"The number of epic Beast Tamers in the second battle sequence isn't large to begin with, and the likelihood of them being dispatched to protect you is small; however, a pet beast..." Han Wang laughed, "It's been a long time since Nan Yue Ran took action, so it's quite normal for him to send a pet beast to protect his junior, isn't it?"

He lashed out frantically with his Black Cloud Stick briefly freeing himself from the Eight-Armed Rock Demon's attack and swiftly aimed to slay Han Wang, but was once again blasted away by the tail sweep of the Green-eyed Black Dragon.

"No need to swear, it's very uncivilized." Han Wang frowned in displeasure and then his gaze shifted back to Lin Su, speaking with a smile, "Anything else you don't..."

His voice abruptly stopped as he instantly closed his eyes.

"Trying to ambush me with the Cold Frost Dream Domain, you're not being good." Han Wang's eyes remained shut, but the smile at the corner of his mouth grew warmer, "Naughty children need to be punished."

He snapped his fingers lightly, and the Green-eyed Black Dragon immediately turned its gaze towards Qiuqiu.

An invisible force field encapsulated everything around, solidifying it. Qiuqiu, targeted by the Emperor Force Field, let out a cry of pain as a sound of bones cracking suddenly filled the air.

"Qiuqiu!" Lin Su's eyes reddened as he rapidly pulled Qiuqiu back into the Beast Taming Space with a flash of goose-yellow light.

Feeling Qiuqiu's injuries, his expression grimly darkened.

In such a brief period, one of Qiuqiu's paws had fractured under the power of the Emperor Force Field.

Originally, he had planned to take advantage of the lowered vigilance mid-conversation to let Qiuqiu strike with the Cold Frost Dream Domain.

With Qiuqiu now at Tier III of the Cold Frost Dream Domain, striking with all its might, the opponent would be crippled if not killed.

To his surprise, his adversary's vigilance was so high.

And his opponent aimed to strike Qiuqiu down with one blow.

Lin Su had no doubt that if he hadn't forcibly pulled Qiuqiu back into the Beast Taming Space, his opponent would have indeed intended to kill.
