AZI: The History Shattering Burial of a Selfish Lunatic, Who Walked through Reincarnation for Two-Trillion Years

AZI Vol 3 Chapter 51 to 55

Chapter 51

Wrapping his right hand around Bai Zhe’s handle, Long Hua returns his attention to the crystal cluster.

Judging by how the crystal cluster’s light is starting to dim, it seems to have already fulfilled its purpose—in acting as this magic array’s source of fuel.

Currently, the hands of the clockfaces are proceeding to move normally. From the looks of it, so long as he can last for a certain amount of time, things will return to normal.

Although the objective is easy enough to understand, Long Hua knows that he cannot possibly hope to fight off this many Sinners and practitioners all at once.

“Just what is sealed in this god-forsaken place to warrant this much security?”

As one of the Sinners in armor approaches him, Long Hua pulls Bai Zhe out partially, and stabs the sword’s pommel onto the enemy’s abdomen.

*Boom!* the impact of this strike sends the Sinner flying backwards, and eventually they crash onto a stone wall.

Drawing out Kun, Tian Cheng lops off the head of a practitioner, and asks—

“I assume our objective remains unchanged, master?”

“The central building that looks like a blade is still our destination. But…”

With how many enemies there are, approaching that building doesn’t seem like an easy feat.

“…”

Deciding to play along nicely with Long Hua for the time being, the Tai Xuan Emperor controls her vessel—to fire five knives from its left sleeve.

As the knives puncture through the chest of a Sinner, she says—

“If we create a big enough commotion, it might draw other survivors to us.”

With Bai Zhe fully drawn, Long Hua cuts down a practitioner, and asks—

“What are the odds of that exactly?”

“I’ve already made it so that the tunnel’s layout is as simple as it can be, so the odds shouldn’t be zero.”

“…”

Accepting this answer with silence, Long Hua breaks into a run.

Closing the gap between a Sinner and himself, Long Hua cuts through the enemy with ease, while thinking—

(Seems like they don’t possess the strength that they had—from when they were alive. Well, magic arrays based off the concept of time are a difficult thing to setup, so I guess this much is within the margin of error?)

In a swift manner, Long Hua moves onto his next target—being a practitioner, who is performing a two-handed incantation gesture.

Before the practitioner is about to finish his final incantation gesture, Long Hua swings Bai Zhe to lop off his head.

“…”

Just as Long Hua is about to take another step forward, the other practitioners nearby manage to complete the final incantation gesture, and with it, numerous fireballs descend from above—in a manner that is reminiscent of a meteor shower!

“…”

Appearing by Long Hua’s side, Tian Cheng leans Kun towards him.

Shrouding Bai Zhe in sword Qi, Long Hua taps Kun, and transfers a portion of his sword Qi onto it.

As the fireballs approach, Long Hua and Tian Cheng press their backs to one another, and—

“Flowers within the Mist.”

Stomping the ground harshly enough to leave a footprint-shaped dent behind, Long Hua and Tian Cheng’s figure flashes repeatedly, as every swing of their blade—causes flower petals to manifest around them.

In an instance, more than 100 flower petals are created, and upon the number climbing up to 300—

“…”

“…”

Returning to the same position that they had started in, Long Hua stomps the ground once more. This time, the entirety of the Martial Emperor’s Step is unleashed—causing eight cracks to appear beneath his foot.

*Boom!* as these cracks erupt with black and white energy, the nearby flower petals are thrown outwards!

Colliding with the incoming fireballs head-on, the sword Qi flower petals tear them apart with ease!

Glancing at Tian Cheng, Long Hua remarks—

“Being able to keep up with my movements, that combat body is quite decent.”

(If you manage to get the SSR version-)

“Piss off, I’m not interested in your wares, you con-artist.”

(At least give it some thought, you stingy ass!)

Vanishing from sight, Long Hua approaches another Sinner, and reaching his left hand out, he grabs them by their face, and proceeds to drag them against the ground—prior to tossing them forward like a bowling ball.

The flung body of the Sinner crashes into a few others, and together, they crash onto the side of a building—causing the structure to topple over.

“…”

In the same instance, sparks of blue electricity discharge from Tian Cheng’s feet, as she runs forth.

Borrowing Long Hua’s sword Qi, she effortlessly divides everything that she comes across in half—prior to giving Kun a firm swing, which ends up delivering a diagonal cut onto a building from 30 meters away.

