Bleach: Azashiro

Chapter 21: Chapter-20

Four months have passed since the end of my week-long vacation. Our squad regularly carries out tasks. Basically, they all concern the murder of all kinds of Shinigami gangs. Occasionally we are sent to kill aristocrats, but this happened only once. If you take into account my first experience, then **it** happened twice.

It turns out that Council 46 is not very keen to exterminate aristocrats. In most cases, the maximum that threatens a noble family is expulsion. Of course, this puts an end to the family itself, and most likely they will simply die in the dividers of the worlds or become a snack **for** menos in the world of the living. It is reliably known that menos are attracted to spiritual energy. Constantly fend off empty attacks? There were certainly chances of survival, but they are so scanty that the Council of 46 prefers not to pay attention to them.

However, this practice, although it was almost one hundred percent death for the clans, did not guarantee **survival**. I already know several ways to survive being expelled from the Soul Society.

The very first and easiest way, **is the** Valley of Screams. There are many of them, and finding them in the separators of the worlds will not be difficult. Of course, I do not know the living conditions in these Valleys. **But**, fact is, you can survive. And I can't say that **great** skills are required for this.

The second method is already more difficult. Here you need skills in teleportation or moving between worlds. From the world of the living, it is not too difficult to get into the Soul Society, as it seems at first glance. You just need to learn how to use Garganta. All. Shinigami do not track non-empty space gaps. It's strange, but at the moment things are exactly like this. Of course, open up to Garganta in nearby areas, and a crowd of Shinigami will come running there.

The third way is to constantly clean up empty ones in a certain area around the house in the world of the living. This way you can buy yourself time. Empty ones will not attack you as long as there is an easier target.

Therefore, I am impressed by Chiki-san's actions. He, as captain of a covert operations squad, has the right to intervene in the affairs of other families and, if necessary, use force. And he does not leave families who have broken the law to the will of the Council 46. No, we don't kill everyone either, but we kill those who are plotting a coup or using prohibited methods.

Due to unrest, menos attacks have become more frequent recently. Everything would be fine, but some clans decided to get rich and rise higher, stepping over the corpses of competitors. We wouldn't pay attention to them, but they used empty ones. They provoked and lured menos to the right place, sending many civilians to be eaten.

Luring empty ones is not so difficult; you just need to be faster, and that's it. **You** appear in front of the empty ones, throw a couple of weak attacks, anger them, and run where they need to. All. Chika-san tried to immediately destroy such families until the Council of 46 had time to intervene.

Actually, during these months, I managed to fight empty ones a couple of times. There were no strong ones among them, so it was an easy walk.

Now I sit on a large tree branch and watch the training of the new ones in our squad. For some reason, Chika-san decided to send us a couple of green Shinigami. Although it's not for me to say this when I've only been in the detachment for four months. But I'm a little different from the rest.

The first, Masayoshi, was quiet and efficient. He has dark gray eyes and rather long, unkempt hair. A little muscular. In his spare time, he wears a standard Shinigami uniform. There are no **particular** strengths. **He** tries to develop evenly, giving each Shinigami **equal** time.

**The second,** Kokichiro, is slightly silly but dedicated. He has short dark hair, thick eyebrows, and bristles around his mouth and chin. Outwardly, he looks like a man of forty years **old**. Not bad at hoho and hakuda. As far as I can tell, he has chosen this direction and is trying to develop it.

Both received **asauchi** two years ago. Before that, they were simple servants on the Shihoin estate. So far, someone has not noticed the potential in them. It is almost impossible for them to reach the level of captain. But in one hundred to one hundred and fifty years, they are capable of reaching the lieutenant level.

Unfortunately for me, they were assigned to us. Why? Yes, who knows.

Actually, I wouldn't **mind** if they were strong enough. But no, they slipped us a couple of weaklings, who also have to be trained so that they don't die on the first task. Even if they had potential, they could become stronger in the future. But we had to tinker with them and get distracted from training ourselves in order to devote time to them.

The only joy **is** the doctor sent to help us. She was not part of the detachment itself, but was assigned to constantly monitor our health. I checked our health every day. Before completing a task, you need to go through her caring hands.

Michiru Ogawa, that was her name. She had short brown hair, with combed bangs to her left. She herself is a shy, modest girl. And I think she's afraid of me. Well, it doesn't matter to me; the main thing is that she is executive and quite good at Kaido.

While I was thinking, sparring took place on the site. And at one point, Masayoshi struck with a sword aimed at Kokichiro's neck, which did not have time to repel him. Cursing these weaklings to myself, I stood up.

*Boom*

Appearing behind Masayoshi, I grabbed his hand, stopping the blow five centimeters from Kokichiro's neck. And only a second later both realized what had happened.

