Almighty Father System

Leo paid the money to Little Cherry and gave her the new mobile number that Snow was using these days, and promised that he would come over with his family to eat the barbecue soon. Little Cherry sighed and said, "Cardinal, I am not sure what is going on, but I hope that your trouble ends soon."

Little Cherry was out on a student exchange program when things turned upside down and when she came back, she was occupied with her own things. Leo smiled and said, "Thank you for your wishes. By the way, what are you doing these days? You are a scholar, so how come you are looking after the shop?"

The young lady sighed and said, "Dad is sick, and mom alone cannot handle things, so I am taking a break to help out."

Elvin asked, "Old Man Cherry is sick? What happened to him?"

Yes, Cherry was the last name. They always addressed them like this. Little Cherry shook her head and said, "I have told him that we can close the shop here and focus on the restaurant I got on the Central Plaza road. However, he refuses and the overwork at night has gotten him a back ache. Hmph, this old man, I swear he is worse than a child."

Leo smiled and said, "I will have someone deliver the Health Assistant over, the bot will help the old man take better care of himself. Right now, I have to get somewhere, let's catch up soon."

Little Cherry nodded, and Leo grabbed Elvin's arm and led him out. The latter asked, "What is it now? Have you not caused enough drama?"

Leo shook his head and replied, "No, I have yet to deal with your brother."

'Ping: Host, it has been detected that Walder Trei has been sentenced to ten years in prison. With that, your task of teaching him a lesson has been completed, and you have been rewarded with an expansion card.'

Leo waved his hand to stop Elvin from yapping and said, "Go and wait, I will meet you in the evening, for now, I have something urgent going on."

That said, Elvin vanished and cursed Leo for being too mysterious and the latter only asked, 'System, explain the usage of the expansion card.'

'Ping: Host, if you use this card, then the network of your business will expand into foreign markets and it will not be attacked by the rivals. The system will boost the IQ of the people working in the foreign offices and they will not suffer any losses.'

Leo was surprised and he asked, "Well, good, use it right away."

'Ping: Using the expansion card, all processes will complete in the coming month.'

Leo sighed and then he checked the time before he headed back to his office. As he was getting out of the car, he said to the guard beside him, "See if Jock is available, have him come over."

The guard nodded and contacted Jock instantly. Leo came to his office, and he saw Snow holding a meeting with some young people. He didn't bother her, but went inside his room to rest.

Julie returned from her mission and came to Lily's school. Zeenat had spotted a few people randomly moving around the school, and so she wanted to confirm that these people were not enemies and so she requested Julie as backup.

Since it was the issue related to Lily's security, they were given a clear chit from Leo to handle it with the best discretion.

After one patrol around the school, Julie knocked out two people who were clicking pictures of the place before they were taken in custody by the others in her team.

She contacted Zeenat and said, "It is all clear now."

Zeenat and Lily were having lunch in the classroom, which was very rare, as Lily was a butterfly and could not sit still. Lily asked, "What is going on?"

Zeenat said, "I spotted somepeople in the vicinity that didn't look good, so I had Julie check on them."

Lily nodded, as she continued eating. The communication was going through a walkie like device, so Julie was not aware that Zeenat was sitting with Lily and she continued, "Well, Zee, you know what happened today?"

Zeenat asked, "What?"

She had trouble expressing her emotions but she was still a human and small talk elevated some of her boredom. She asked, "What?"

Julie said after sighing heavily, "Sir gave us a task to target a young lady and her infant child. I was so shocked to hear it that I am still shivering. He wanted to use those two as a leverage over some guy. It was crazy, I never expected that Sir would be so ruthless."

Zeenat realized that Julie was talking bad about Leo, and she looked at Lily who was gazing at the walkie talkie with a cold gaze. The little girl said, "Put me through."

Zeenat wanted to say something but an unknown supreme aura radiated from Lily at this moment, and it suppressed even Zeenat. The guard could only sigh and press the respond button, while Lily asked, "You said that my Baba asked you to kill a mother and child, right?"

On the other side, Julie was shocked and in disbelief. She had no idea that Zeenat was beside the Young Miss. She took a deep breath and spoke in an amicable tone, "Young Miss, I didn't mean it like.."

Lily interrupted her and said, "Miss Julie, if you tried to fool me, then I will ask my Baba what happened and believe me, he doesn't lie to me. So, it would do you good to tell me everything from the start."

Julie gave up, she had the same sensation like Zeenat at this moment, and began to narrate everything to Lily, who listened calmly.

After the narration finished, Lily said, "I will talk to my Baba and ask him to arrange a rather mundane job for you. This like of work doesn't suit you."

Julie and Zeenat were shocked and Lily continued, "He told you to hit them with tranqs, not bullets. Second, he asked you to bring the two people back to the Cardinal Mansion if things really to reach that level. You don't trust my father, and his thoughts evade you. Instead of thinking why you were asked to do this thing you are here imagining him to be a devil. Unacceptable."

Julie replied, "Young Miss, I didn't mean to call your father ruthless, please forgive me."

Lily waved her hand and said, "Go back to the office and wait. I will not humiliate you but only transfer you in a place where they really need you and your skills."

The little girl looked at Zeenat and nodded as the latter turned off the Walkie. Lily asked, "Do you have the contact details of your boss?"

Zeenat didn't like where this was going but she had no other options but to follow the command. She nodded and took out her mobile before the call was made to Markus, the taskmaster.

The call was connected, Markus had allowed the guards around Leo to directly call him if they have any trouble. The call was put on speaker and the man asked, "Zeenat, anything up?"

Zeenat said, "Boss, Young Miss Lily wants to talk to you."

Markus was takenaback, and he asked, "What did you say?"

Lily cut in at this moment, "Hello, Uncle Markus, this is Lily Cardinal. May I have some of your time?"

Her speech and mannerism was way ahead of what anyone could expect from a child, and Markus recognized her voice, he instinctively sat up straight and asked, "Young Miss, please tell me. How can I be of help?"

Lily replied, "I need a favor from you. Actually, these days I have noticed that Miss Julie is struggling to adjust with the pace of life here. You see, I only need personal security when I am in school and for that, Miss Zeenat is sufficient. So, I was thinking if you can transfer Miss Julie back to your side?"

Markus was astounded, truly shaken by this. Across him, Ellyse was also listening intently. She was stunned as well. Markus asked, "Young Miss, are these guys troubling you? Please don't hesitate, I will make sure they pay if they have caused you any trouble."

Lily chuckled and said, "Uncle Markus, have you forgotten who my father is? None who dares to hold ill-intent towards me would have peace. Also, please don't look too deep in this issue. I just thought that Miss Julie could be a better asset for the company if she was used to her maximum. If what I said is too out of line, please pardon my intrusion."

Markus was so scared that he almost peed his pant and he said, "No, No, Young Miss, your words are valuable. I will look into this and I will arrange for Julie's transfer as soon as possible."

Lily thanked him and the call was disconnected. Ellyse asked, "What do you think?"

Markus sighed and said, "I think that like father like daughter. Young Miss has the grace of madam but her brain is that of the President. Don't mess with them, the whole family is a power family."

Ellyse nodded and said, "Good analysis."