*Boom!!! Boom!!!* as two buildings fall and crash, a loud noise is transmitted into the tunnel that the two had emerged from.

………

*Guuuuuuu…!!!* picking up on the sound of Long Hua and Tian Cheng’s battle against the Sinners and practitioners, Ye Chen turns to his right.

“What is it this time?”

A few moments ago, Ye Chen had felt the hall that he was in being turned, which resulted in him arriving at the four-way intersection that he is currently in.

“Hm?”

Detecting the sound of more footsteps coming in from the left, Ye Chen—who didn’t know if it was a friend or a foe, can only frown.

“Same direction as the wind… Ah, screw it.”

Rather quickly, he decides to make a run towards the direction that the ongoing commotion is coming from—having spent more than enough time in these tunnels to have his patience run thin with them.

Chapter 52

Simultaneously, Li Xue and Qing Yue arrive at the four-way intersection that Ye Chen was just at.

To their right, Teng Hao’s group arrives in the same instance.

Wordlessly exchanging a look between their parties, they all headed towards the direction that Ye Chen had gone.

“What is going on? It sounds like there’s a war going on in the distance.”

Feeling a tremor go off with every step taken, Teng Hao can’t help but frown, to which, Li Xue replies—

“Guess we’ll find out.”

Seeing the scenery of a city—that is currently being destroyed, in the far distance, along with a familiar figure’s back, the two groups eventually emerge from the tunnel.

“This is…?”

Walking up to Ye Chen’s side, Li Xue looks down at the chaotic city; specifically, her eyes are locked onto a certain figure.

Although there are Sinners and Immortals around, this figure in particular stands out because he is being chased after by all—almost as if he is their common enemy.

Momentarily, the black-robed figure looked like he was about to be cornered; however—

*Boom!* the person takes a single step forward, causing the ground beneath his feet to shatter, and with it, he pushes his left hand outwards—sending out a blast, that takes on the form of a dark handprint.

“Immortal arts?”

The aforementioned Immortal art readily smashes all the incoming pursuers apart, and without wasting any time, the black robed-figure quickly moves onto his next target.

Turning to Ye Chen, Li Xue asks—

“What do we do?”

“Beats me…”

Uncertain of the situation, Ye Chen finds it difficult to decide on a course of action; however—

“Out of my way!”

Charging up from behind Ye Chen and Li Xue is Shao Tianming, who stabs himself on the wrist with a vial of Carp.

“Jūn Hún! (军魂)”

Shouting these words aloud, red plates of armor manifest around Shao Tianming, and simultaneously, they press onto his body—dressing him in a full set of armor.

The full-faced helmet of this armor is similar to a dog’s head, but it had a pair of tusks.

Leaping off the area—instead of taking the staircase, flames spew from Shao Tianming’s joints.

“There goes the boss in his Partial-Apotheosized state.”

Turning their heads around, Ye Chen and Li Xue see Chen Lan, Li Zi Xiang, and Yu Ji emerging from the tunnel.

………

“…!”

Taking a few steps forward, Chang Ye—who is a member of the same office as Shen Le, under Teng Hao, lowered his arms while trembling.

An odd habit of Chang Ye’s—was him keep his Relic manifested, and near his person at all times.

The reason for this is because prior to being a Sinner, Chang Ye considered himself to be a swordsman; hence—

“That’s…”

Almost immediately, Chang Ye’s eyes are drawn towards the Immortal in black—who is surrounded by flower petals.

Despite being far from the scene, Chang Ye can tell that those flower petals aren’t ordinary, and as if to confirm this, the moment Shao Tianming attempts to close in on the Immortal, those same flower petals end up cutting into his armor—forcing Shao Tianming to retreat, and rethink his approach.

Drawing in a deep breath, Chang Ye remarks—

“Swordplay at its perfection?”

“Chang Ye, you-?”

Just as Shen Le is about to ask Chang Ye something—

*Bak…!* a female figure shrouded in electricity, and is dressed similarly to the Immortal—scales up to their location.

Without saying a word, the person raises their left hand, and grabs Ye Chen by his face—prior to tossing him towards the city below.

“…”

Despite Ye Chen’s life being in danger, a smirk gradually forms on Li Xue’s face, whereas Qing Yue thought—

(That sword in her right hand; it’s the same as the one that surnamed Long’s doll had used.)

Almost as soon as Qing Yue had realized the other person’s identity, Tian Cheng snaps her head in the former’s direction.

