Ace Of Terrans

The Terran was exiled from the Asura Hall and Amelia had threatened him that if he tried to slack off she would put out a look out notice against him and then the entire Asura Hall would go to harass him. The reason she specified the harassment clause was because they knew he hated being pestered.

Shi Lang stood at the gates of the Asura hall and looked at everyone with such an expression that spelled betrayal. Tian Long was acting smug, and Shi Lang sighed as he vanished from his spot and just when Tian Long was about to laugh out loud, a strong impact assaulted his guts, and he was forced to bend over and almost puke out.

After he regained his breath the man yelled, "Fucking cheap skate!"

Tong Bai chuckled and said, "Serves you right for being to smug with him."

The people all shook their heads, these two grown old relics always acted like children. The women took command of the Asura Hall and the people who were thankful feeling that Shi Lang had gone out, they began to worship for his return. The reason, because they all saw how these women were even crazier than him. They drove them to the ground and fifty percent of the disciple had been sent to the infirmary, and that was only day one.

Shi Lang entered the Dao Plain and then Miwa Kai left him alone. The entire human race was told about this, and they were told not to mingle with the Terran. The simple reason, they wanted to force Shi Lang to go back and get his edge back. Shi Lang himself was not used to this hesitation that he had developed. So, at the moment when he hid to conceal himself from his potential enemy, it did give him a surprise.

After entering the Dao Plain, Shi Lang found himself a mountain, and then dug a cave inside it to sit down and meditate over the things that he knew and the things that he didn't know.

As he began to ponder over it, Shi Lang found out that the things he knew were basically useless. The aura of the Acura Wolf sage was wild but concentrated. Looking back to the moment he gained the information from the human sage, the aura of the remnant was nowhere close to the sage from the Acura Wolf race.

He thought about it for a long time and apart from one conjecture, all the other were deemed useless. The fact behind the quality difference in their strengths despite being in the same realm was how the humans choose extravagance over foundation.

Shi Lang tried to come up with a solution as to what could be classified as a much more refined foundation. There was a difference between solid and refined. Thinking about it, Shi Lang channeled his spiritual sense to his Dantian and then he scrutinized his Dao Tree. He scrutinized the entire thing with the mindset of an artifact refiner and he found that the Dao Tree looked like an utter mess.

He frowned and mumbled, "What the fuck was I doing when I refined this?"

He looked at the mandala of spiritual energy spinning under the Dao Tree. The spiritual energy was pristine, there were hardly any foundations comparable to his own in the world. The young man sighed and as he began to think about how to repair his Dao Tree he couldn't find any method to do this and then he clenched his fist.

As he did that he realized that the things were really not as complicated as he thought they were. He looked at his hand and he decided that his palm was the best diagram for him to refine the Dao Tree to a better version of what it was. This refinement would give him a better flow of Dao.

The Dao rules were just different branches that originated from the same source and they led towards the same source as well. Shi Lang had realized that comprehending the Dao was neither simple, nor was it too difficult. It all depended on the perception of the practitioner and how they wanted to proceed on their paths.

The young man took a deep breath and attached his spirit sense to the Dao Tree. After that, he began to detect which strand of Dao Rule belonged to which category. He could not dispel the tree completely and the only option he had left was to swap the principles with each others positions.

Shi Lang thought of the main root, and decided to go along with the Dao of Slaughter. It was the strongest Dao Law that he had comprehended first. Then he surrounded it with the Laws of speed, sword, lightning, indifference, and the roots for the Dao of forging, alchemy and flame were kept outside with the Dao of flames working as a thread holding the beads together.

This whole thing took him a few weeks, and then just when he was about to wipe his sweat and take a rest, he realized that the Dao Fluctuations in his body had been messed up. The pressure of the Dao Plain had increased seven fold, and he found himself slumped in the ground. Shi Lang opened his eyes and he cussed out loudly, "Fucking give me a break already!!"

He forced himself to calm down and closed his eyes to pick up the task once again. He began to swap the laws with each other. The core of the Dao Tree was now purely made of slaughter laws, and it was surrounded by the rest of the Dao Laws akin to a Devil wearing ornaments. Yes, Shi Lang was often visualized by the people as a devil.

When the process finished, he checked his communicator to discover that it had been an entire year since he came to sit down in the cave and refine his Dao Tree. He sensed his body and found it lighter than normal. It was as if he was a cloud.

He realized that the Dao Plain applied less pressure on the better refined Dao Tree foundation. He recorded all the details of his conjecture and comprehensions on a jade slip as he stepped out of the cave. He looked around and found that his prowess had improved to another level altogether. How it happened, he knew well. However, what impact it would have, he didn't know at all.

The Terran came out of his cave, and then he flew back to the Dao City. He wanted to find a disciple of the Asura Hall and entrust him or her with the jade slip which recorded all his comprehension data. After traveling to the city, he found a few human explorers but they all avoided him like a plague.

However, the fact that didn't go unnoticed from him was the change in expressions of the myriad races. They all were surprised and almost looked scared of him. Shi Lang mumbled, "What the fuck are you acting for, its not as if I have grown a couple of horns and my teeth have become akin to a chain saw. Pitiful pigs!"

After a couple of minutes, when he found himself standing before the safe house of the human race and after knocking on the door, Miwa Kai opened the door. The later was about to close the door, when Shi Lang narrowed his eyes and the latter froze. The Terran said, "You better not act out. Here, deliver this to the Asura Hall, and in the hands of Commander Silence only. If you tried to peek inside, your soul will disperse like the cloud of dust it is."

Miwa Kai nodded hurriedly, and accepted the jade slip with both hands. Then Shi Lang snorted and closed the door as he left the place quickly. He decided to look for the various strong men from various races and see if he could fight with them. It was impossible for him to fight with them all, but he knew that their was a place located in the vast Dao Plain called the Ranking Tower. The strong from all the myriad races would someday stumble through the threshold of the tower and they would fight the spiritual sense left behind by the previous ranking expert.

However, he didn't know where that tower was located. He looked around and then he waved his hand to one of the minotaur like creatures and beckoned him over. The snorted and asked, "Human, have you gotten tired of living?"

The Terran sighed and grabbed the void, which dragged the bulky mini-giant bull in his grip. Shi Lang held the creature from the back of his neck and said, "I am not tired of living but I surely don't mind killing you and having a steak for dinner tonight. Now, if you don't wish to be served medium rear, tell me if you know where is the Ranking Tower?"

The people were stunned at the way he behaved.
