Then it continued flowing forward.

In the hallway, it brushed past the returning Surveillance Beast.

The Surveillance Beast looked down at the shadow.

[Shadow Wraith. Contracted beast of VIP. Safe.]

The indicator on the shadow changed from red to green.

The Surveillance Beast turned and returned to the VIP lounge door, standing guard again.

Meanwhile, the shadow sped down the hall, entered the neighboring room, rose from the floor, and inflated into a pitch-black beast with only two glowing violet eyes visible.

Inside the spacious and luxurious lounge were two men.

One was a blond youth, the other had gray eyes and black hair, with a particularly gloomy expression.

"She's not in the room anymore?" Plar frowned and confirmed.

"I saw Shadow Wraith leave, and the Surveillance Beast returned." Said Leo, pushing the door open and stepping inside.

"I didn't see Qiao Sang exit through the door, what happened?"

He spoke as he sat on the sofa.

Plar quickly offered an explanation.

"She probably summoned Ghost Ring King and used Spatial Shift to escape the room."

He'd seen her matches and trending searches, and knew that the Ghost Ring King had many high-level psychic skills.

"How can that be?" Leo looked confused.

"Even if Qiao Sang summoned Ghost Ring King again, Harmony Chirper's cry should've caused enough pain to delay her casting for two seconds."

"Two seconds should've been enough for Shadow Wraith to catch her."

Shadow Wraith's binding could prevent a beast from returning to the Beast Codex and stop teleportation.

Chen Shu's Shadow Wraith had A-rank binding skills.

Under A-rank binding, even Spatial Shift should fail.

"Then what should we do?"

She sat down on the sofa and glanced toward Lubao, who had just used Ice Field Domain.

"Take out an energy recovery potion."

"Xun~"

Little Treasure responded sweetly.

He removed his ring and reached inside. Soon, he pulled out an energy potion.

Qiao Sang hesitated for a moment as she looked at it: "...This one's empty."

"Xun..."

Little Treasure looked down and realized,yep, it was empty.

He casually tossed the empty bottle behind himself and reached in again.

Another bottle, also empty.

"Xun..."

He reached again.