“…”

“…!”

*Bak!* as sparks of electricity discharges from Tian Cheng’s feet, her figure vanishes—only to reappear behind Qing Yue.

Without a shred of mercy—

“Ah you bitch!”

Tian Cheng lands a kick onto Qing Yue’s back, sending her to follow after Ye Chen!

“…”

Without explaining the situation, Tian Cheng merely directs a brief glance at the others—before vanishing with a crackling sound.

A few moments after she had left, more survivors came pouring out of the tunnel.

………

(I told her to get them down here, but… I guess she really does have a grudge against surnamed Qing for that bullet.)

Glancing at the figures of Ye Chen and Qing Yue—who are free-falling into the city from above, Long Hua inwardly shrugs his shoulders; thinking that they’ll manage somehow.

In the same instance—

(Those flower petals are sword Qi?)

As the gaps in his armor mended themselves, Shao Tianming directs a look of wariness towards Long Hua—before charging forth.

Compared to his first approach, this time, Shao Tianming puts effort into evading the sword Qi flower petals, and upon having Long Hua within the reach of his halberd, he lunges the weapon outwards.

Chapter 53

Beneath his helmet, clear irritation appears on Long Hua’s face, as he glances at Shao Tianming, while cutting down a practitioner.

(I doubt he managed to recognize me. In that case, is his grudge against practitioners simply that great?)

Narrowing his eyes, Long Hua doesn’t mind using this chance—to see what a Sinner is capable of, when they’re under the effects of Partial-Apotheosis.

Throwing a practitioner off, Long Hua turns towards Shao Tianming’s direction, and in the next instance—

*Klang!* blocking off Shao Tianming’s halberd with Bai Zhe, Long Hua rotates the Immortal Suppression Palm, and smashes his left fist in from the side—knocking the weapon out of Shao Tianming’s grip.

As the halberd flies off, and bounces off the ground a few times, Shao Tianming thinks to take a step back, but before he can do that, Long Hua closes the distance between them, and grabs the former by their face.

*Boom!* applying strength into his left arm, Long Hua smashes Shao Tianming onto the ground—opening a crater with the latter’s head at the center of it!

*Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!* lifting Shao Tianming up by his face, Long Hua proceeds to throw him down repeatedly—causing the crater’s depth to gradually increase!

“Boss!”

Rushing towards their direction are Chen Lan and Li Zi Xiang, and towards their approach, Tian Cheng appears in front of Chen Lan—to block him off.

As Li Zi Xiang continues to approach, Long Hua clicks his tongue, and tosses Shao Tianming into the distance, prior to turning his attention towards Li Zi Xiang.

“…”

The moment Long Hua is within the effective range of her chain whip, Li Zi Xiang swings it towards the former’s right hand.

“…”

Shrouds his right arm in sword Qi—to prevent the whip’s thorns from ripping into his skin, Long Hua allows the chain to wrap around his wrist.

Pulling his right hand back, Long Hua pries Li Zi Xiang off the ground, and drags her forward, while forming a fist with his left hand.

“…!”

Instinctively, Li Zi Xiang positions her left hand in front of her face. However—

*Boom!* the force behind Long Hua’s punch—turns out to be much more than Li Zi Xiang can hope to handle, as the back of her hand smashes onto her own face!

“Uh!”

As the chain whip is still wrapped around Long Hua’s right hand, Li Zi Xiang isn’t sent flying, and because of that—

“…!”

At the pull back of Long Hua’s right hand, Li Zi Xiang finds herself being dragged forth once more.

With the intent to land a clean hit on her face, Long Hua raises his left fist again.

“Zi Xiang, release your grip!”

Closing in from the side, Shao Tianming shouts this aloud, while cleaving his halberd down towards Long Hua’s left arm, which is in the middle of being thrown out.

As Li Zi Xiang releases her grip over the whip’s handle, Long Hua snaps his attention to Shao Tianming, and—

“…”

Rotating the Immortal Suppression Palm in full force, Long Hua’s left arm—beneath his sleeve, darkens up to his shoulder. Simultaneously, the left arm portion of his Sword Armor is also manifested.

*Klang! Chi! Chi! Chi!* finding it difficult to sever Long Hua’s left arm—which is covered in two layers of defense, Shao Tianming widens his eyes beneath his helmet.

………

Turning time back by a few moments, Tian Cheng—who had blocked Chen Lan off, slaps him in the face with Kun’s scabbard, causing him to take three steps back.

