Auctioned To The Vampire Alpha

Chapter Eight: Blood Debt. 

 Merthur held the rogue leader against the wall, fangs blazing, trembling from so much rage. 

"Merthur…don't", whispered kai. Merthur drags this rogue vampire towards Kai, punctures their neck making blood splash out. 

"Drink", he commands, looking at Kai. "No", Kai refuses moving backwards. 

"You do as I say now!"Merthur yelled, pulling Kai by his hair closer to the rogue vampire's neck. 

Kai couldn't resist the blood, he sank his fangs into the vampire's neck, drinking till they almost died. 

Then…Merthur snapped the vampire's neck, the body hitting the ground with a loud thud. 

The other two rogue vampires scrambled back, Merthur had previously managed to snap their legs so they couldn't run. 

Merthur laughed loudly. 

He goes over to one and punches through their skull. Using his sharp claws, he dug them deep into the other vampire chest, pulling out their heart. 

Kai screamed in horror, tears running down his face, mixing with his blood stained mouth. 

Merthur turns to him, but his eyes seemed to soften lightly as he met Kai's. "Are you okay,did they hurt you?"

Kai moves back from him instead, his arms out . 

Merthur dials his phone. "I need you guys over here to come clean up, would send the location"

"You…You ruthlessly murdered them", Kai whispered. 

Caesar wipes the blood around Kai's mouth with his thumb. 

"They touched what was mine". 

Kai hits his hand away. "I'm not yours, you can't keep me forever like some pet. I already told if it's concerning how much you bought me at the auction, I would pay you back"

Merthur moved closer, "You would have died if I wasn't here on time. At least I should get a thank you, you loud brat", Merthur pushes his head lightly. 

"Maybe I would rather die than to live like this! Don't you have it"

Merthur suddenly grabs Kai by his neck. "If you die, what do you think would happen to Nora?"

"You don't understand, do you? Your blood is a debt I can't repay, Kai"

"I don't care about your debt. I just want to protect my sister and do everything for her to get well"

"If you are worried about her, I already made progress on moving here to a private apartment, got the bed doctor coming soon, I just need to get her properly cleared from this hospital"

"I'm still keeping my promise about protecting her and I'm protecting you"

"You are protecting me by being controlling and killing for me"

"Everything and anything it takes, you don't get it yet"

"Let's go home, you are coming with me. You've had your baby day out enough"

Merthur lifts Kai on his shoulders, Kai tries protesting but instead gets smacked on the butt by Merthur. 

"Put me down this instant, let me go."Kai struggles but is weak from the blood loss from the rogue attack. He started to sob softly. 

Merthur puts him in the car. "Enough for today, my love"

 Methur carries Kai to his bedroom, lays him gently on his bed. He helps him take off the blood stained clothes, and orders a maid to draw a bath. 

"Time to take your bath, then I can clean your wound after"

"I'm not a child", Kai murmured. 

Merthur scoffed instead. "If you are obedient and don't not behave like a child, things like this wouldn't be happening"

"Whatever, you suddenly seem so gentle now?"

Merthur looks away, tucking Kai's hair behind his ear. 

"Because you deserve to be protected, the only rare blood alive"

"Don't call me that. Why do you go to visit Nora? Why did you hide that from me"

"I made her a promise, that I would protect her brother but you make it so difficult,Kai"

Caesar now has his hand on Kai's pants. 

"What are you doing?"Kai protests. 

"Taking them off, you are not going to bathe with that are you?"

Merther forcefully took them leaving Kai naked but Kai kept cussing at him, making him laugh a lot. 

He carried him to his bathroom bath tub. Merthur got into it too but Kai didn't protest this time, Merthur never listens and does what he wants.

 Kai's phone buzzes by the bedside table. He looks at the screen, "unknown", confused why this caller was making a voice call request. 

"Don't answer that", said Merthur who walked in seeing Kai stare at his phone. 

"It could be about Nora", he answered. 

"Hello, Kai", on the other side of the phone was Nora's voice. 

"You sent another friend of your's"

"Nora, who's there with you?"

"Hello, Kai. I just decided to visit your dear sister. She seems very polite", it was the cold female voice again. 

"No,no. Stay away from her. It's me you want"

"Staying away from her means you have to cooperate with us and you haven't been doing that. You have to come with me, Kai"

Kai's breath shatters, his hands trembling as he looks at Merthur.
