The Administrator's glow seemed to brighten slightly, almost as if smiling. "Precisely. However, the world into which you will reincarnate will be determined by chance. Observe."

The void shifted, and a massive roulette wheel appeared out of nowhere, its vibrant colors stark against the dark backdrop. Alex spotted names from books, anime, movies, games, and even a few obscure titles he barely recognized.

I will continuously improve, overcoming any limitation and transforming into the ideal version of myself, capable of mastering the impossible."

Reality Manipulation: "The ability to alter reality itself, on any scale I desire, with no restrictions or negative consequences."

Immortality and Invincibility: "I want to be completely immortal and invincible, immune to all forms of harm, aging, or decay."

Energy Absorption and Manipulation: "I want to absorb and control all forms of energy, from natural to supernatural, and use it as I see fit."

Universal Travel and Multiverse Awareness: "I want to be able to travel to and from any universe or dimension at will, with complete understanding of their rules and mechanics."

The Administrator's form pulsed, its light shimmering with approval. "Your choices are bold and ambitious, but they fall within the bounds of your karmic reward. All five of your wishes have been granted."
