According to company policy, employees had to work for six months before they could take their first paid leave. "Understood," Yumi responded before leaving the room and letting Yuna in.
Yuna stepped forward and took a seat across from Zaboru. There was a noticeable hesitation in her eyes, as if she had spent a long time thinking about what she was about to say.
"So, Yuna-san," Zaboru began, leaning forward slightly. "What's your decision regarding Sonaya's offer? Did you accept their proposal, or have you decided to stay here at ZAGE?"
He paused, giving her a reassuring look before continuing. "Let me be clear—your work has always been exceptional. If there's one word I'd use to describe you, it's 'efficient.' I truly appreciate your dedication and skill also you and Yugo work extremely well together well that`s expected because you two are twins. However, I don't own you. I'll respect whatever decision you make."
Yuna took a deep breath. The truth was, she had been feeling conflicted for weeks. Initially, she had entertained Sonaya's offer, seeing it as an opportunity for better compensation and perhaps a more secure future. However, things had changed drastically in the past few months. Relieved, Yuna nodded. "Thank you."
"Since you're here, you might as well stay for the meeting," Zaboru added. "We're about to discuss our goals for 1992 and reflect on our results from last year."
Yuna agreed and took a seat, waiting for the others to arrive.
Zaboru pressed the intercom button and called Yumi. "Yumi-san, have Shinsuke, Yugo, Sayuri, and Kudou arrived yet?"
"Yes, boss. They're all here. Should I call them in?" she responded.
"Yes, please."
Within minutes, the three employees entered the room. Shinsuke, ever curious, was the first to speak. "Boss, what's up with the sudden meeting? Something big happening?"
Zaboru smirked. "Nothing urgent—just something important. We need to set our goals for 1992 and evaluate our progress from last year. This will help us plan for the future and ensure we're always moving forward."