“What is up with people wanting to hit me in the face today?!”

“…”

Without giving Chen Lan any time to regain his balance, Tian Cheng swings the scabbard once more, landing it onto Chen Lan’s other cheek.

And just as she is about to lunge Kun towards Chen Lan’s abdomen—

“Fire!”

Following Qing Yue’s command, a giant calabash fires off a sphere of condensed energy towards Tian Cheng.

“…”

Raising her head, Tian Cheng swings Kun—sending out the last strand of Long Hua’s sword Qi, to split the sphere of energy apart.

“Die!”

Exploiting this opening, Chen Lan raises his saber. However—

“…”

Faster than Chen Lan can hope to land his attack, Tian Cheng raises her lightning-shrouded right foot, and—

“…!!!”

Without holding anything back, Tian Cheng lands a kick directly onto Chen Lan’s crotch—causing the latter’s eyes to turn white.

“…”

*Klang!* fainting from the indescribable pain—without being given even the chance to scream, Chen Lan drops his saber onto the ground.

Momentarily, the weapon begins to vanish, as it gradually dissolves into particles of light.

“…”

Despite being a girl, Qing Yue can’t help but tremble. For a brief instance, she thinks she may have seen the entirety of Chen Lan’s skeleton—due to the electric shock that the latter had been subjected to.

*Klang! Chi! Chi! Chi!* hearing these series of noises, Tian Cheng turns her attention towards Long Hua’s situation.

“…Hmm.”

Choosing to ignore Qing Yue for now, Tian Cheng rushes over to Long Hua.

Appearing to the side of the halberd, Tian Cheng raises her left foot, and kicks it from below.

“…”

Despite his left arm being a bit numb from the halberd’s cleave, Long Hua snaps to Shao Tianming, and throws out a kick.

“…”

In the same instance, Tian Cheng rotates her body, and lunges out Kun’s scabbard.

“Uh!”

Simultaneously, Long Hua and Tian Cheng lands their attack onto Shao Tianming’s chest—throwing him backwards!

Chapter 54

Almost as soon as Shao Tianming had been beaten back—

“…!”

“…”

Long Hua and Tian Cheng turned their attention to Ye Chen, who comes up from behind them with his greatsword lifted over his head.

“Tch.”

Evading the attack, Long Hua clicks his tongue.

Through his divine senses, Long Hua sees that the surviving Sinners have managed to find their way to this abandoned city, and are currently scattered about—dealing with the other enemies.

(First, it’s surnamed Shao and his goons, and now it’s surnamed Ye; these assholes are really giving me plenty of face.)

Recovering his stance, Ye Chen mutters—

“An Ye.”

Following this, black plates of armor manifested around Ye Chen, and latched onto his body. The upper portion of this black armor is reminiscent of a trench coat, while its full-faced helmet has two horns jutting upwards.

With his Partial-Apotheosis state active, Ye Chen charges at Long Hua once more.

“Uh…?”

Just as Long Hua thought to raise his right hand—to block off Ye Chen’s incoming attack, he noticed how heavy his limb had become.

(This is… Gravity manipulation?)

As there is only Ye Chen here, Long Hua can only assume this to be an ability of the former’s.

“…”

“…”

*Chi! Chi! Chi!* meeting Long Hua’s gaze, electricity spews from Tian Cheng’s joints, as she reaches her left hand towards the former, and just barely manages to get them both out from underneath Ye Chen’s blade; however—

*Boom!!!* the shockwave created by this strike—that is reinforced through gravity manipulation, still manages to send them both flying!

“Dammit.”

Recovering his balance while in the air, Long Hua brings Tian Cheng and himself back to the ground, and asks—

“Anything damaged?”

Towards Long Hua’s question, Tian Cheng shakes her head, and separates from him.

Standing side by side—

“Surnamed Ye…”

“…Surnamed Shao.”

Shao Tianming and Ye Chen exchanged a glance at each other—prior to turning their attention to Long Hua and Tian Cheng, with a gleam of hostility in their eyes.

And as if the situation isn’t already bad enough as it is—

“…”

Holding a dagger in each hand, Wang Yongning lands to the right of Ye Chen, and—

“Liè Bái. (烈白)”

Undergoing Partial-Apotheosis as well, Wang Yongning’s figure is dressed in a white suit of armor with two ribbons—covered in white flames, flowing downwards from the shoulders.

