Nathan stood atop the concrete wall of his safe house, the brim of his hat low, eyes locked on the chaos spilling across the street.

"Hey, big guy, can you not destroy my house?" he called out, voice calm but firm.

But the brute didn't hear—or didn't care.

With a snarl and a roar, the monstrous man lifted a car above his head and hurled it.

BANG!

The car crashed into the edge of Nathan's compound wall. The concrete barrier shook but held.

Nathan's eyebrows lifted slightly. "Well... he's strong."

The man's immense size and his rhinoceros-like armored head left no doubt about his identity.

It was the Rhino.

A villain known for raw, unfiltered strength—capable of lifting vehicles, bulldozing walls, and wreaking havoc with the power of a wrecking ball.

Nathan had enhanced his body with Super Soldier Serum, which gave him above-human strength and agility. But even he knew: the Rhino's brute power was on a whole other level.

It wasn't just physical strength. It was like standing in front of a tank that could run, roar, and hate.

Compared to this brute, Nathan realized just how far he still had to go. The Super Soldier Serum was powerful, yes—but it had limits. Against foes like Rhino, or even Spider-Man, he'd need something more. Something extraordinary.

**That's why he wanted the spider—**the one with radioactive DNA. He knew it was still out there somewhere. If he could obtain it and harness its mutation, maybe he could close the gap between himself and monsters like this.

Still, brute strength wasn't everything.

What Nathan lacked in raw force, he made up for in speed, agility, and technology.

On the street, Ghost Spider—Gwen Stacy—was already fighting Rhino.

Despite her graceful and athletic frame, Gwen fought with skill and grit, darting around Rhino like a blur of white and pink. Her punches landed with purpose, her flips fluid. But Nathan noticed something.

She was still learning.

Her movements weren't refined. There were openings. She was strong, yes, and clearly enhanced—but her powers hadn't fully matured yet.

She wasn't at Spider-Man's level. Not yet.

Gwen ducked under one of Rhino's crushing blows. His fist slammed into the pavement, cracking the concrete and leaving a deep crater.

That kind of strength wasn't just dangerous—it was city-level destructive.

And now, Rhino was heading toward Nathan's wall again.

Nathan moved.

He leaped from the wall, soaring through the air like a missile. With perfect timing, he spun mid-air and delivered a full-powered flying kick.

BANG!

His boot crashed against Rhino's jaw.

The giant staggered a step, slightly dazed. His head whipped sideways from the impact, but it was like kicking a stone statue—one that could fight back.

The Rhino shook his head and snarled, "You're looking for death!"

He raised a massive fist and swung.

Nathan wasn't about to take that hit.

He ducked, rolled backward, and sprang up to his feet. The fist whooshed by, carrying so much power it cracked the air itself. Even missing, it sent a shockwave that blew dust into Nathan's face.

That's how strong Rhino was.

If a single punch landed, Nathan could be in real trouble.

Rhino roared and charged.

Nathan twisted sideways at the last second. Rhino plowed straight into a parked car, flattening it like a soda can.

The giant beast of a man let out another bellow and turned back toward Nathan, but Gwen jumped back into the fray.

"Hey! Over here, big guy! I'm still your main problem!"

She dashed in and landed a well-aimed punch against Rhino's side, knocking him slightly off balance.

Rhino growled and shook off the impact like it was a tickle.

"Damn," Gwen muttered, wincing. "He's too tough. I can't even bruise him."

Meanwhile, Nathan pulled a small mechanical button from his belt—one of his signature gadgets.

It was a neurotoxin injector, built to subdue large enemies in seconds.

He took aim and threw it hard, like a dart.

Whoosh—clink!

The button stuck to Rhino's thick armor. He looked down, puzzled.

"Huh? What's this toy supposed to do?"

Then—

Three tiny steel needles extended from the button and tried to jab into Rhino's flesh.

DING!

The needles bent.

Rhino looked down at the gadget still clinging to him… and laughed.

"You kidding me? That thing can't even scratch me!"

He plucked it off and stomped it into the ground, crushing it underfoot.

From the side, Gwen launched another barrage of punches.

The two tangled again, but it was clear she wasn't winning. Rhino's hide was just too thick, too strong. Each time she landed a hit, he barely flinched.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Their fists collided over and over again.

Nathan stood back, analyzing. His neurotoxin injector had failed. That was a first. Even Green Goblin hadn't resisted it.

Rhino's armor—his skin—was too damn dense.

"Note to self," Nathan murmured. "Stronger penetration required."

Gwen recoiled from another punch, shaking her stinging hands.

"Ow! Okay, yeah—he's built like a truck!"

She glanced over at Nathan. "Hey, can you drive? Like, an actual truck?"

Nathan raised an eyebrow.

"Because I'm pretty sure the only way we're gonna stop this guy is by ramming him with one."

She spun back into the fight, leaping onto a lamppost and kicking off it to launch another strike.

Rhino stomped his foot, snorting air from his nose like a bull.

"I'm gonna squash you, piggy!"

His voice was thick, garbled, hard to understand.

"You're the pig!" Gwen shouted. "You're sweaty, smelly, and gross! Stinky rhino!"

She narrowed her eyes. "And now you've made me mad."

She landed two fierce punches—Bang! Bang!

This time, Rhino stumbled.

A small victory.

But he wasn't down.

He growled, "You're finished. I'm going to grind you into the pavement!"

Veins bulged across his neck and arms. His skin glistened. He was building up power again.

BOOM!

The ground cracked beneath his foot. Dust exploded upward.

He entered a berserk state.

Gwen's eyes widened behind her mask. "Oh no… he's not slowing down—he's speeding up!"

Nathan reached for another mechanical button.

This time, it was a high-voltage shock device.

He flicked his wrist and sent it spinning through the air. It stuck to Rhino's back.

Rhino looked over his shoulder. "This again?"

He snorted. "How many times do I gotta say it? That stuff don't work on—"

BOOM!

A violent surge of electricity erupted from the button.

Blue lightning cracked through the air, wrapping around Rhino's entire body like a cage of energy. He screamed—a guttural, pained sound.

Every muscle in his body spasmed.

Gwen leaped away just in time as sparks rained down on the pavement.

The power from the button arced and snapped, crackling like a thunderstorm trapped in a can.

Rhino collapsed to one knee, groaning. Smoke rose from his back.

"...What… was… that…" he growled, barely staying conscious.

Nathan stepped forward, holding a second shock button.

"You're not the only one who's tough."

He tossed it in his palm.

"But I play smarter."
