All Class Tamer

Chapter 11: Chapter 10 – The Day of Vows and Envy

From the cold silence of the prison, a manic laugh echoed.

> "Ares… Desmond… This time, you'll taste my wrath!"

---

The long-awaited wedding day had arrived—the union of Prince Desmond of Lavela and Princess Aurora of Astarte. Maids from the royal palace helped prepare us, dressing Aisha, Reshia, and Luna in stunning formal wear.

> "Master!" Aisha called sweetly.

"Do we look good, Master?" Reshia and Luna asked in near unison.

"Be…au…ti…ful." I blinked, speechless. "Yes. Truly beautiful."

The royal wedding commenced under a radiant sky. The King and Queen of Lavela sat upon their thrones. My girls and I took up guard positions at each corner of the grand hall, blending in beneath elegant attire. Royal knights lined the walls.

Princess Aurora entered, glowing in her wedding gown. Behind her followed her half-sisters, the King of Astarte, and his two mistresses. Ion stood among the outer guards.

Prince Desmond took Aurora's hand, smiling with a sincerity that silenced the room. The ceremony proceeded, their vows exchanged, sealed with a kiss beneath a golden arch of woven blossoms. Petals rained as the orchestra resumed.

I stood quietly in the shadows. This wasn't my moment to steal. Not yet.

From my post, I noticed Aisha glance at me. Her cheeks flushed as she caught my gaze.

Then—boom!

Ion was hurled through the grand doors. The figure who followed made the hall tremble.

> "Why is it always you? You, and you?!" the man growled.

It was Mister Dauge, eyes wild with hatred.

> "You're just a Rank-B Marksman—yet everything falls into your lap!" he snarled at Desmond.

> "How dare you speak to my husband that way!" Aurora snapped.

> "But I'm a Rank-S Tamer!" Dauge raged. "By noble law, I can marry a princess! That makes me worthy!"

> "Worthy?" Aurora sneered. "Why would I marry a madman like you?!"

> "GET OUT!" Ion charged again—only to be thrown aside once more.

I rushed to Ion, casting Order Heal to restore him. He glared at me—jealousy burning in his eyes.

> "Ares Meledric…" Dauge snarled, turning to me. "The Rank-E Tamer who stole my serpent!"

> "Luna was never yours," I replied, standing tall.

From his cloak, Dauge revealed something—a crimson stone, the same I had once picked up. He devoured the crimson stone—his sanity crumbled. Dauge's mind was no longer his own.

A roar echoed through the hall—dark energy exploded outward.

Dauge's presence warped—his form twisting under a surge of black envy.

An aura of envy and hatred flooded the grand chamber. The walls cracked. Guests screamed.

Both kings, the queen, and the royal mistresses were quickly escorted out.

Suddenly—

>"Master! Stop them!" Luna cried, red-faced.

"Why is yours bigger than mine?!" Aisha shouted, poking Luna's chest.

"Let me touch it too…" Reshia mumbled, inching closer.

"Oi!!" I groaned, covering my face in embarrassment.

Ion snarled and lunged at me, eyes glazed.

> "Ion! What's wrong with you?" I dodged his wild swings.

He was being controlled by the envy aura. I cast my Order Magic and struck him with Ordering Punch, snapping him out of it.

> "Why… why did you help me?" he gasped.

> "You said you'd be a Rank-S Swordsman, remember? Eight years ago."

Ion stared, stunned. "You remembered…?"

But our moment was shattered. Dauge transformed further—his body no longer human, corrupted, monstrous. He lunged at Aurora, who rolled aside in her wedding dress with grace.

> "Crystal shine in beauty, sharpened gleam—Diamond Bullet!" Desmond fired with his magic gun, forcing Dauge back.

> "DESMOND!!!" Dauge roared, madness flaring.

> "With memory as anchor, and hope as light—Order, Realize!" I cast the spell I'd studied that morning.

The enchantment dispersed the envy field. My girls blinked—dazed but now free.

> "Huh? Master?" Aisha blinked.

"I… what happened?" Reshia murmured.

"My chest… hurts," Luna said softly.

Aurora, already changed into her assassin outfit, leapt with blinding speed—her blade striking a critical blow. Desmond followed, unloading spell-infused bullets.

> "Dengka… Evil God of Dreams," Ion whispered.

> "Dengka?" I asked.

> "He feeds on people's dreams—twisting them into obsession… until they rot into envy." Ion explained.

Dauge—no, Dengka—roared and smashed through the wall, rampaging toward the city.

"Can we at least finish the cake before chasing this bastard?" Aisha muttered, finally recovering.

While Desmond and Aurora charged to stop him, I stayed behind. My girls needed time to recover.

This wasn't just a ruined wedding.

It was the first move in something bigger.

Someone had planned this—someone who wanted to tear us apart.

And I wouldn't let them.
