the Farus family soldiers stood on top of the human pyramid, staring at the long streak of bloodline with a wide open mouth.
"What's happening? Say something!" Leela cried from below.
"Princess, a single person is killing thousands of enemies. He wore Farus family armor."
