I saw it, what i had been looking for. I read it out loud, the Cursed name" Prince of Thareth — Cursed".My fingers trailed across the cold book. I continued

Vaelen — Son of Shadows

Kaelrin — The Bleeding Prince

Dravon — He Who Could Not Die

Sylas — The Broken Flame

Lucien — The Silent Fire

Auron — The Withered Heart

Daemon — Last of the Line?".My breath caught at the final name.i repeated the name "Daemon".Below his name, a final line had been scratched hastily, as if someone had tried to hide it. Below it, I read again.

"And the Bride who will break or bind them all."i stepped back, heart pounding.

These princes had all lived... and died... cursed. Each born into power, each consumed by darkness. Turns out this wasn't enough, I wanted to know more, this only kept me with more questions. I closed the vault and headed back to my chamber. While going I bumped into kia. I said with a hopeful tone and a serendipitous look on my face "I found out the names of the Cursed princes". She looked at me with shock " how did you manage to do that". I replied "I found it within the palace walls". Kia replied"so what is your next move". I told her"all that just remains now is to find out the power they all possessed, how they failed to break the curse, what is at stake if this final one is not broken, and what started the curse". She looked at me with a feeling of doubt"and how will you manage to do that silly". I grinned"you of course". She asked shockingly "me?". I chuckled"yes you". She asked"how". I replied"that priest you always told me about that knows everything happening within the palace walls but only tells the royalty the truth". She looked at me while using one side of her mouth to hum"well I could set you up, but what if her majesty finds out, I'll be doomed". I replied "she can't find out kai, please help your friend in need". Kia replied" I'll think about it, I'll give you a feedback tomorrow morning".

I hugged her and we both said our goodbyes.

While walking to my chamber I heard two people arguing. I didn't need to guess, I knew it was my mum and dad . I went to the door to eavesdrop. My mum was shouting"she had the dream already, only God knows the type of pain she would go through". My dad replied "you need to calm down, you can't just leave the palace because of this, then what will happen to the people". My mum replied"back then I almost died and I told you that the curse didn't end then, I told you it would come for our daughter, I told you to leave this palace as it wasn't your throne to claim, but you didn't listen. Now my Emilia will have to go through worse than I did ". I was shocked so my father wasn't the true king. I unintentionally knocked a vase over and they knew someone was eavesdropping. I fled the scene and went to my chamber.

While in my chamber I had lot of thoughts lingering in my head again I thought I could run mad at that point. So many unanswered questions in my head:

WHY DID MY DAD STEAL THE THRONE?

DOES THAT MEAN THE THRONE IS FOR THE CURSED PRINCE?

AM I EVEN MY FATHER'S CHILD?

WHAT WILL I HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO BREAK THE CURSE?
