Chapter 10 "Overlord Of The Sea"

Capable countries could only learn from the Dragon Kingdom and build steel fortresses to defend against mutant creatures.

These evolved beings not only possessed strong physical qualities, but some also possessed special abilities, such as elemental control, the power to change forms, mental abilities, etc. Evolvers had given the entire human race hope for survival, and all countries were actively researching how to evolve everyone.