Unlike the helmets of Ye Chen and Shao Tianming, Wang Yongning’s helmet only covers half of his face, leaving the mouth portion exposed.

(I guess that’s surnamed Wang?)

Removing the chain whip, which is still wrapped around his right wrist, and tossing it aside, Long Hua frowns beneath his helmet. Facing these three together—with his current strength, can only be seen as suicidal.

Assessing the situation in silence, Long Hua thought—

(Hmm. Partial-Apotheosis, was it? If surnamed Shao’s endurance and surnamed Ye’s strength are anything to go by, it’s not impossible—for them to contend against higher realm practitioners, especially so when the practitioner is outnumbered.)

(*-laoban, pull! Pull before it’s too late! It’s your only way out of this mess!)

“…”

Towards the Tai Xuan Emperor’s plead, Long Hua’s expression darkens immediately, as he glances at the magic array, while thinking—

(There’s still quite a bit of time left before this magic array expires…)

Seeing this to be the case, Long Hua takes out the physical strength boosting talisman.

“Hm?”

Seeing the item that Long Hua had just pulled out to be a talisman, Shao Tianming and Wang Yongning—beneath their helmets, narrowed their eyes.

In response to Long Hua’s action, the Tai Xuan Emperor says—

(That isn’t anywhere near enough! Your opponent isn’t just those three!)

Clicking his tongue, Long Hua begrudgingly replies—

“70 pulls away from pity; take whatever the hell is needed to finish it.”

(Seems like we’re finally on the same page, *-laoban.)

Heaving a sigh, Long Hua is just about to crush the talisman, but—

(Hang on, your wallet barely has enough for even a ten pull…)

“Put it on my tab.”

(You seriously think this to be a mobile game, where you can just swipe a credit card, and pay it back later?!)

“What? You don’t think it is?”

Noticing the oddity of the current situation, Ye Chen raises his voice, and asks—

“Wait, you actually speak our language?”

“…!”

“Uh?”

Had Ye Chen not pointed this out, Shao Tianming and Wang Yongning wouldn’t have noticed, as they remark—

“An Immortal that actually speaks our language?”

“Well, this is a first.”

Sensing her opportunity to acquire resources starting to vanish, the Tai Xuan Emperor quickly says—

(*-laoban, don’t let your guard down! Even if they seem open to talking peacefully, they-)

“Hmph, this Immortal can indeed speak, and understand your language.”

“Then…?”

Before any of them is able to respond, Long Hua cuts them off by saying—

“You want to ask this Immortal, why does our race invade this world?”

As the three nod, Long Hua smiles beneath his helmet, and answers—

“If I said, I don’t know, would any of you believe me?”

Taking the three’s silence to mean no, Long Hua raises a sigh.

There never was any room for them to talk peacefully—under their current identities as Sinners, and a practitioner, for the denizens of this world can only see a practitioner as their natural enemy.

“Qie, you said—you’d take rare metals and minerals as pull currency. How much is the crystal cluster above us worth?”

(Enough to reach your pity!)

Crushing the talisman, Long Hua immediately feels his physical strength being much stronger than before.

Chapter 55

“Talking things out peacefully was never an option. Today, this Immortal will have you three be my whetstone.”

Saying this, Long Hua leans Bai Zhe towards Tian Cheng, who taps the blade with Kun—while dismissing her weapon’s scabbard.

With Kun shrouded in his sword Qi, their preparation is complete, but prior to making his move, Long Hua thought—

(In my previous life, I’ve definitely killed plenty of people, and shed enough blood—to flood an entire city red. But right now… Maybe it’s because I haven’t fought with my life on the line for ages; however, my killing intent has dulled severely.)

*Bak! Bak! Bak!* just as Long Hua is thinking of that, electricity discharges from Tian Cheng’s body—making it seem as if she is covered in a lightning shroud.

(If all the Sinners on the frontlines are able to perform Partial-Apotheosis, then I’m as good as dead—the moment my identity gets exposed. Hence, I need to remember the meaning behind the act of killing.)

Blinking his eyes, while exhaling a breath of air, Long Hua appeared in front of Ye Chen with Bai Zhe raised over his head.

Under the effects of the physical strength boosting talisman—

(My meaning for killing—is not for thrill.)

*Klang! Boom!* Long Hua manages to shatter the ground beneath Ye Chen’s feet with this single-handed cleave.

(Heavy…!)

