ATG: My genius is almost frightening!

Chapter 154: Wake Up To Reality

"Ahh! Stop! Stop pulling my cheeks! You'll deform my face! I don't want to be ugly!" Hei Xiaolian squirmed and flailed in his grasp, her voice high-pitched as she cried out in pain and panic.

She had just finished reading Naruto Shippuden and was eager to show off, but this hateful guy not only interrupted her cool speech, he even went as far as to pull her cheeks!

"Serve you right. Who told you to mimic Madara?" Yun Wuji laughed wickedly. Letting go of her cheeks, he pulled Hei Xiaolian onto his lap and patted her head.

"Hmph!" Hei Xiaolian snorted but didn't bother to struggle. Instead, she allowed him to hold her, a faint pout lingering on her face.

However, at that moment, a vermilion light flashed, and Hong'er appeared out of nowhere, her vermilion red hair swaying as she landed gracefully in front of them.

With her hand on her waist and chin raised, she looked at both of them and said, in a tone similar to Hei Xiaolian's, "Listen... everywhere you look in this world, wherever there is light, there will always be shadows to be found as well."

"As long as there is a concept of victors, the vanquished will also exist." Her expression grew more serious as her tone deepened.

"The selfish intent of wanting to preserve peace initiates wars."

"And hatred is born in order to protect love."

"There are nexuses, causal relationships that cannot be separated."

When she reached this part, she suddenly smiled, pointed at Yun Wuji with a small finger, and said happily, "Big brother! Big brother! It's your turn!!"

"Who taught you this? Was it her?" Yun Wuji covered his face with one hand, pointing at Hei Xiaolian as he asked.

"That's none of your business! It's your turn, quickly! Quickly!" Hong'er ignored his question and urged him impatiently.

"No, I am not gonna say something like that," Yun Wuji shook his head, refusing. Even though it felt cool hearing Madara speak like that, it was just too cringy to say in real life.

"Waaah! Waaah! You promised to always play with me! Why are you refusing to play with me now?! Waaah!" Immediately upon hearing his refusal, Hong'er's eyes reddened and drops of tears began to fall. She started crying while pointing at him with both hands.

"Big brother, you are a liar!"

"Big bad guy!"

"Stupid guy!"

"Nasty guy!"

"Perverted guy!"

Hong'er yelled out, her tears flowing freely as she pointed at him with a pout on her face.

As the curses continued to pour from Hong'er, Yun Wuji's patience finally snapped. Black lines appeared on his forehead, and with a resigned sigh, he let go of Hei Xiaolian and threw his hands up in defeat.

"Stop! Stop, I'll do it! I'll do it!" he exclaimed helplessly.

"Haha! I knew Big Brother was the best!" The moment Hong'er heard him, she immediately stopped crying. The tears on her face magically vanished, and a wide smile blossomed on her face, as though she had never cried at all.

'Sigh, this little girl...' Yun Wuji sighed, his eyebrow twitching in annoyance. Taking a deep breath to steady himself, he resisted the urge to hide his face and spoke with a deep voice, "I want to sever the fate of this world."

"A world of only victors."

"A world of only peace."

"A world of only love."

"I will create such a world!"

"For truly this reality is...A hell!"

Yun Wuji covered his face with his hand and spoke in a low tone, "Are you satisfied now?" Although his face was hidden, anyone who looked closely could see his ears were flushed red from embarrassment.

"Yay! Big Brother was so cool! Hahaha~" Hong'er laughed loudly before turning into a red light and returning to the Sky Poison Pearl.

The moment she left, Hei Xiaolian burst into laughter, clutching her stomach. "I will create such a world! Puchi!! Ahahahaha! My stomach! I'm dying! I'm dying!"

"You..." Before Yun Wuji could say anything, Hei Xiaolian turned into a transparent light and returned to the Sky Poison Pearl as well.

"..." Far away, Mu Xuanyin, who had been observing him all along, stood frozen in place. The corner of her lips twitched violently, and her hands were clenched tightly as if she were fighting the urge to laugh.