"I apologize, Azashiro-san," Masayoshi said, with all his appearance trying to show how sorry he is.

I looked at him indifferently and let go of my hand. I'm already tired of babysitting them. I looked at Kokichiro and shook my head in disappointment. He was just in shock. Apparently, it only just dawned on him that he could have died. Weak.

"Nothing, we'll finish sparring for today," I said, seeing Kokichiro's condition.

"If you have any strength left, climb the poles, but go to Michiru first. Let her examine you." Having given instructions, I headed out.

"Let's go, Kokichiro," Masayoshi's voice reached me at the door.

Haa, being a teacher is clearly not for me.

Dealing with the new ones was extremely tiring. Boredom. A waste of time. If I were them, I would go to the Academy of Theological Arts. The point is for them to be in the detachment if it is useless to take them with them. They won't be able to help. **They are** ballast. You also need to watch them in case they die by accident.

"Aki!!!" While I was walking along the corridors, Shika flew into my back, hanging on me.

"Hi." Paying no attention to the extra load, **I** continued walking.

"Why **are you** sad?" she asked, pressing even harder against me so as not to fall. Her breasts pressed more tightly to my back, giving me a pleasant feeling.

Since we talked about her past, we have become closer. No, we didn't become a couple. I would call us close friends.

By the way, in the Soul Society, puberty works quite strangely. For the most part, it all depends on your mood. If you don't want to engage in debauchery, you won't get anything up. I even worried about this a couple of times. But fortunately, Yoshi-san explained it to me. I didn't understand half of his words, but I got the point.

"Looking after the new ones," I calmly answered her.

"Oh, okay." Pulling up a little to look at me from behind my shoulder, she said, "Today we have a task. Let's go together."

"When?" I wanted to unwind.

"Half an hour later." Jumping off her back, she overtook me. "Don't be late!"

And she ran away. Only now could I see that she was wearing a uniform. Perhaps we should hurry up. **Shunpo**.

Entering my room, I took off my skin and carefully put my clothes in the closet. I took shape and began to slowly change clothes. I tied bandages on my forearms and legs so as not to make unnecessary noise. I pulled on a mask that hid the lower part of my face. I let my hair down, removing the hairpin. That's it, I'm ready.

Usually, members of the covert operations detachment wore a bandana, but I felt uncomfortable even after the first task; I refused it. Sticking to my usual hairstyle would be strange. They could have identified me from it. Even if the chance was too small, it was there. That's why I let my hair down. Initially, it seemed to me that they would interfere, but no. They don't bother me at all in battle.

"Today our target is the Shinigami group that attacked the Tsunayashiro family," Shika said in a serious voice.

But this is interesting. Someone dared to attack the noble clan. Did the high-ranking clans really not stand it and begin to act? Hideo Tsunayashiro ruined their lives. Apart from them, I think no one dares to raise their hand against the noble ones. Although, even so, it's strange. Attacking members of a noble clan family **is** suicide. **The Council 46 needs to find out who organized this, and heads will fly.**

"Who was attacked?" I asked.

"**It was the** head of the Tsunayashiro clan. He was able to fight back, but they were able to escape from him," she answered.

Now, I'm confused. It is simply pointless to attack the head of the clan without having an advantage in strength. But Hideo was not a weakling. Considering the family heirloom, he was extremely strong. In terms of real estate, he was on par with my grandfather. And **to attack a** captain-level Shinigami? No, aristocrats are not that stupid.

In addition, the father undertook to resolve the issue with Tsunayashiro once and for all. He secured the support of all high-ranking families, and they would not act contrary to the plan. Then who? Unfortunately, no one ever came to mind.

"Where are they now?" Let's leave the questions for later; now we need to complete the task.

"In the forests between the first and second eastern district of Rukongai." Clearly, then it's worth rushing. And as if reading my thoughts, Shika continued, "Let's go; we need to get to them as soon as possible."

***

Three hours later, we arrived at the scene. Hiding behind the trees, we inspected the camp. I counted thirty-two Shinigami. According to our data, several of them own shikai. Unfortunately, we know nothing about their abilities.

"We need to quickly deal with the weakest; after that, we can do shinigi with shikai," I shared my thoughts with Shika.

"Agree. But if there is someone with a problematic **Zanpakuto**, you will need to take it on yourself while I deal with the others," Shika answered me. Sounded logical.

"That's what we'll do," I agreed with her. "What about the barrier?"

"No, no time. They're already starting to camp." Yes, I noticed too. Unfortunately, she is right; I will not have time to put up a barrier.

"Okay, then I'll lure them out and distract them. You come in from behind," I suggested.

"Okay, as soon as it starts, I'll hit you in the back. You wait a minute and then you start; I'll go," having agreed, she went to **Shunpo**.

A minute **passed**, **and I used Shunpo**. I landed fifteen meters in front of the camp and stopped hiding my reatsu. Everyone immediately turned in my direction, pulled up a **bunch** of scabbards, and pointed at me.

Having reduced the distance to ten meters between us, I stopped. Having examined my opponents, I could barely resist grimacing. The Shinigami's worn, dirty standard clothing gave them away. Only in the distant areas of the Rukongai could the Shinigami not afford to keep their clothes clean.

"Why did you come?" Apparently, the leader came out to me. During these seconds that I looked at them, twenty-five Shinigami gathered in front of me.

"You know," I said affirmatively and slowly took my zanpakto out of the sheath.

"You came alone? Haha, is that enough strength? Boy, yuck," he said with contempt and spat. Trying to provoke me? Well, be according to you. Waving the blade, I sent a kido into it.

"Hado №54 Hayen."

A black arc of energy fell from my sword. Without looking at the result of **my** attack, I went into **Shunpo**. Landing in front of two **Shinigami**, I blew their heads off with one quick stroke. **Shunpo**, went behind the next one, swung, and another headless body **fell** to the ground.

"Ah, you bastard!" I heard the leader's voice. Still survived. "Take it away, FUURO!"

And here is the first owner of the gorgeous one. Having stopped paying attention to him, I moved on to the next one. As soon as I wanted to blow his head off, I was thrown away by a strong stream of air. Leaving two furrows behind me, I stopped.

"AAA, Shred, Tsuioi SARU!" was heard from the other end of the camp. Apparently, Shika was noticed. Improvising, heh.

While I was looking around, a blade of compressed air was flying towards me. **I used Shunpo**, not paying attention to the leader, I continued to reduce their number while simultaneously avoiding the air blades.

"Stop, scum!" shouted the owner of the windy **Zanpakuto**.

Of course, I didn't listen to him and continued to kill his subordinates until there were only three left hiding behind him. Surely a wonderful picture has now opened up to them. Twenty headless bodies **lay** in the blood, heads cut off nearby, and in the middle of all this, I stood with a cold gaze directed at them.

"Creature, you'll pay for everything!" Apparently he thought that now he could get me.

Looking towards Shika, I saw that she was confidently pushing back her opponent. This means you don't have to worry about her, since she is unshakable and able to push him back.

My opponent swung his sword wide, releasing a wave of compressed air. It's a pity; I thought he would be stronger, and even his ability to engage is so limited. The need for wide swings neutralizes the entire advantage of such a **Zanpakuto**.

"Bakudo №21 Sekienton."

Having created a smoke screen in front of me, I stood in the air just above, missing the enemy's attack below me, but still hidden by smoke, prepared the next kid. This is my first time trying in battle, but it should work out.

"Bakudo №30 Shitotsu Sansen. Hado №11 Tsuzuri Raiden."

Three beaks made of yellow energy flew towards the enemy. There was a black lightning bolt from every beak to my hand.

"AAA!"

He managed to dodge two of his three beaks, but the latter touched his leg. Everything would be fine, but the second kido did its job. A strong lightning strike swept through his body, toasting it.

As his allies stood and looked with bulging eyes at their leader, I appeared behind them. Swing. Three more lifeless bodies **fell** to the ground. Looking around with indifferent eyes, I walked towards the groaning enemy.

"No, no... it's not me, not me, not me," he muttered, clearly delirious.

Passing next to him, without looking, I stuck a blade into his eye. Now it's worth helping Shika. Afterwards, you can return.

***Hideo Tsunayashiro***

Looking at the massacre carried out by only two Shinigami, I became increasingly convinced of the need to eliminate **him**. He's too strong. Already now I am not sure that I can defeat him. In the future **he** will become stronger, but on the contrary, I will become weaker. There may be no other chance.

He will become the death of my family, let me grow up. It shows that he kills without a doubt. Such a man at the head of the Azashiro clan will bring trouble to the Tsunayashiro clan. Therefore, he needs to die.

My thoughts returned to the family zanpakto again. Lately, I've been thinking about this more and more often.

The fee for using the relic turned out to be more than I expected. I thought I would have at least a hundred years. During this time, I would be able to get the clan back on its feet. Alas, my body will last a maximum of ten years. And it's all the more important to deal with it right now.

"Have you prepared everything?" I turned to the servant next to me.

"Yes, preparations are complete," he answered, bowing his head.

"Okay." I said and smiled contentedly.

Today, the main threat to the Tsunayashiro family will be eliminated.