Despite having blocked off Long Hua’s cleave with his greatsword, Ye Chen still felt his arms turning numb from the impact.

In the same instance, Shao Tianming lunges his halberd in from the side, while Wang Yongning, who is just about to move—

“…!”

With a flash of electricity, Tian Cheng appears in front of Wang Yongning—with Kun swung outwards.

“How fast…!”

As Wang Yongning positions his daggers in the trajectory of the enemy’s blade—

“Uh…!”

He is astonished to see his opponent vanishing once more, and momentarily, the feeling of someone grabbing him by the back of his head—couldn’t have been clearer.

*Boom!* mercilessly, Tian Cheng smashes Wang Yongning’s face onto the ground—before lifting Kun, and taking aim at the latter’s neck!

………

Directing his eyes towards Shao Tianming—

(Not for battle.)

Long Hua lunges his left hand towards the incoming halberd.

“Uh.”

With his weapon caught in the opponent’s grip, Shao Tianming is just about to let go, but before he could, Long Hua uses Ye Chen’s weapon as a piece of footing—to leap backwards, while dragging the former with him.

Landing onto the ground—a few meters away from Ye Chen, Long Hua throws Shao Tianming, who has yet to relinquish his grip over the halberd, onto the ground.

Simultaneously—

(Not to sate my thirst for blood.)

Long Hua and Tian Cheng took aim at the necks of their respective targets, and stabbed their swords down!

………

For a brief instance, silence looms over the battlefield.

The speed, at which, Shao Tianming and Wang Yongning had died—can only be described as despair-inducing, to anyone who had caught sight of the event.

“…”

“…”

Straightening their backs, both Long Hua, and Tian Cheng kicked the corpse of their enemy aside, prior to directing their attention onto Ye Chen, who mutters—

“…Immortals of this level would be considered quite a pain on the frontlines.”

Being the one who is closer to Ye Chen, it goes without saying that Tian Cheng had been the first to land a hit in—in the form of a stab, that punctures through the former’s abdomen.

“…”

Not falling behind, Long Hua appears behind Ye Chen’s back—with Bai Zhe swung outwards.

In the next instance—

(Not to feel the highs of being able to stand on top of others.)

The sensation of having cut into flesh is transmitted to Long Hua through his right arm, and with it, Ye Chen’s head flies into the air.

“No way…”

“Captain died…?”

Looking at the entire event from behind a building, both Qing Yue, and Yu Ji’s complexion turns pale.

“…”

Retracting Kun from Ye Chen’s body, Tian Cheng allows the corpse to fall.

“…”

Inspecting Bai Zhe as if to look for damages, Long Hua frowns beneath his helmet. Although he and Tian Cheng have managed to kill their enemies, something feels off.

“…”

Looking at the battle from a distance, Li Xue mutters—

“If that guy was so easy to kill off, I wouldn’t need to struggle so much…”

………

“Hm…?”

Detecting an enemy’s approach, Long Hua turns his attention towards their direction, but—

(Surnamed Shao?)

“Uh?”

Noticing the identity of the incoming enemy, Tian Cheng is quick to turn her attention towards the direction she had kicked Wang Yongning, and—

“…”

Similarly, to Shao Tianming, Wang Yongning is still alive, and as soon as Tian Cheng had turned towards his direction, he was already less than a meter away from her.

“Master, I’ll keep him occupied.”

Having said this, Tian Cheng dodges Wang Yongning’s daggers, before proceeding to smash her left fist onto his chest—throwing the latter off into the distance, prior to giving chase.

The moment Tian Cheng had gone off to chase after Wang Yongning, Long Hua dodges Shao Tianming’s halberd—before choosing to put some distance between them.

As Shao Tianming slides to a halt, Ye Chen gets off the ground in a nonchalant manner, while cracking his neck.

“…”

Seeing the two perfectly whole, Long Hua can’t help but think—

(………And these Sinners consider practitioners monsters? Aren’t they just as abnormal? An ordinary practitioner can’t possibly revive after getting their head lopped off…)

(*-laoban, forget about them, and just go for the crystal!)

Towards the Tai Xuan Emperor’s reminder, Long Hua must agree with her; however—

“Hahaha!”

Laughing aloud, Long Hua feels like he couldn’t have found a better set of whetstones than these two.

“Come then!”

Directing Bai Zhe in the direction of Ye Chen and Shao Tianming, Long Hua says—

“Attack with everything that you can muster, so that I may regain a portion of my lost killing intent!”
