"H-hey. It stopped moving."

"What should we do?"

"What on god's gracious is that! I-I can feel its menacing aura from all the way here, I'm not even focusing on its aura and yet, I can feel it as if it's right in front of me."

"You fools! What weaklings you are, all shitting yourself!" An overbearing voice, a tall large built figure came shoving from behind the crowd.

"Hey! It's tiger eater!"

"If he's here, that monster doesn't stand a chance!"

Tiger eater. A well-known warrior who is well known for eating tigers to gain the attributes of one. He has gained various titles in his lifetime but tiger eater is what everyone in the town of Kurts called him now. A short buzz cut with orange hair, with a tiger's scar mark running alongside the right side of his head. And big bulging muscles and a pair of cat whiskers on his moustache as well as a cat's pupil.

He breaks through the crowd as he cracks his knuckles, "Roar! I will beat you to a plump and shit you right out! Now... you ready for some hardcore puss!"

"He's never been good at speeches." Whispered an adventurer to his friend.

Sirus with his sensitive hearing wasn't sure if his ears were dirty, or that what this guy just said was something he would never hear from a grown man.

His face twitched with annoyance and disgust. 'I know I came here to make temporary peace but it's alright if I get rid of him right? Right?'

"Why did the monster suddenly stop moving?"

"HA! Because its scared once he saw these tigers muscles, HA HA.!" Said Tiger Eater as he flexed his muscles to the monster with a cocky smirk.

The head guard shook his head and looked over at the monster before looking back at old man Joe. "Joe you bastard! Why did you bring it here!"

"I told you! He just wants to talk to us!"

"Bullshit! There's no such thing as friendly monsters! They're called monsters for a reason!"

'And what on earth is that thing anyway? It looks human but it obviously isn't.'

Joe stared back at Sirus with a frightful look, thinking how everyone gathered here, he will think he betrayed him!

"Hey look! Tiger eater is going to face the monster single handedly!"

"It's just one monster, I'm sure an amateur can kill it."

Slowly one by one the crowd started to disperse and return home but someone shouted that gathered their attention.

"No, that m-monster is an S Class! No one in Kurts can kill it, much less hurt it!"

"An S-S Class? What! There's no S Class monsters that live around here!"

The person who shouted this news was an experienced mage with over 20 years of experience. The rest of the mages didn't need to have such experience to tell it was an S Class that stumbled upon their town.

"Can you not feel its menacing aura! If it wanted to, it could have already killed everyone here without a sweat!"

The head guard was shocked at this news and looked back at the monster and wondered if it really was here to make peace.

"Tiger eater halt! You're no match for an S Class monster! Turn back here!" Shouted the mage, his heart pounding ever faster, he knew if anyone angered the monster that they wouldn't stand a chance at defeating this monster.

"HUH!? I will show you that this little puppy is not to mess with a real tiger!" Tiger Eater began running at full speed, easily reaching 50 mph within a few seconds with his tiger attribute.

His sudden burst of speed kicked the dust and rocks that flew back at the gates where the rest were. His every step shook the ground but the monster stood still calmly with a blank expression.

Tiger eater tensed his fingers out and a pair of claws withdrew from underneath its fingernails and launched himself to rip the monster to shreds. Sirus simply stepped to the side and grabbed Tiger Eater's forearm over his shoulders.

[BOOM!]

The heavy impact broke multiple if not all the bones in his body, the speed he was running at multiplied the damage caused.

He spat out a mout worth of blood and passed out the second later.

Everyone felt the heavy impact caused by Tigers Eater, sending shivers down their spines, their eyes balled out.

"H-He took him out with one movement…" Mumbled the head guard.

"Hardcore puss? What a load of bullshit!" Shouted Sirus, he started approaching the entrance.

'If they sent someone called Tiger Eater, prff! This town is an absolute joke!'

Everyone didn't dare to move a muscle, They stood there and didn't think to be arrogant, this monster was truly a S Class calamity.

As Sirus approached the gates, a certain individual could be seen walking within the crowd. He was the head guard, a tall muscular man with short dark brown hair, who was in charge of leading all the guards that the mayor entrusted. A full white beard and wrinkles indicate he is over the age of 30.

They continued walking until they could feel each other's breaths. Sirus stared at the head guard with a nonchalant expression whilst the head guard tried his best to calm his breathing and look professional. The head guard being a head taller opened and closed his mouth trying to figure how to approach this.

They continued to stare at each other for a few moments. But to everyone's surprise the monster spoke, breaking the awkward silence.

"Are we just going to keep staring at each other like idiots?" Sirus looked over the head guard's shoulder and looked for the human who failed to negotiate with the guards. He pointed a finger at the old man who was laying down on the ground as some scared little princess waiting for his knight in shining armour to come and rescue him.

The old man nodded vigorously and walked over to his side. The head guard widened his eyes and opened his mouth wide in shock, somehow not believing this monster actually spoke, and not with a struggle and poor vocals but with a smooth fluent native speaker.

"Sir, this is the monster tha-" Sirus interrupted him midway, "Who are you calling a monster you bastard? I don't look much different than you fools apart from a few things, address me with my name."

Old man Joe cried inwardly thinking he would get hurt but he just got scolded instead, "I'm deeply sorry! I mean this is Sirus that I spoke of." The head guard stared at this… Thing called Sirus with a lost expression. But soon returned to Ozbark and forcefully couched.

"S-Sirus, it's a… A pleasure to meet you..."

"For someone who looks like he's in charge of leading the guards of the town, you sure act like a scared child. Ahuh… Look, I will get straight to the point of why I am here."

The head guard simply nodded his head with a blank face. 12 minutes passed by and Sirus explained why and what he wanted to accomplish here. The rest of the guards and adventurers regained their composure and calmed down after seeing that a monster and a human were casually talking to each other. Meanwhile, the head guard was completely shocked at its reason for being here and would definitely cause several misunderstandings and trouble within its citizens and the Mayor.

"I-I understand but with all due respect, Sirus, I will need to speak with the mayor first before I can even imagine letting you in." His back was soaking in sweat and he was crying inwardly that he just refused to let him in.

But what Sirus said afterwards shocked him even more. "Yeah, yeah, I get it. Perhaps I can talk to this Mayor and you can accompany me, and we can work a few things out." He took a moment to take a deep breath before he continued. "You can as well handcuff me if it makes everyone feel better, and I already told you why I am doing this, I would rather not keep living in the forest as some crazy beast."

"That well, you see…"

"Let me guess. That horn that person there blew made everyone evacuate, including the Mayor?"

"How did you do? Know."

"What else would a horn do? I mean look, all of you are armed to the teeth. It's only logical it would also make the people within the town evacuate." Sirus rubbed his temple and continued. "Let's talk more while we are inside alright? And there's no reason to be cautious of me, if I wanted to kill everyone here, I would have done so then wasting my time talking to you. So doing it now won't benefit me in any way.
