Chapter 635 The first date (page 1)
The first date between Rockefeller and Eva took place in his own home.
It stands to reason that when a man makes an appointment with a woman for the first time, he will set the place at his own home.
Even a fool knows what is going on in this man's mind.
Normally, women would refuse this risky proposition.
If a woman says yes, either she is stupid or she knows what it means.
Young Rockefeller was young and rich, and there were countless women in New York who were willing to take advantage of him.
He still has some confidence.
So, he asked the cook at home to prepare delicious food to see if Eva would come as promised.
Night fell.
Rockefeller Jr.’s Upper East Side mansion was brightly lit.
The table in the restaurant was covered with a tablecloth, and four exquisite vintage copper candlesticks were placed on the table. Each candlestick burned a candle with a pattern.
The red camel hair carpet was strewn with rose petals.
The air is filled with an intoxicating fragrance, and together with the dim lights, create an ambiguous atmosphere.
Little Rockefeller sat at the end of the table, meditating on something, but his heart had already flown outside the villa.
After a while, the sound of a car horn sounded at the door.
"Ms. Eva is here." The servant came up to report.
He was holding a case of red wine.
"Ha, woman." The corners of Rockefeller's mouth curved up.
It seemed that this woman was still succumbing to the charm.
As to what kind of charm it was, he didn't care.
Isn’t the charm of money a charm?
"Well, after the food is served, you can get off work. Remember, no one comes to disturb us." Little Rockefeller warned, "By the way, put this box of wine under the table."
After a bottle of wine, a woman will crawl into bed by herself.
If one bottle doesn't work, then two bottles.
Rockefeller Jr. had his own plans.
"Okay, I understand, young master." The servant bowed his head and retreated.
A few minutes later, Eva appeared at the door of the restaurant.
She wore a purple evening dress today, a small coat on top, and a platinum necklace around her neck.
The sapphire on the necklace is held up by two proud "peaks" and shines brightly in the candlelight.
Eva's blond hair was curled up, and the bright red lipstick on her plump lips was particularly stunning.
Little Rockefeller was a little distracted for a moment.
"What, eldest young master, don't you welcome me?" Eva said in a charming voice.
Little Rockefeller stood up hurriedly, walked to Eva's side, and took off her coat in a gentlemanly manner.
The woman revealed her fair and slender arms.
She walked straight to her seat.
A refreshing and unique fragrance entered little Rockefeller's nose.
He couldn't help but sniff his nose.
So, so tempting!
The two sat down facing each other.
"Mr. Rockefeller, are you preparing a candlelight dinner for me?"
Eva looked at the candles on the table and the rose petals on the ground, covered her mouth with her hands and smiled.
"A beautiful lady must be accompanied by beautiful arrangements. The beauty is by her side, and the preparations cannot be too complicated." Little Rockefeller said while arranging his napkin.
"You are really good at talking. You must have a flexible tongue."
Eva looked at him across the table with charming eyes.
Young Rockefeller felt like there were ants crawling on his back.
He had reason to suspect that the woman opposite was talking pornographically, but he had no evidence.
And, he likes it.
The servant came in with the dishes and at the same time took out the bottle of wine that little Astor gave to his young master.
After pouring wine for the two of them, he saw little Rockefeller waving his hand at him, so he wisely exited the door.
Eva and little Rockefeller chatted while eating.
The eldest young master began to show off his knowledge in various ways, talking about heaven and earth to show his erudition.
After learning that Eva had been on Broadway, we chatted about ballet, from genres to masters to techniques.
Eva smiled and quietly watched the eldest young master showing off.
"John, I don't dance ballet."
When Rockefeller Jr. finished his words and began to lower his head to eat his steak, Eva suddenly said.
The eldest young master was a little embarrassed for a moment, and the knife and fork in his hand paused for a moment.
"I dance the dance of my hometown." Eva took a sip of the red wine in her glass and said, "When I first arrived on Broadway, I didn't know anything, so my boss didn't want me."
She stood up, took off her shoes, and stepped on the expensive carpet with her bare feet.
Young Rockefeller suddenly remembered that there was a phonograph in his room.
He walked to the gramophone, looking for any music to play, but the woman's brisk singing voice came from behind him:
Oh, give me a home,
Where the cattle roam,
Mountain deer and antelope play;
There are no clouds covering the sky,
Just inspirational words.
Eva sang and danced enthusiastically.
She is like a jumping elf, and like a butterfly wearing flowers, dancing gracefully.
The purple skirt rises and spins, and together with the woman's faint smile, it makes people obsessed.
Little Rockefeller's eyes widened.
He had never seen such a woman.
He seemed to see an echinacea blooming, its purple petals flying all over the sky, dwarfing the roses in the room.
Just when little Rockefeller was stunned, a slender hand took his hand and pulled him into the center of the restaurant covered with roses.
"Come on, let's go together!" Eva smiled brightly.
"I, I don't know how." Little Rockefeller looked awkward like a virgin in love.
"Just follow me,"
Two people danced in the restaurant, and the rose petals on the ground scattered and floated in the wind.
Eva is a very good dance teacher.
Little Rockefeller was clumsy at first, then slowly caught up with the action, until finally he released himself.
The woman's laughter echoed in the restaurant like silver bells.
Her voice was mixed with the hearty laughter of little Rockefeller.
The servants waiting outside the villa looked at each other.
"How long has it been since the young master smiled like this?" one servant asked another.
"I don't know, maybe, I haven't heard from the second young master since he disappeared." Another servant sighed.
After the dance, Eva turned to the dining table.
She picked up Little Rockefeller's cup, then walked along the edge of the table, using a dancing step to spin along the edge of the table to her own side, and picked up her own cup.
Eva handed one of the goblets to little Rockefeller's hand:
