Ashen Dragon

Chapter 264: A Unique Dragon Disaster

Sure enough, Tiamat now covets his bloodline immensely, even going so far as to spread the favor, causing the chromatic dragons of Fianso to flock into the Empire under the banner of a divine oracle.

This is a blatant open strategy.

As long as a single female dragon succeeds, Tiamat would effortlessly obtain his bloodline.

Even if they don't succeed, the influx of these chromatic dragons would cause considerable trouble, disrupting the Empire's production and giving Tiamat grounds to incite conflict, making it impossible to ignore.

Does Cassius need to take action personally?

What a troublesome issue.

After pondering for a moment, Cassius ordered, "First, intercept them, find a sparsely populated area to gather these chromatic dragons together, to prevent damage to the Empire. Just say... this is my decision."

"Yes, master." Ramp quickly responded, then asked, "What if they do not comply?"

Cassius snorted coldly, "Then show no mercy."

"Have the Mechanical God Cult people move the Sky Giant Ship there. If they encounter any who are noncompliant, use the elemental cannon according to the dragon's attributes and shoot them down."

"Yes, master."

"Then I will lead them to the Thrace Region near Tewar Lake. It is undeveloped, sparsely populated, isolated from the world, and should be able to accommodate hundreds of giant dragons."

Ramp nodded and bowed, respectfully took his leave, and that ugly face disappeared from the magic mirror.

Cassius released the Heaven's Calamity Dragon Eye, manipulating it to traverse space, instantly arriving thousands of miles away to witness the scene at the Empire's border.

The roar of True Dragons and the cries of Bipedal Wyverns, along with the rumble of helicopter engines, intertwined in the sky.

At the southeastern border of the Ashen Empire, the Empire's air force was standing off against several giant dragons. The sky was filled with armored bipedal wyverns and armed helicopters, creating a grand scene.

"You have entered imperial territory, please leave immediately!"

"I repeat, you have entered imperial territory, this is an offense against the Ashen Emperor, please leave immediately!" A loud voice echoed from the magic amplifier, resonating in the sky.

"Aargh—"

The few female giant dragons flapped their wings, letting out aggressive roars, their sound reminiscent of gale winds from the depths of a forest, quite haunting.

This group of female dragons had bodies of deep forest green, with a crest starting near the eyes, extending down most of their spine, exuding a pungent chlorine smell.

They were the Green Dragons, reputed as the most cunning and deceitful among the five-colored dragons, often employing tricks and misdirection to leave their enemies with nothing but bones.

"Move aside, you lowly inferior creatures!"

"Do you think these laughable tin toys and inferior bipedal mongrels can stop the mighty and wise Vesuvius?"

The largest of the Green Dragons let out a cold laugh, then spread her wide dragon wings, revealing a body that could make mortals tremble.

"We have come by the divine oracle of the great Five-Colored Dragon Queen, the Mother of Evil Dragons, to unite with His Highness the 'Dragon Prince' Cassius and give birth to a perfect offspring!"

"Anyone who dares to stop us is blaspheming against the deities and implicating your master! I am his honored guest!"

The strong might of dragons spread out, and the Green Dragon also cast innate spells like Suggestion Spell and Domination of Humans, making people subconsciously believe her words.

"Could she be telling the truth?"

"But she is the guest of His Majesty Cassius, we can't..."

Under this heavy pressure, the soldiers riding bipedal wyverns at the front were really forced to move aside, making way.

However, the Red Scale Conqueror and helicopters still hovered in the sky, unmoving, with machine guns and cannons aimed at the nearby Green Dragon.

"Get out of my way!"

The Green Dragon roared in rage, "Inferior creatures! Are you deaf? I am Vesuvius from the Arden Forest, the guest of His Highness Cassius!!"

However, the voice from the magic amplifier came again, "Green Dragon, we have not received notifications from the Military Department, nor any decree from His Majesty. We cannot verify the truth of your words."

"This is the final warning, please leave the Empire's airspace immediately, or we will take enforced measures!!"

Before the voice finished, the cannons and machine guns had already been loaded.

"Bang! Bang!"

Along with loud gunshots, bursts of intense fire erupted from the muzzle, with several bullets fired next to the Green Dragon—this was the Empire's army's last warning shot.

The next phase is war.

"Damn inferior creatures, when I become the queen here, I will lock you in cages and let you experience the most painful torture..."

The Green Dragon gnashed its teeth, a face full of gloom, spewing venomous curses but wisely didn't advance further.

Since the fall of the Thrace Kingdom, the Ashen Empire's army's fame spread across Fianso Continent, and even the Green Dragons dwelling deep in the forest had heard, too wary to underestimate.

Just then, a somewhat hesitant voice came from the amplifier, "Esteemed Vesuvius, we have received orders from above, please head to the Tewar Lake area—this is His Majesty Cassius's will."

Hearing this, Vesuvius was immensely pleased and immediately changed direction towards the Tewar Lake region at the Empire's eastern border.

The other female Green Dragons followed closely behind.

Cassius then turned his gaze to other border regions, which were also gathering many chromatic dragons. Upon hearing Cassius's "invite," they all hurriedly made their way to Tewar Lake.
