It's impossible to suppress one's aura down to zero for extended periods of time since you can't hold that much mana; your body vents it to get rid of the excess as it's constantly generating mana. So, if you suppress it down to zero for too long, you would eventually cause yourself many health issues, or even death. However, it is possible to partially suppress it for extended periods of time; it's only done to avoid affecting everyone around you. Hell, 10% of his aura is enough to suppress every person here. The scary thing is that I can't even see what he looks like; It's just a shadowy, distorted figure. He's on another level."

No one would dare break out of a holding cell since you'd basically be considered a criminal and be given a kill-on-sight order. The Australia government doesn't have many laws, but all of the laws are actually serious ones like murder, rape, theft (though the value of an item needs to reach a certain amount to be considered theft), so basically all crimes are serious. 'None of the stupid minor Laws that Australians had, often not enforced, or the ones that were simply enforced to use as an excuse for the government to fine poor people. During the pre-Awakened era, nowadays it's either immediate execution or enslavement to work off your sentence."

The enforcers are all nobility, as it a requirement to join, and they are basically police directly under Arthur one of the 12 demon knights.
