POV Tony Stark

As I arrive in NYC, I go to confront Loki, and things don't go well. A portal is opened, and I am defenestrated. Luckily, that's when reinforcements arrive. The Lantern Corps shows up and goes through the portal. I hear Sinestro talk to me via the comms.

Sinestro: "We will hold off as much as we can but some will get past us. You will need to deal with them."

Tony: "Got it. Jarvis call Rio."

Jarvis: "Calling Rio."

Rio: "What's up Tony?"

Tony: "I don't know if you know this but there is a big alien invasion happening in New York City. We could really use some space wizard help."

Rio: "I have sent plenty of help. I can't help you directly as I am dealing with the mages."

Tony: "Help? What kind of help?"

Rio: "More than you realize. Now sorry to cut this short but I have to go."

The call ends and I am a bit worried.

'Well, I guess I just have to trust him.'

I don't have to wait long to see the help he talked about. The civilians are being escorted to safety and numerous robots are flooding the streets. Models I have never even seen before are tearing the Aliens to shreds.

Tony: "Okay that is helpful."

I look at the evacuation and see it going surprisingly well as there are very few cars and lots of bicycles.

POV Wood Clone (Dressed as knockoff Thor.)

I flew to Stark Tower to confront Loki. Despite the circumstances, we believed we could have a little fun.

Thor: "Loki you have to stop this madness."

Loki: "Who the heck are you?"

Thor: "I am Thor your nephew."

Loki looks utterly confused.

Loki: "What?"

Loki had the Surprised Pikachu face and I had to control myself from laughing.

Thor: "I know you like to sleep with horses but this is too far."

Loki: "What?"

The more I speak the more confused he gets.

Thor: "I get that you like horse cock but invading Midgard to steal all the horses for your personal harem is not okay."

Loki: "What the Hel are you talking about?"

Thor: "I get that your favorite saying is 'There's no cock like horse cock, send your asshole into shock.' But this is just desperate."

I shake my head like I am disappointed. I see Loki start to blush and I can tell he is embarrassed and angry.

Thor: "At least you didn't try to sleep with your daughter Sleipnir."

Loki: "ENOUGH! I am not invading Midgard to create a horse harem! You stupid lesser mortal!"

Thor: "You can deny it all you want but the evidence is clear. Why else would you invade this world other than for your love of horse cock."

Loki jumps at me with his scepter.

Loki: "AAHHHHHHHH! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!"

As he charges at me I swing Thor's Hammer and shoot lightning at him. He gets hit but looks at me with confusion. Especially when I summon a thunder storm.

Loki: "Wait that hammer is like Mjolner. Who the Hel are you?"

Thor: "Face the God of Thunder!"

I summon a massive amount of Lightning and shoot it at Loki. He tries to block it with the staff and it somewhat works. But as he is slightly paralyzed I rush him and slam the hammer down on him. He avoids the attack but only barely. He tries to use illusions but I ignore them and attack his real body. We enter a weapon duel. But it is clear that he is not that good at spear/scepter combat. I easily overwhelm him. He does manage to hit me pretty well with the Mind Stone energy blast. While Loki may not be able to use the full power he can use a decent portion of it. I pretend to drop my hammer and get thrown away. I knew he couldn't resist the urge to pick up the hammer.

Loki: "You have failed. I don't know where you come from but I will have your tongue for spreading lies about me."

Thor: "Kinky. I didn't know you like tongue."

Loki grabs the hammer but as he lifts it his smile goes manic.

Loki: "HAHAHAHAHA! Yes, now Mjolner is mine!"

But then the effect happens and Loki is suddenly being electrocuted.

BZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Loki: "Azazazazazaza! Cough."

He coughs and then falls over smoking.

'Hmm, kind of smells like roasted chicken.'

I grab the Scepter and put it in my inventory and then tie up Loki. Once that is done I move to the roof to see about shutting down the Portal. Once I get to the roof I look over the city to see how much damage has been done. The answer is not that much. Most of the damage has been focused on the New York Sanctum.

'It seems like Loki was keeping his word.'

It seemed like Thanos had brought far more Chitauri than in the original. If I had to guess it was around a few hundred thousand. Far too many for the Lanterns to stop by themselves. A few thousand Chitauri made it past the Lanterns and were focusing their attacks on the New York Sanctum. The others were doing well taking care of most of the Chitauri. Most of the civilians were evacuated and what few remained are being dealt with. I turn to Selvig as he is starting to wake up. I had changed my disguise to that of the mysterious Jedi from New Mexico.

Selvig: "Loki's scepter, the energy...the Tesseract can't fight. You can't protect against yourself."

Rio: "I will see if I can find the scepter."

Selvig: "It might be able to close the portal."

POV Nick Fury

I was in a meeting with the UN Security Council and I was annoyed by their suggestions.

US: "Director Fury, the council has made a decision."

Fury: "I recognize the council has made a decision, but given that it's a stupid ass decision, I've elected to ignore it."

UK: "Director, you're closer than any of our subs, you scramble that Quinjet…"

Fury: "That is the island of Manhattan, Councilman. Until I'm certain my team can't hold it, I will not order a nuclear strike against a civilian population."

France: "If we don't hold them in the air, we lose everything."

Fury: "Even if I wanted to accept your orders I don't have any Nukes on board."

Everyone freezes and I realize that something isn't right.

US: "Are you saying that Shield doesn't have any Nukes?"

Fury: "Yes."

UK: "We don't have any either."

France: "We also don't have any."

US: "Wait a minute. Does anyone here have any Nukes or know where they are?"

A few seconds of silence is the only answer and I realize that this is a much bigger issue.

UK: "What does this mean? Have the world's Nukes just gone missing?"

Fury: "Shield's Nukes were stolen. No clue as to who is responsible as no one has claimed responsibility."

China: "We thought it was the actions of America."

US: "We thought it was the actions of Russia."

France: "But North Korea launched a Nuke."

I sigh as I realize this is a mess.

Fury: "We have bigger issues right now."

US: "Director Fury is right we need to think of something else."

POV Rahm Kota

I look over the reports and try to organize the movements of the droids or robots.

'It seems they are dead set on destroying the New York Sanctum. I what our intel is reporting is correct the mage is getting tired. They will likely retreat soon.'

Kota: "Squads 1113 to 1118 move to sector 7 the Chitauri are going to strike that location next."

I sense a Wood Clone approaching and see that it is carrying a communicator. I take it and answer the call.

Kota: "What is it?"

Rio/Thor: "I can shut down the portal. Just let me know when."

Kota: "Understood. I expect we will have completed our goals in the next 2 minutes or less. Should I start calling back our troops?"

Rio/Thor: "Not yet but in a minute it would be a good idea. Has Monika deleted all the footage we needed to erase?"

Kota: "So far yes. No one will know we were involved outside of the Robots."

Rio/Thor: "Copy, what about the Foward Unto Dawn?"

Kota: "Admiral Thrawn has confirmed that our ships are ready to annihilate the enemy's mothership."

Rio/Thor: "Good to hear."

POV Rio/Thor

I ended the call and waited for the signal to close the portal. Once I received it I made sure Selvig was unconscious and then used a spell to bypass the barrier. Then I put the Tesseract in my inventory. The portal closed but I saw the mothership blow up after receiving a MAC round going a fraction of the speed of light.

Rio/Thor: "Well my job is done here."

I dispelled and left the clean-up to the others.

POV Tony Stark

When the portal closed suddenly I was very surprised.

'I guess he wasn't exaggerating. No Nuke and I didn't have to nearly die in space. Now all we need to do is clean up.'
