Chapter 27: Chapter 27: One Sided Battle
"What! Is that all you got! I could have plenty of punches and kicks to spare! Come at me with all you got! HAHAHAHAHA." Sirus laughed madly.
'Already with no effort, I took down 9 Goblins, pitiful.' He thought.
As Sirus was to take a step he hears loud footsteps coming through one of the caves where the goblins ordinary came from. He looks over his shoulder as he turns around and sees a 1-metre tall goblin with round black eyes as the smaller goblins.
Fangs jutted out of its jaw and some hair sticking out on top of its bold head, unlike the smaller goblins where they were completely bold. Slightly better clothing as well but carries a large axe over its shoulder.
"Oh? I see, so are you the one who will fight me now? Let's just hope you won't die with one punch." Sirus spoke with a smile. Going back to its kickboxing stance, he started to hop around.
Big Glob raised its finger slowly towards the daemon. "You daemon, why you come?"
Sirus curiously observed his prey, deciding whatever he should debate or decapitate.
"So, tell me, how can you speak deamon language? I noticed your buddies being able to speak it also. Or is the deamon language not strictly belonging to the deamon language. Now if that's the case." Sirus wanted to know more but doubted the Big Glob as its name. Could explain everything.
"So you daemon."' The Goblin lowered his finger in anger and pulled his axe in front of him and charged at the daemon as he roared loudly, causing the cave to shake.
"I see, since you don't want to talk then I guess we will have to kill each other then!" Sirus face became serious as he widened his eyes in glee, and before the goblin could even notice. He crashed heavily against the wall, sounds of broken bones echoed throughout the cave once again.
Big Glob roared in pain, his thoughts running wild. How could he get launched without seeing where the deamon was?
Sirus ducked when the Big Glob swung his axe carelessly, Sirus punched straight towards its stomach. Sending him crashing back to the wall.
Big Glob crashing down to the floor with a heavy thud, he spat a mouthful of blood and slowly stood up. Blood dripped from his forehead, he shook his head as he slowly approached the daemon once again.
'I shouldn't have been able to launch him into the wall like at, so where did this power come from all of sudden.' He glanced at his bulging muscles. 'Something happened to my body ever since I ate that bull deer thing.' Jumping back, Big Glob swung his axe vertically down, hitting nothing but stone.
"FOOLS! Attack daemon!" Big Glob ordered his followers. The other goblins who were standing by. All rushed in at once.
Charging foolishly once again at the daemon.
"Kill, kill, kill!"
"Kill, Daemon!"
"ARGHH!"
"Disgusting little buggers, I will show you a true master in martial arts." Sirus leaned his body slightly down and charged straight at the taller Goblin.
The daemon speed was too fast to follow with their slow eye, but Big Glob had experience in a variety of fights so he saw the daemon charging straight at him albeit with great difficulty, he was surprised but he placed his axe to his side as he tensed his muscles and was ready to strike at any moment.
The goblins couldn't see what happened, only their brethren getting massacred.
Sirus's powerful legs easily trampled straight through the weaker goblins, as Sirus was 2 meters in front of Big Glob. Big Glob roared loudly and swung his axe heavily to his left but didn't hit anything and his axe got embedded into the wall. He looked around looking for the daemon but he couldn't see him, a shiver ran up his spine as a voice spoke from behind.
"Too slow, hihi." With Sirus's quick reflexes he easily dodged the axe, he appeared behind Big Glob, Sirus twisted his body as he leapt, sending a killing blow to Big Glob head with his hind leg.
"ARGHHHH!!!!"
[CRACK!]
Big Glob face smashed straight into the wall, his brain scattered all over the wall, his lifeless body falling down with a loud thud, revealing his smashed face.
"I always wanted to try that move, hahaha, now…" His glowing crimson eyes latched onto the remaining goblins as they dropped their weapons and started to run towards the exit of the cave. Hoping to escape into the forest.
"Big Glob! Dead!"
"Monster!"
"Arhhhh!"
"Don't think your puny legs can escape from me!." He shouted with a grin, as he walked over to the bodies that he trampled, their bodies twitched like bugs, he lifted one of them by the legs and threw it at the retreating goblins.
[Swoosh]
[Bang]
"ARGHHH!"
Two extra lifeless bodies crashed into the goblins as they were smashed, their faces smashed against the floor.
The scent of blood filled the air, making any person with a light stomach to instantly puke their guts out.
Sirus ran and caught up within seconds and blocked the exit.
The remaining goblins fell to their knees as others bowed to the deamon.
"You're not even worth killing if you don't even fight back." Sirus spoke in an annoyed voice.
They didn't dare move an inch from the deamon. They knew they were powerless with Big Glob.
"I would let you go but from what I know from back earth, you would only come back for revenge, so let's end this shall we." A cold smile formed on his face as he walked over to the goblins, Sirus simply stomped their legs to render from them escaping..
Screams filled the area, echoing out to the forest.
One by one Sirus smashed their faces against the rocky surface as their brains and blood splattered on the floor.
Sirus sat down as he leaned against the cave, his body began to ache.
"Seems my body still needs to get adjusted to how I fight, and these guys didn't even amuse me much, same could be said for the stupid named goblin. I should have let him live and see if I could retrieve any information, but then I doubt they he would be willing to speak so there's that." Sirus glanced at his body as his legs and fist were soaked in blood. His arms rested on his knees as blood dripped down from his claws.
He stood up after resting for 10 minutes and looked at the cave.
"I don't sweat or get tired easily but I'm still exhausted. I suppose I could see if there's anything of interest deeper in the cave." He said, walking deeper into the cave as he looked around the piles of bodies, he was about to pick up his weapons when he thought to himself there's no need if there are proper swords and daggers from the goblins. He had no use of the bone spear or the sword so he picked up 2 rusty daggers and held them in each hand.
He looked at the taller Goblin and saw if he had anything to loot but found nothing on him, he stood up and glanced at the cave where the goblins came from and walked for a while before he turned a corner and saw countless of what looked like females goblins and children goblins huddled in one corner. He ignored them and looked around the wide room.
"A pile of bones in one corner and just what looked like the skin of animals used as a place to sleep and just more tools and weapons, the female's goblins on the other hand actually have hair." Sirus walked over to the huddled goblins and grabbed one of the wrists of the female's Goblins as he lifted her with ease into the air.
She screamed in fear.
"You look just the same as the others. I wonder if you have females humans trapped somewhere around here like every goblin cave does I wonder. If what I seen from earth books are true."
[Drip-Drip]
Sirus looked down the floor and saw the female goblin he was holding in the air peed herself.
"Disgusting…" He said as he dropped her to the floor.
He looked around one last time and saw there were no other cave entrances. He grabbed one of the skins that were used for sleeping and hung it on his shoulder before he left without bothering to kill the rest of the goblins.
He left the cave and looked up and saw it was already dusk.
"I was in there longer than I expected, at least I got a dagger. I can use it better than the bone knife I had, and I don't need to sleep on the dirt anymore with this." Walking towards the river, he washed his legs and fist and continued with his task to acquire new clothes… And a brush if he could.
"Sigh, it would be nice."
