An Uncaring Anomaly

 I had six days before to keep my little promise with Izuku and his mother, Plenty of time to gather more mana. So out I went a little quicker than just walking around to find targets. Creating a blank mask and like every thing I've made It was a dark blue in color slightly glowing, Sticking it to my face I began my trail.

 {Eraser Head POV}

Hopping from roof to roof I couldn't help but think that this night is too quiet but also glad I don't have to exert effort tonight. The sound of faint gun fire and yelling caught my attention. I sighed as it seemed I should have kept my thoughts silent. In a nearby warehouse I could see the quick flashes of gunfire and more screaming as. Calling the police in preparation for the of the event it's a little too much for him. Reaching the warehouse I look in the nearby window as It had quiet. What I saw was a massacre, Bullet holes to outright libs sliced off.

Picking up the phone again and told the operator to prepare at least thirty body bags. 'This is going to be a night.' I couldn't help but think to myself seeing bloody foot steps leaving through a door on the other side of the building. 

 By the time the police showed we had started seeing smoke raise nearly seven blocks away. 'Is it the same person?' Letting the police handle the situation here I quickly scaled the building rushing over to see damage and in hope to catch who ever was doing this. Arriving to the burning building with the police and fire fighters we see more corpses just outside the building, As well as inside the burning building.

Seeing a pattern on the bodies 'It seemed that the monster or at least a homeless child from what the reports are saying is working with a partner, Or could be forced along with who ever is setting fire to buildings'. 'With the police already here I could try and track the culprits'.

Informing the surrounding authorities I took off tracking the bloody footsteps. 'Is the kid leaving a trail on purpose?' I slowed my pace not wanting to get into a trap taking the tops of buildings again. This time there was a figure walking just turning the corner. Deciding to cut them off, I move to where I should have been above them only to see them turning another corner.

Following the figure I position myself above them before jumping down on it simultaneously activating my quirk. It had dodged and thinking quickly I send my capture tape towards watching as it shredded by the threads coming from its fingers. 'Why isn't his quirk deactivating?' I watched him as he stood there a blue mask over his face. This was indeed a child the short stature and small frame indicated so. As well as the small childish grunt when they backed away.

"Surr-" I was cut off as one of the threads came my way. Dodging I didn't know that it was only a distraction as another thread picked up a rod and flung it my way. It struck the side of my head nearly concussing me. Trying to back away from the hostile child I had lost sight of I feel small arms wrap around my neck and more threads wrap around my libs. 'I'm sorry Hizashi' My last thought as I look into the dark glowing red eyes of my assailant.

Waking up I see the familiar hospital interior as well as a noticeable mop of blond hair. Running my fingers through I feel him stirring. "Shota what happened to you" The immediate reaction somewhat made his heart rate raise. "Sorry but can you tell us what happened." 'Us?' I took another look around as I see a Friend of mine "Detective Naomasa?" "Yeah it's me but first what do you know of the person who attacked you"

"Defiantly a kid I'd say somewhat trained, Unfortunately he took me out too fast" I coughed into my hand at that last part. 

"What about his quirk? And what about his face did you see it?" I thought for a second before giving my response. "It appears to be some type of thread or wire that can cut through even my scarf as well as pick up objects." I said still remembering the way one of the wire's latched onto the pipe. "And no, he was wearing a blue glowing mask".

"Can you tell me what happened after he incapacitated me?" "He got ahold of your phone and decided to trick us by holding you captive. which means he led us to you but wasn't there. By the time we knew this another two buildings were raided." Tsukauchi responded.

"How many buildings in total?" I said in a serious voice. "In total six buildings and people in them no one. Leading to a total of 88 people dead valuables taken as well." After the info share and a couple more questions I was left with Hizashi clinging to me A little too tightly

 {League of villain's POV} 

"Sensei it seems that there is a new player on the board" A Man with blue-ish grey unkempt hair red eyes and sweater on had said to a black screen. "It would seem so, what do you plan on doing?" The tv sounded back. This question gave thought to the man. "We should recruit him to the league, right?" "Although that sounds like a wonderful idea wouldn't you want to wait and see what his goals are before we invite someone as dangerous as him, After all he could get in your way if you crossed paths." "I'll just disintegrate him if he does". The man said a snarl on his already cracked face.

"Come now Shigaraki not every thing can be solved through violence alone, Think of this as your games would you rather have some one talk to the NPC and choose all the paths that lead down to the path that ends with violence or would you rather do that yourself?"