"I want to sever the fate of this world! Hahahahah! That's too funny, ahahaha!" On the other hand, the Devil Queen didn't hold back, laughing unrestrainedly. Her soft, sultry voice echoed in Mu Xuanyin's mind. After finishing her laughter, she asked, "You recorded this, right?"

"...Of course," Mu Xuanyin remained silent until she had completely suppressed her laughter, then replied.

Poor Yun Wuji had no idea that what would probably be the most embarrassing moment of his life was being recorded by a stalker.

...

In a vast mountain range, beasts and animals roamed, while birds flew in the sky above and rested on trees.

Roaar!

A beast roared furiously and rushed toward Yun Wuji, its claws brandished for attack! Its massive body cast a dark shadow across the ground, razor-sharp fangs gleaming as it charged with murderous intent.

Yun Wuji held a great purple sword in his left hand. When the beast approached him, he swung the blade in a deadly arc. In that instant, brilliant golden flames erupted and enveloped the sword, turning the air itself into a scorching inferno.

Swoosh!

The sword ran smoothly through the beast, splitting it in two. With a heavy thud, both halves of the beast fell to the ground.

Yun Wuji walked over, dragging his great sword behind him. He bent down, extracting the profound core from the beast's body. As he stood up, he watched the golden flames consume the two halves of the beast, reducing them to ashes.

This beast was at the 8th level Divine Origin Realm. In the past, Yun Wuji would have needed to open his Heretic God gates to kill such a creature. But now, thanks to his sugar mommy—ahem, his master—he had already broken through to the 2nd level Divine Origin Realm.

A month ago, Luo Guoxi gave him many pills that had a similar effect as the Jadefallen Ice Soul Pellet. In fact, they were even more potent than the Jadefallen Ice Soul Pellet. With their help, he advanced from the 8th level of Sovereign Profound Realm to the 2nd level of Divine Origin Realm in just a few days.

Yun Wuji put away his sword, turned around, and flew toward Luo Guoxi, who was dozens of kilometers away.

She looked like a magnificent and charming young woman, draped in a purple robe that hugged her curvaceous figure. Her hands were crossed beneath her ample chest, making her already voluptuous chest look fuller.

When Yun Wuji landed beside her, she glanced at the beast core in his hand and asked, "Why do you always only take the beast cores from the beasts?"

Over the past month, she had observed him training earnestly under her guidance. His comprehension and battle strength were so astounding that they subverted her understanding of the profound way.

Many nights, she found herself wondering how someone like him, such a freak of nature, could even exist.

In the last week, Yun Wuji wanted to hunt beasts with higher cultivation than his own. Luo Guoxi didn't object to his decision, after all, with her around, it would be nearly impossible for him to get hurt, even if he wanted to. What intrigued her, though, was that every time he killed a beast, he would discard the carcass and only take the beast's core.

'So you're finally asking, heh...' Yun Wuji thought to himself as he faced her question.

"Hmm... this is a habit I picked up when I was younger," he said, scratching his head with a hint of embarrassment. "I like collecting beast cores."

Suddenly, his face darkened, and he spoke in a low voice, "Originally, I had a huge collection, but because of the last incident, I lost them all."

The 'incident' he was referring to was, of course, the day he had fallen from the sky in front of Luo Guoxi.

"Hmph! How childish!" Luo Guoxi snorted, then fell silent for a long while before adding, "Are you really not going to tell me what happened that day?"

She had tried many times to get him to tell her why he suddenly fell from the sky that day, but he always refused to answer, no matter how hard she pressed.

Yun Wuji lowered his head and spoke in a quiet voice, "Master, it's not that I don't want to tell you... I'm doing this for your own good."

He stared deeply into her eyes and spoke sincerely, "The enemies behind what happened that day are incredibly strong. In fact, I think it would be better if you distanced yourself from me. I really don't want you to get implicated."

'My acting skills are really wasted, where's my Oscar?' he said, thinking narcissistically to himself.

"..." Luo Guoxi was stunned by his words and momentarily dazed as she stared into his deep, starry eyes.
